About the Role 

As Marketing Executive – Loyalty, you will support the delivery of brilliant, supporter-centric marketing to raise income, deepen engagement and build life-time value of our warm supporters. Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary agile squads, you will help develop and deliver high-performing campaigns across a range of channels including email, direct mail, SMS and telemarketing. Your work will be pivotal in creating meaningful experiences that grow supporter value, loyalty and long-term retention. 

In this role, you will: 

• Support Marketing Managers to deliver effective, insight-led multi-channel campaigns to drive donor retention and income growth. 

• Manage specific elements of the supporter journey across channels such as email, direct mail, SMS and telemarketing. 

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce compelling, on-brand marketing materials that inspire action. 

• Analyse performance data, support testing strategies, and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness. 

• Maintain accurate campaign records and support reporting processes to track performance against KPIs. 

• Ensure all marketing activity complies with legal, ethical and brand standards and reflects Save the Children's values. 

About You 

To be successful, it is important that you have: 

• Experience in customer or supporter retention marketing and communications. 

• Proven ability to grow supporter or donor value through campaigns or journey management. 

• Hands-on experience delivering marketing activity across at least two of the following: direct mail, email, SMS, telemarketing. 

• Experience managing projects and external suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and on budget. 

• Confidence using data and insight to inform decisions, test approaches and optimise performance. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Your role

Supervise the delivery of Eikon’s volunteer mentoring services to children and young people in allocated schools across Surrey. Supervise a team of Volunteer Mentors ensuring parity of our offer in Schools to Children and Young People. Ensuring the highest standards of case work, effective practice and safeguarding are maintained.  Providing regular review and assessment of caseloads, with guidance on how to progress provided to the team of Volunteer Mentors.

Responsibilities

· Plan, resource and oversee the delivery of the volunteer mentoring programme, to ensure that the service is offered to young people at the right time and that young people are at the heart of the programme.

· Develop and maintain key relationships within schools in Surrey to deliver the volunteer mentoring programme.

· To identify trends and gaps in provision, then work with Service Delivery Manager on ways to improve our Volunteer Mentoring service

· Supervise a team of volunteer mentors in line with Eikon's policies

· Induct, train and develop volunteer mentors, ensuring a high-quality service with safe and effective practice is delivered in accordance with all other best practice guidelines

· Work in collaboration with the Designated Safeguarding Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure all volunteers are competent to supervise safeguarding issues

· Support volunteer mentors with all safeguarding issues and liaise with the Designated Safeguarding Manager and Service Delivery Manager where appropriate.

· Understand and act when safeguarding issues need to be escalated, always following safeguarding and child protection procedures 

· Support volunteer mentors to ensure accurate recording of all individual engagements, ensuring supervisory review of notes, follow up action where appropriate and feedback provided as necessary

· Support volunteer mentors in ensuring outcomes and impact are agreed, reviewed and recorded for mentees using the Eikon Impact Measurement tool

· Ensure case management is undertaken to a high quality, including ensuring systematic case note review processes are followed, providing evidence of change and celebrating progress with CYP

· Ensure all data and information is uploaded onto all relevant databases

· Provide accurate and timely mentoring programme data reports, for internal management

· Keep up to date with good practice, legislation and policies that have an impact on service delivery at Eikon

The Degrees Initiative is a UK-based NGO that builds the capacity of developing countries to evaluate solar radiation modification (SRM), a controversial proposal for reducing some impacts of climate change by reflecting sunlight away from the Earth. Action for Refugees in Lewisham (AFRIL) are recruiting for an Expert by Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and growing team. The Expert by Experience Coordinator is a new role in our small dynamic charity. The postholder will work to ensure the voices and perspectives of individuals with lived experience of asylum and forced migration are integrated into the design and delivery of AFRIL services and policy work. This role involves facilitating communication, promoting co-production, and empowering individuals to share their expertise to improve services and guide policy priorities. 

