About the role
We’re looking for a Programme Lead to drive forward a bold, nationally significant initiative designed to support educators in responding to one of the most complex and urgent challenges facing young people today.
This project will help schools engage with issues that affect how students form beliefs, navigate digital spaces, and make sense of the world. You’ll make sure the right things happen at the right time, driving both the strategy and the detail that bring this ambitious programme to life. You’ll coordinate multiple stakeholders, shape and manage delivery timelines, and maintain project fidelity.
You will work alongside the Director of Teacher Development, as well as other colleagues from our ITE, ECF and NPQ Faculties, as well as the Research and Best Practice team. You will also work closely with diverse external stakeholders including schoolteachers and leaders and young people.

Job Purpose:

Richard House helps children and their families in East London to lead as happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting health condition. From the moment a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting, life-threatening or complex health condition everything changes. These changes affect the whole family, which is why Richard House feel it is vital not only to provide care to the child but to support the whole family. The Corporate Fundraiser will be responsible for managing a portfolio of prospects and partners, ensuring a first-class cultivation and stewardship journey. The Rapid Intervention team, will be providing vital outreach support to individuals who are currently rough sleeping across Westminster. The team will work with the objective of supporting those rough sleeping to find a suitable and sustainable route away from the street.
Our belief is that rough sleeping is an intrinsically harmful and dangerous activity both for the individual and for the wider community. Therefore, we take a proactive and assertive approach to supporting people away from this activity. Our aim is to support people to recover from the effects of rough sleeping and move away from a street lifestyle permanently.

Working as an Outreach Worker you will work with people to assess their needs and deliver a person centred support, as well as working in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies across the city to meet client’s individual needs.

It’s not always an easy job, but the opportunity to work with different people every day, helping individuals experiencing homelessness and the local community end the harms of rough sleeping can be highly rewarding.
You will work on a weekly shift rota to ensure we are available to support people experiencing homelessness when they need us the most.

Open Seas is a small, ambitious, and fast-growing environmental charity on a mission to protect and restore marine life around Scotland. We expose harmful practices, challenge bad policy, and work alongside fishers, communities and scientists to bring our seas back to life.
We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Communications to lead our external communications, shape compelling campaigns, and help us punch far above our weight.

We are looking for a natural storyteller and strategic thinker. You will be comfortable translating science into tweets and research into narrative. You care deeply about nature, especially life under the waves.
You might have worked in campaigns, public affairs, journalism or the charity sector. You may have led a team, or be ready to step into a leadership role. Most of all, you want to make a difference.

Role & Responsibilities
Our Engagement Officers will play a key role in making London Wildlife Trust’s nature reserves more inclusive, welcoming, and relevant to London’s diverse communities. Working closely with the Engagement Manager, you will lead targeted outreach and build meaningful relationships with underrepresented local groups, co-creating engagement activities that reflect community needs and help break down barriers to accessing green spaces.
- Plan, promote, and deliver a diverse calendar of public and community events across London Wildlife Trust’s visitor hubs, including Woodberry Wetlands, Walthamstow Wetlands, Camley Street Natural Park, and partner sites.
- Build and maintain inclusive relationships with local community groups, ensuring co-created activities that reflect their needs and reduce barriers to accessing green space.
- Coordinate logistics for events and engagement activities, including booking facilitators, preparing resources, and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
- Work with the Marketing & Communications team to create promotional materials and share engaging content that highlights opportunities and impact.
- Supervise sessional staff and volunteers, supporting their involvement in public and community engagement activities.
- Monitor and evaluate engagement outcomes using feedback forms, visitor surveys, and internal databases to support continual improvement.
- Ensure all activities comply with safeguarding and health & safety procedures, including accurate reporting of incidents or near misses.
- Contribute to wider Learning & Engagement team initiatives and events, sharing insights and updates with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

About Galop’s Policy and Evidence work
This is a hugely exciting time to be joining Galop, with flexibility to think long term about how best to drive change and do something new and different. Whilst Galop has always advocated for policy change, this role is part of a new, growing team specifically focused on evidence-based policy change. The team is led by the Director of Policy and Evidence and composed of a Research Manager, Survivor Engagement Manager, Policy Officer and this Research Officer role.
We are building an effective Policy and Evidence team, rooted in frontline insights and a formal research programme to influence decision-makers to make evidence-based policy change. A significant portion of this role will be spent supporting the Research Manager to deliver two multi-year research projects on LGBT victims and survivors’ access to support services and emergency accommodation.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of social research projects.
- Conducting qualitative fieldwork and literature reviews relating to research and policy priorities, with support from the team.
- Analysing data collected through internal datasets from Galop’s frontline services.
- Supporting the Policy & Evidence team and the Communications team to ensure our external communications accurately reflect our data and research.

Job Purpose
As Director of Partnerships, you will:
- Lead on partnerships fundraising, including major donors, trusts & foundations, and corporates with a focus on securing six-figure multi-year agreements to significantly grow funds raised in this area from £1.6 million to £4.5 million by FY30, in line with Operation Smile UK’s multi-year strategy.
- Foster and facilitate collaboration across different departments within OSUK.
- Ensure business as usual is achieved in line with operational plans, while also exploring and implementing innovative initiatives and campaigns to ensure the future success of partnerships' fundraising.
- Represent OSUK at a leadership level, building relationships with industry peers and peers within the Operation Smile global team to ensure best practice across all areas.
Key Responsibilities
Philanthropy Leadership
- Leads strategy, planning and operation of the major gift, trusts & foundations and corporate giving channels.
- Develops annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with the Executive Director (ED) and Executive Team.
- Strategically identifies and qualifies potential new donors to grow the prospect pipeline.
- Prepares development communications: solicitation and acknowledgement letters; case statements and proposals; stewardship reports; briefing notes; gift agreements.
- Identifies, cultivates, and solicits major gift commitments from high-net-worth individuals
- Monitors activity of the team, ensuring that benchmarks are achieved, including submission of solicitations, donor contacts and meetings, confirmations of donations, and other performance indicators as related to the team checking their portfolio.
- Provides the organisation with the interpretation of market trends and emerging issues that could impact the organisation’s partnerships fundraising stream.
- Ensures the effective collection of donor information and tracking of points of contact in accordance with best practices; provides and presents statistical analysis to senior leaders.
- Leads on data mining, prospect research, and ensuring the quality of data as it relates to the donors they work with.
- Develops and manages relationships within their own portfolio, personally conducting cultivation visits, solicitation calls and stewardship activities as required.
- Effectively manages fundraising resources and practices ethical fundraising.
HR Management
- Leads, mentors, and manages a team; regular meetings to provide direction, coaching and delegation to the partnerships team.
Financial Management
- Manages and implements approved business plans, ensuring that the annual revenue objectives and budget are met or exceeded, and oversight of the partnership’s departmental budgets.
- Provides leadership in the delivery of statistical analysis, projections, and detailed reports on partnerships fundraising goals and performance that may be used to contribute to the development of internal budgets.
Partnership Sustainability
- Develops donor relationships by researching, sourcing, cultivating, and stewarding existing and potential partners.
- Works to broaden sources of revenue, including working with corporate partners in various industries.
- Develops and implements a stewardship program aimed at cultivating deeper ties with donors and corporate partners.
- Contributes innovative ideas to the development of new strategic partnerships and alternative revenue streams.
Other
- Other duties as assigned by the ED.
