Westway CT is a non-profit social enterprise tackling isolation and creating community in West London through the provision of transport services and dedicated drivers offering a lifeline for community groups, older people, and anyone facing challenges using public transport across Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, and Hammersmith & Fulham.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager who, reporting to the CEO, will play a key role in the running of two interconnected entities; a registered society, and its trading arm, which supports and subsidises their charitable aims. In so doing, the successful candidate will be helping to lead the way in a sustainable community benefit model that creates its own income by being part of the wider London transport mix, contributing to the local economy and working towards better air quality.

With line management responsibility of the Finance Officer, you will be an accredited qualified accountant, preferably with non-profit sector experience, with the ability to lead on the financial management of the organisation.

The Finance Manager is accountable for:

• Financial strategy and planning
• Financial management and reporting
• Strategic level income generation
• Payroll, staff remuneration and pension contributions
• Stakeholder collaboration and promotion of Westway CT values

The successful candidate will:

• Demonstrate a strong track record of managing a finance function producing budgets, management accounts, cash flow forecasts and financial reports
• Have an excellent working knowledge of charity and company governance, including reporting standards and preparation of statutory accounts, as well HMRC, PAYE and Pension regulations.
• Be able to conduct financial scenario planning and cost analysis to proactively contribute to the strategic and operational planning and improvement of the organisation (i.e. in the case of investments and capital assets, grant applications, contract tendering, customer pricing, and credit control.)
• Be an efficient, highly organised team player with good communication skills, working effectively with internal colleagues, external stakeholders and suppliers of varying financial experience.
• Provide excellent line management and role modelling for your reports and colleagues to encourage professional development.
• An accredited qualified accountant (ACCA) (CIMA) or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within the non-profit sector
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Sage 50, Quickbooks and/or another similar accounting software

Key Responsibilities

Bexley Deaf Centre (BDC) is a small and dynamic, well-established charity which has been serving the borough since 1994. Our work is focussed exclusively on supporting people who are Deaf or hard of hearing. We work to raise awareness, break down barriers and promote understanding within the community.

About the role

Having established a strong fundraising capability and team with significant income growth over the last 4 years, Kidney Care UK is now looking for an exceptional Head of Fundraising to take the Charity to the next level.

The Newham Domestic and Sexual Violence Support Service is a community-based initiative offering integrated support to individuals who have experienced domestic abuse, sexual violence, forced marriage, honour-based violence, female genital mutilation, or violence related to sex work. Delivered in partnership with local agencies, the service uses approaches such as casework, Independent Domestic and Sexual Violence Advocacy (IDSVA), and Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) to provide holistic, person-centred care. Its aim is to not only assist survivors directly but also to raise awareness within the community about domestic and sexual violence and the support available.

The role involves delivering tailored support through safety planning, risk and needs assessments, and one-to-one sessions, empowering survivors to make informed decisions and develop independent living skills. It requires working closely with multiple agencies to meet needs effectively, building strong relationships with community and statutory organisations, and contributing to good practice and policy development. Service user involvement is promoted through events, networking, fundraising, and consultations, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding policies at all times.

It calls for experience in working with vulnerable individuals, especially those involved in both on- and off-street sex work, along with a strong understanding of the challenges they face and the barriers to accessing services. The role requires the ability to support people who have experienced trauma, as well as excellent verbal, written, and IT skills. A good grasp of safeguarding issues and their practical application is essential, alongside knowledge of health and social care services and the legal framework relating to sex work. A valid driving licence is also required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our Marketing team on a Fixed Term Contract until June 2026. As our Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, audience-focused marketing projects and campaigns that support our work and strengthens awareness of MND and the Association’s impact. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and teams across the organisation, the Marketing Co-ordinator will help bring our stories to life and ensure our communications reach the people who need them most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate a wide range of marketing activity projects and campaigns, ensuring a smooth collaboration across teams.
• Manage schedules, resources, and communication channels to support marketing plans and initiatives.
• Support the development and delivery of audience-focused campaigns, from briefing through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Association to understand marketing needs and priorities.
• Support the creation and distribution of engaging content such as blogs, videos, and infographics to increase understanding of MND and the Association’s work.
• Analyse marketing data and metrics, research audience trends to inform future campaigns and improve performance.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all materials and communications.
• Identify ways to improve marketing processes and support innovation in tools and techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident approach to engaging others.
• Experience working in a busy marketing team and ability to confidently co-ordinate multiple projects.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

From funding key projects to providing free dog treats, our corporate partners enable us to help dogs and their owners and share our message with more audiences. We’re looking for a Deputy Head of Corporate Partnerships, who will take the lead on nurturing these important relationships.

What does this role do?
As Deputy Head of Corporate Partnerships, you’ll:

• primarily focus on managing existing accounts, deepening these relationships and ensuring they remain mutually beneficial,
• lead, coach and mentor our corporate partnerships team, enabling account managers to retain and grow our portfolio, and thrive in their roles,
• be entrepreneurial and innovative, with a knack for identifying opportunities to grow our income,
• work closely with our corporate development team, who identify and cultivate new partnerships, to ensure all partnerships move seamlessly between teams,
• alongside the Head of Corporate Partnerships, build and implement an ambitious, long-term strategy for portfolio growth.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some solid account management experience, specifically managing relationships with high-value accounts, ideally in the charity sector. You’ll be an experienced manager, who can lead, coach and develop a team to hone their skills. You’ll be an excellent communicator, who is comfortable working alongside senior stakeholders internally and externally. Above all, you’ll have a commitment to Dogs Trust and the work we do.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 17th November 2025.
