The Applications Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining UNICEF UK’s core business applications. This hands-on role will suit someone who enjoys balancing technical delivery with strategic oversight and thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with an outsourced IT operations partner. The post holder will manage a portfolio of essential systems, monitoring compliance with Cyber Essentials Plus and internal policies, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts, including automation and the rationalisation of legacy tools. You will also lead the management of key applications such as SharePoint, supporting and advising colleagues across the organisation. Your input will be instrumental in maintaining high performance, data security, and value for money across our technology estate.
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional with experience in application management, packaging and deployment (particularly through Microsoft InTune), and SaaS platforms. A sound understanding of data architecture, cybersecurity standards, and strong relationship management skills are essential, as is the ability to translate technical issues into accessible guidance for colleagues. A curiosity for emerging technologies and a commitment to inclusive teamwork will be key to your success.

Richard House helps children and their families in East London to lead as happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting health condition. From the moment a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting, life-threatening or complex health condition everything changes. These changes affect the whole family, which is why Richard House feel it is vital not only to provide care to the child but to support the whole family. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will directly support the charity’s work, as the majority of their services are funded thanks to the generosity of their supporters.
An exciting opportunity has risen for a versatile and driven Head of Fundraising. The postholder will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the fundraising strategy, implementing the fundraising plan, overseeing the fundraising budget, and ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations. This role has strategic accountability for fundraising, but will be hands on, involving operational fundraising that delivers crucial short- and medium-term funding impact, as well as longer-term and sustainable income sources for Richard House.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven fundraising experience and a sound working knowledge of the main fundraising methods and streams.
- Track record of delivery at operational business level, with the ability to impact at strategic level, including translating strategic vision into clear direction for the organisation and line reports.
- Experience of maximising fundraising effectiveness and efficiency by using and developing a CRM.
- Exposure to management of salaried staff and/or volunteers, delivering fundraising targets, and with a proven ability to recruit, train and monitor performance.

The Role
We have a rewarding opportunity for a School Impact Officer to train, support and develop volunteers and monitor the programme through effective administration, data management and to build a deep partnership between the school and the charity.
The Impact Officer is based predominantly in a school and is the primary link between the partner schools and the programme and is the enabler of the programme delivery. You will support a team of volunteer mentors, who support school activities by coordinating, managing and evaluating the programme.

Working arrangements
This is a fixed term contract covering an internal secondment.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, approximately three days a week. Working hours needed to deliver these services are 35 hours per week covering a rota schedule (the team cover 8am to 6pm every day).
The role will also participate in a weekend cover rota allowing service to our shops and stores to be delivered. This will be in the region of 1 weekend in 4-6.
About you
With previous service desk experience, having working in the SD environment previously, you'll have excellent customer service and communication skills, being used to working in a busy service desk team. You'll also have excellent telephone and customer handling skills to back up your technical and fault diagnosis experience.
You’ll have strong troubleshooting skills, keeping the Customer informed of progress against their respective issues, ensuring an effective follow-up to ensure all service has been delivered and completed to the Customer's satisfaction.
With good knowledge of Windows OS (Win 10 and above), you’ll also have knowledge of LAN/WAN networking essentials and extensive experience of MS Office suite of Applications (2010 and above). You’ll have previous experience with administration of Users within Active Directory and Remote Support Tools (i.e. VNC, RDP etc.).
You'll have good knowledge of ticket and case management techniques, able to manage your own queues and workload to meet demand. You’ll be able to remain calm and focused, and will have strong organisational skills, able to use prioritisation and escalation techniques, and able to develop strong working relationships with the team and contacts across the organisation.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and committed freelance Project Officer to help shape and deliver the next phase of their programme, designed to prepare care-experienced young people for their first tenancy and independent living.
The Project Officer will lead on developing and adapting engaging, practical content for both in-person workshops and digital learning formats.