The post involves coordinating our monthly Members Forum, and working with the core team to feed this into policy and service development, alongside thematic and sometimes practical support to our Allotment Steering Group, Rainbow Club Youth Council and Asylum Hotel Residents Forum. The postholder will develop the AFRIL ambassadors scheme, creating opportunities for former clients to continue to be involved in shaping AFRIL, and work with the Director to develop a governance level co-production structure as agreed with the Board of Trustees. 

We are looking for a good people person, able to engage and inspire others, who demonstrates a collaborative approach to working with a range of stakeholders and in particular AFRIL clients who come from a variety of backgrounds. The postholder will be highly organised, have good project planning and execution skills, and a good working knowledge of the issues affecting refugees and asylum seekers in the UK. Community language skills are an asset.

Action for Refugees in Lewisham (AFRIL) is a registered charity that supports asylum seekers, refugees, and vulnerable migrants in South East London. We support people to lift themselves out of poverty, assert their rights and rebuild their lives in the heart of our community. Pre-Action Protocol letters to challenge unlawful public law decisions. The service currently provides Level 1 immigration advice under the Immigration Advice Agency.

• Destitution Support - a fortnightly Food Bank in partnership with St Peter’s Church providing food, food vouchers, toiletries, and other essentials, alongside a warm hub with free cafe, information and support. Small grants for essential items and cash payments for food in emergencies. Securing and distributing gifts in kind, e.g. winter coats, laptops and data. 

• Allotment of Refuge - a welcoming community of food growers that supports improved health, wellbeing and integration of members, whilst protecting the local environment. 

• Immigration Project in partnership with Southwark Law Centre, providing free legal advice and representation to support people to regularise their immigration status. 

We also use our frontline experience, together with our clients, to engage in Policy and influencing work to improve the services and policies that impact our client group. This includes advising the GLA on 3 asylum related working groups, and as a member of the London Housing Panel.

About this role 

This is a joint role delivered by Class 13 as part of two interconnected programmes in Lambeth. One is a long-term embedded pilot working deeply with two local schools to reimagine school culture from the inside out. This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing summaries of engagement sessions, and handling transcripts to ensure learning is captured and shared.

Role Summary

We are seeking a deeply reflective and relational School & Community Engagement Partner who isn’t afraid to ask bold questions or sit with uncomfortable truths.

This role isn’t about quick fixes or ticking engagement boxes—it’s about nurturing trust, challenging old habits, and reimagining what school can be. You’ll be at the heart of a long-term transformation project, working deeply with two Lambeth schools while also contributing to a broader borough-wide initiative that invites families, staff, and communities to imagine something better—together.

At its core, this work is about shifting power. About listening with care, convening with purpose, and walking alongside parents, carers, teachers, and school leaders as they navigate what change can look like when it’s built on affirmation, curiosity, and collective responsibility.

You’ll help strengthen the connection between schools and families through sustained relationships, collective inquiry, and shared action. Some of your work will be intensive and embedded, walking alongside schools to shift culture from the inside out. Other aspects will stretch wider gathering insight, surfacing patterns, and shaping ideas that ripple beyond a single setting.

This is not a traditional outreach role. It’s connective tissue—bridging classrooms, communities, and change. You’ll be a steady presence: listening, facilitating, building trust, and helping schools reflect not just on what they do, but why.

The School & Community Engagement Partner  will report to the Head of Programmes and  the primary lead work closely with school leadership, teachers, and local organisations to transform parent-school relationships.

Main Responsibilities

1. Deepen relationships and build community

• Build consistent, trust-based relationships with parents, carers, staff, and wider community members, particularly those who have been historically marginalised by school systems

• Be a visible and approachable presence at parents’ evenings, community events, school gates, and day-to-day school life

• Support families to move from being consulted to being co-creators ensuring their insight shapes decisions, practice, and school culture

• Foster connections not just between families and schools, but across families themselves, creating the conditions for mutual support and collective action
   

2. Walk alongside schools as they shift culture

• Work closely with staff across both pilot schools supporting reflection, relationship-building, and democratic practice

• Collaborate with school leaders, governors, and the wider Class 13 team to surface insight, challenge deficit thinking, and support community-led transformation

• Contribute to family-led policy change projects, helping create space for shared decision-making and power-sharing in schools

• Support the rhythm and routines of the embedded pilot showing up consistently in school life, from attending assemblies to noticing small shifts in culture

• Lead structured interviews with teachers participating in the programme, creating a relational space to gather reflective insights using agreed guides.

