The role

Effective financial management is central to our strategy and operating model. The Finance Manager will be crucial in determining how we manage our finances, resources and operations whilst embedding a culture of financial efficiency and effective controls.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Finance will lead on financial matters and be expected to provide critical financial information, insightful analysis and timely reporting to facilitate the growth of the Charity.

The role is standalone but working within a closeknit team. It with therefore have a degree of autonomy but will be expected to contribute to the wider development of the Charity. This is a pivotal appointment within the Charity and will provide some broad exposure to the Board and Investment Committee.

We are therefore seeking a dynamic qualified accountant who has had wide exposure to financial reporting and processes, preferably within a fundraising Charity. Being a financial ‘all rounder’, there is a real opportunity to contribute to the way the Charity operates by instilling sound financial operations and providing meaningful financial reporting. The role provides an opportunity to lead the finance function and will suit a progressive accountant looking for this kind of responsibility.

We would therefore be looking for an individual that has demonstrable experience in operating financial functions and has the personality to fit within a charity that works collaboratively.

Are you interested in working as part of a high performing legacy fundraising team, helping to generate income that supports people experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legacy and In Memory Officer to join the St Mungo’s Fundraising team to grow income supporting our aims to end rough sleeping for good. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing the steady stream of legacy case work, including pecuniary, specific, life interest, and residuary legacies.
• Working with lay executors, solicitors, co-beneficiaries and family members/friends to sensitively and efficiently administer legacy and in memory gifts.
• Overseeing the process for all legacy and in memory income - working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure income is processed accurately and efficiently. Keeping effective records, maintaining the legacy pipeline, and completing reports.
• Working with the Legacy Manager to deliver marketing campaigns to acquire and steward new supporters. Gathering stories to promote legacy and in memory giving internally and externally.
• Collaborating with other teams, ensuring seamless processing and documentation of gifts, marketing campaigns, appeals, and more.

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations. 

About you

We think this role will inspire someone keen to build on and develop their legacy administration skills, marketing skills and fundraising experience as part of a positive, dedicated and supportive team.  

We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in a charity legacy or estate administration role who can balance the two sides to this role. The legal administration of legacy income requires excellent attention to detail, but the legacy marketing responsibilities also require project management and creative skills to manage activity that can build on St Mungo’s portfolio of legacy supporters.

• You will be proactive and empathetic with a flexible approach and be comfortable managing your own time and projects.
• You will be comfortable using IT software, databases and systems such as Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• Previous experience of Legacy marketing experience within a charity, and a certificate of Charity Legacy Administration are beneficial but not essential.

About you

You’re a hands-on IT leader with substantial experience in IT management or senior infrastructure roles, a strong track record in Azure migrations, and confident administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Teams. About the role

You’ll run day-to-day IT operations while accelerating our cloud-first strategy—managing and optimising Azure, Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, and decommissioning legacy servers in a secure, well-governed way. The remit covers network resilience, backup and disaster recovery, MFA/SSPR and threat protection, along with knowledge management through SharePoint and our intranet. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll integrate and support core systems such as PeopleSoft, Raiser's Edge and People First, meet SLAs within our 08:00–18:00 UK support window, oversee suppliers for value, and contribute to GDPR compliance, risk management and pragmatic adoption of automation and AI.

The Bishop of Guildford is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to provide excellent administrative support for the Bishops of Guildford and Dorking.

About the Department/Role

This role as The Bishop's PA reports to the Bishop of Guildford, but will report functionally to the Bishop's Chaplain who is ensuring the bishop's office is running smoothly during an interim period.

The role comprises offering highly competent and efficient Personal Assistant administrative support to the Bishop of Guildford based out of his office and home, Willow Grange, Jacob's Well, Guildford. The work requires being a primary point of contact with the public and colleagues from across the Church, requiring a positive and professional attitude. A comprehensive induction programme will be developed to ensure that the Temporary Bishop's PA understands the running of the bishop's office, and also its interaction with the Bishop of Dorking's office, the Appointments Team, and operations at Church House Guildford.

