The part-time Museum Operations and Project Manager will manage day-to-day operations and oversee delivery of the project initiatives. We will also be recruiting a Curatorial Officer (one day per week) and a Volunteer Coordinator (two days per week).

About the role
We are seeking a Substance Misuse Worker who has a specialism in mental health and substance use to join our team in Catford. You will be based within a 24 hour service which provides enhanced rehabilitation support to adults who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health, who would benefit from an intensive rehabilitation and recovery-focused approach. Within this role, you will provide specialist knowledge and experience to support the wider team and residents to help them to overcome their personal barriers.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills. You will be a specialist in comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of your duties will include:
- Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.
- Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.
- Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.
- Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.
- Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning.
About you
We are looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with experience in interventions, and in a similar role. Qualifications are desirable if paired with practical experience which is relevant to this role. We look at individual characteristics with the ability to engage with various people who may not want to receive the support, able to build trusting professional relationships, and able to demonstrate resilience, solve challenges, and be proactive. We are looking for a highly engaging Leadership & Volunteering Manager to lead and grow our leadership training programming, and to lead on the recruitment, development and retention of our pool of volunteers. You will work across our various hubs to ensure all volunteers are well-supported, feel valued, and are making meaningful contributions to OSH’s mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership Training & Development

Oversee and continue to codify OSH’s LIT (Leaders in Training) course, including in-person and online sessions, and mentoring LITs on their first residential. This will include hands-on delivery, managing logistics, and working with volunteers and facilitators.

Co-design and develop other leadership programmes for young people.

Support young people from refugee backgrounds to move from participants to leaders within OSH.

An exciting opportunity for someone with experience to help grow Scope’s Philanthropy portfolio. The role will support Scope to maximise its’ opportunities in securing and managing High Net Worth individuals and strengthening our existing partnership with People’s Postcode Lottery.
The role
You will:
· Identify potential HNWI, develop relationships and approach them for support in the most appropriate (and GDPR compliant) manner.
· Coordinate inputs and writing of compelling proposals
· Manage the 6 figure People’s Postcode Lottery partnership, providing bespoke high-quality stewardship to build a strong relationship to in turn drive mutual grown and secure multiyear funding
· Lead on Major Donor pipeline development and implementation to grow major donor funding, deliver agreed income growth targets and organisation ambition. This includes:
Working with Trustees, Senior members of staff, current donors and other external stakeholders to recruit new Major Donors
Researching and identifying potential funders for unfunded Scope projects/concepts
About you
We are looking for someone with experience of:
· Cultivating 5, 6 and 7 figure gifts
· Building a Major Donor pipeline, ensuring opportunities are organised and acted on appropriately
· Delivering high quality stewardship to high value funders to secure longevity of funding
· Working with an organisational CRM system
· Disability issues or projects tackling disability inequality is beneficial but not essential.
We would also need you to have the following skills:
· Able to write strong, persuasive narrative for five, six and seven figure funder proposals and reports
· Knowledge of Major Donor funders and trends
· Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel effectively
· Able to work positively with internal and external individuals and teams.

The Individual Giving programme is in its early stages, having launched in October 2023. Some initial foundation-building and activity has been completed, and the organisation is now seeking an Individual Giving Manager to develop and grow this function into a key fundraising stream.
This role is perfect for an ambitious fundraiser who is ready to build a programme from the ground up and who is motivated by the opportunity to deliver meaningful change for LGBTQ+ communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust Individual Giving strategy to support fundraising growth over the next three years.
- Lead on digital fundraising, including paid social, paid search, and email campaigns.
- Manage donor acquisition and retention activity, optimising supporter journeys and testing new approaches.
- Collaborate with the communications and frontline teams to create compelling fundraising content.
- Support the use and development of Salesforce CRM for fundraising purposes.
About the Candidate
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Individual Giving and be ready to take the lead on a growing programme. Key qualities include:
- Experience of developing and delivering successful Individual Giving strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital fundraising and supporter journeys.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience using fundraising databases (Salesforce preferred).

There is no line management responsibility at present. The role sits within a Fundraising and Communications team of three.