3. Facilitate wider listening and engagement

• Deliver structured engagement sessions in local schools as part of the SEL ICB programme, using the Appreciative Inquiry model (training provided)

• Work with staff and parents to map what currently exists, identify challenges and possibilities, and co-develop practical, community-rooted solutions

• “Reflect on what you’re hearing and noticing, and share learning that can support change—locally and across the wider network.

4. Learn, reflect, and grow

• Participate fully in Class 13’s foundational learning programme (4 full-day sessions)

• Engage in self-directed learning as part of the ICB programme

• Contribute to monitoring, reflection, and participatory evaluation of both the embedded pilot and the wider borough programme

• Maintain accurate records of meetings, interviews, and engagement sessions, including producing clear summaries and contributing to project documentation.

• Join monthly peer forums and learning spaces across the borough to share insight, deepen practice, and support collective learning.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• A background in community engagement, education, youth work or organising—particularly with parents, carers, or families

• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to hold space for difficult conversations with care and clarity

• Deep listening skills and the ability to build relationships across difference, especially in school or public sector contexts

• Experience supporting individuals or groups to move from consultation to co-creation, shaping outcomes together

• Confidence navigating school spaces (including SLT, teachers, governors, parents, and young people)

• Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities across different sites

• A deep commitment to equity and justice, and a willingness to reflect on your own practice

• Ability to manage and organise documentation, transcripts, and basic reporting to meet programme and funder requirements.

• Experience in conducting structured interviews or qualitative research in education, youth, or community contexts.

Desirable

• Experience working in, or alongside, schools or youth-facing institutions

• Professional training or qualifications such as teaching, social work, youth work, counselling, or therapeutic practice

• Familiarity with participatory or dialogic approaches like Appreciative Inquiry, community organising, or restorative practice

• Knowledge of how power, race, class, and other intersecting forces shape families’ experiences of school

• Multilingualism or strong cultural understanding of Lambeth’s diverse communities

About Chapter One

Chapter One is a dynamic, growing charity with a vision of a world in which all children have the literacy skills needed to thrive. Our mission is to close the reading gap by providing children with one-to-one support at the time they need it most. 

Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme currently supports over 3,200 children a year. It pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 160 local and national businesses. The volunteer ask is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. About the Role

The Finance Assistant has responsibility for a variety of finance functions including the purchase and sales ledger, making payments to suppliers, invoicing Corporate Partners and Schools and reconciling bank accounts. They support the day to day running of the Finance Team ensuring that tasks such as posting invoices, reconciling customer accounts, supporting credit control and chasing non-payments are carried out in a timely and accurate fashion. 

The Finance Assistant reports to and works closely with the Head of Finance and plays a critical role in resolving finance queries from Chapter One colleagues, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting internal processes and contributing to the effective financial management of Chapter One. 

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a similar position within a finance team and has good working knowledge of accounting principles and a basic understanding of income for charities. They will work remotely and will need to have access to a reliable internet connection. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, and the post-holder must be permanently based in the UK at the time of applying and for the duration of their employment.

All Chapter One employees are required to attend quarterly in-person staff meetings held in various locations across the UK (all expenses covered) as well as monthly all staff virtual meetings which are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 12:00 - 13:00; participation is mandatory.

Respect is seeking one Helpline Advisor to provide support to male victims of domestic abuse on the Men’s Advice Line and perpetrators of domestic abuse on the Respect Phoneline.

You will support service users by phone, email and webchat, providing emotional support, practical advice, information on the available options, and signposting to other services. As well as work with male victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse in ways that support them to increase safety and reduce harm, as described in the Models of Work and relevant policies and procedures.

• An understanding of the nature of domestic abuse and its effects on victims, in particular male victims
• An understanding of the help-seeking barriers for male victims of domestic abuse 
• An understanding of the reasons why perpetrators use abusive behaviours towards partners in relationships