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive and professional personal assistance (administrative, secretarial and clerical support) to the Bishop of Guildford.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Health and Wellbeing team in the role of Health and Wellbeing Manager, whose primary objectives will be to manage the Health and Wellbeing Team and oversee the delivery and development of Fulham FC Foundation’s Health and Wellbeing programmes: More Than A Game, Fulham Teammates and Walking Football.

Fulham FC Foundation (the Foundation) is the official registered charity of Premier League football club, Fulham FC.

Our Health and Wellbeing programme aims to engage people of all ages across South West London in activities that will improve their physical and mental health, reduce isolation and increase confidence. The post holder will need to be dedicated, supportive, agile and self-motivated. They will also require experience managing and developing community projects, overseeing a team of project leads, building strong stakeholder relationships as well as an understanding of working in the non-for-profit/charity sector. The Health and Wellbeing Manager will have the opportunity to lead innovative programme developments and make decisions on the future landscape of our Health and Wellbeing work. The role will also require a flexible approach to working during the evenings and weekends when required to support the Foundation and oversee Health and Wellbeing programme delivery. 

The Health and Wellbeing Manager must:

· Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in community programme development (health sector desirable)

· Have experience of overseeing funded programmes

· Have experience of creating and managing project budgets

· Have experience of managing people

· Have experience of monitoring and evaluating community programmes

Ideally, the Health and Wellbeing Manager will:

· Have experience delivering community programmes with adults and young people

· Have experience building stakeholder relationships with organisations such as the NHS and Local Authorities

· Have knowledge of the NHS landscape and future plans, particularly across South West London

· Have experience building and developing new health and wellbeing initiatives from scratch

· Have an understanding of the non-for-profit and charity sector

· Have a background in a community health environment

· Have knowledge of Football Club Community Organisations (CCOs)

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

The service provides 24 hours supported accommodation for high needs mental health service users. It compromises of 11 units which offers higher levels of 
support in comparison to the wider supported living pathway. Service users at Teresa House may have treatment resistant mental health needs that are complicated by substance misuse, challenging behaviour including low level offending and long-term physical health conditions. All support is delivered in-line with the principles of trauma-informed recovery/empowerment/co-production.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.

Here's what the team will be looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting people with mental health and complex needs, with substance misuse experience desirable. They should have a strong understanding of recovery approaches and co-production, with the ability to design and deliver activities that build confidence, reduce anxiety, and support a self-directed recovery journey.

They must be resilient, maintaining high service standards in challenging situations, and have knowledge of legislation relevant to mental health crises, including welfare reform, the Care Act, and housing pathways. Skills in assessment, co-producing support and safety plans, and auditing them are essential.

Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems is required, along with good knowledge of basic building safety and repairs. The candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, be able to handle petty cash accurately, and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Providing tailored support and guidance to children, young people, and families, this role will actively contribute to achieving high standards of care, quality, and positive outcomes - supporting service users to fulfil their potential, through consistent and meaningful participation.

Main Duties:

• Providing tailored one-to-one support, guidance, and interventions.
• Assessing the needs of children and young people, determining appropriate support plans and pathways, and informing risk reduction plans - supporting access to additional or specialist services where necessary.

As the Fundraising and Programme Officer at Temwa, your time will be split across both fundraising and programmes. You will support fundraising through grant proposal research, preparation and submission, as well as support project management through project development, reporting and monitoring. We have a highly skilled team of 27 full-time employees in Malawi implementing this work, based out of two offices in the Northern Region. Our UK office in Bristol comprises a small fundraising and operations team of six staff (two team members are full-time, all other team members are part-time), 3-5 regular volunteers and interns, and a wider family of volunteers and supporters. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities   

Fundraising (60%) 

• Ongoing management of a portfolio of charitable trusts and grant-making bodies 

• Researching and maintaining a database of donors including Trusts and Foundations in the UK and overseas to which Temwa could apply for fundin 

• Stewardship of current donors to promote repeat, long-term funding

• Growing the organisation’s fundraising portfolio by submitting funding proposals to new donors, including Trusts, Foundations, and Institutional Donors

• Working to form strategic partnerships with relevant organisations and agencies 

• Developing the organisation’s case for support, including through proposal templates for all projects 

• Working with the Temwa Fundraising Manager and MD on corporate partner engagement
