We are searching for a dedicated and hands-on Service Manager to lead and develop services for children and young people with learning disabilities and additional needs; services will include afterschool clubs (Mon-Thurs), weekend and school holiday playschemes/teen sessions. The role will involve planning and delivering inclusive, engaging, and structured activities within a fun, safe, and supportive environment. You’ll be key in supporting frontline staff to deliver high quality services and will consistently champion the voices of beneficiaries to ensure this informs and shapes delivery.

Overview / purpose of the role
We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Officer who is interested in developing a career in bookkeeping and/or accountancy within the nonprofit sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a finance or operations role who is looking to build on that foundation and grow their skills in a mission-driven organisation.

Responsibilities
Finance

Managing our accounts payable inbox, monitoring all incoming invoices and following up with team members on any missing information if required

Processing and coding invoices in Xero accounting software ahead of weekly payment runs

Checking that correct coding and approval procedures are followed for staff expenses

Conducting weekly payment runs via our online banking system

Coordinating our monthly payroll processes (working with external providers)

Position Overview:
At CPI we believe people are at the heart of our success. We are seeking a Grants Officer (Associate) based in Europe to join our CPI Europe (CPIE) team. Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of the AI Opportunity Fund. This role is responsible for the effective administration of grants including ongoing due diligence and accurate record keeping, contributing to assessing proposals and organisations, stewarding and maintaining effective relationships with grantees and wider partners, and ensuring compliance, timely reporting and payments. About the Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the Local Quality and Improvement Manager in delivering key Local Offer programmes, such as the Peer Review and Peer Network Programme, helping Local Authorities and organisations meet the needs of young people and fulfil their Statutory Duty (Section 507B).
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of traded services related to Quality Standards and Organisational Development, ensuring high-quality support for partners.
- Contribute to the development, quality assurance, and standardisation of NYA resources related to Quality Standards, working collaboratively across NYA teams.
- Promote NYA standards and resources to the sector, offering support and training to encourage adoption and effective use.
- Identify and deliver support to non-commercial requests, including those from VCSE organisations and Town and Parish Councils seeking information, advice, and guidance.
- Engage with the Local Policy & Partnerships Manager and the NYA Knowledge Team to gather and share sector insights, promoting knowledge exchange across NYA teams and the wider youth work sector.
- Support collaboration with Local Authorities and partner organisations to raise awareness of NYA programmes and encourage engagement with Quality Standards.
- Utilise NYA tools, including CRM and Project Management systems, to help generate timely and relevant performance and financial reports that inform decision-making and support effective programme delivery.
Our ideal Local Quality Advisor should have the following:
- Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of programmes or projects within the youth work, education, or voluntary sector.
- Strong understanding of youth work principles and the statutory duties of Local Authorities (particularly Section 507B).
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including Local Authorities, partner organisations, and internal teams.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to the development of resources and reports.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in using digital tools such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and project management platforms. Experience of using project management platform (or similar) would be an advantage
- A proactive, flexible, and agile approach to working across multiple programmes, including attending events and responding to time-sensitive deadlines.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Lead to manage and collaborate with an external development/implementation partner and coordinate the smooth adoption of Salesforce within the Charity. This critical role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, testing, training, and post-implementation support. The Human Resources Division supports all people management activities across the school and is committed to delivering high-quality and customer-focused services. Policy Development:
- To stay informed of new legislative developments and ensure that appropriate revisions to HR policy are made accordingly, as well as working with the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations to ensure that the wider HR Division is aware of the changes.
- To undertake appropriate policy benchmarking across the sector and with other leading organisations (both public and private).

The overall purpose of this Financial Controller role is to prepare the statutory accounts for the Raven Group, alongside maintaining the general ledger, purchasing systems and interfaces to other operational systems, as well as leading the team responsible for managing Raven’s finance transactions, treasury, cash management and fixed assets.
The Role:
- Leading and co-ordinating delivery of the financial statements for the group including leading on the annual external audit
- Managing and developing the Financial Control Team consisting of five direct reports and a wider team of ten in total
- Management of the general ledger, including all financial transactions and fixed asset accounting
- Responsible for the financial control framework and for day to day treasury management
- Oversight of all VAT, corporation tax and the general tax strategy for the group

The National Youth Agency is looking for a new Local Quality Manager to join our Youth Work Innovation & Development Team.
Contract: 12 months fixed term

As the national body for youth work, the NYA has a dual function. We are the professional statutory and regulatory body (PSRB) responsible for qualifications, quality standards, and safeguarding for youth work and services in England. About the Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead delivery of key Local Offer programmes, such as our successful Peer Review and Peer Network Programme, which are designed to support Local Authorities and organisations in meeting the needs of young people and in the case of Local Authorities meet their Statutory Duty (section 507B).
- Manage the delivery of traded services relating to Quality Standards and Organisational Development.
- Manage and regularly update both existing and new online resources related to Quality Standards, ensuring consistency and standardisation across all materials.
- Collaborate with the National Curriculum and Learning Manager to influence the youth work curriculum and share learning and insight from programmes
- Work collaboratively with the Youth Investment Fund Programme Manager to inform and develop Quality Standards.
- Work with Local Policy & Partnerships Manager and the NYA Knowledge Team to develop sector insights and to share learning and knowledge across NYA teams and the youth work sector.
- Collaborate with Local Authorities and partner organisations to promote awareness and encourage participation in NYA programmes and Quality Standards.
- Utilise NYA tools, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Project Management systems, to generate timely and relevant performance and financial reports that support informed decision making and effective programme delivery. Experience of using project management platform (or similar) would be an advantage.
- Provide line-management and support to peers and officers as required.

FLEX is looking for a passionate advocate with a good understanding of the UK political system, of labour abuse and/or exploitation and human trafficking in the UK, and demonstrable experience of coalition working and building relationships with key stakeholders working in the anti-trafficking, employment rights, and/or immigration sectors. This recruitment comes at an exciting and challenging time for our work at the intersection of employment rights and immigration policy. This role will inform and support our work to influence and improve law, policy and practice affecting worker in high-risk sectors in the UK.
In this role, you will lead on FLEX’s advocacy at the London level and coordinate the joint research advocacy and project work of FLEX networks and coalitions. These currently include the Labour Exploitation Advisory Group (LEAG) and the Taskforce on Victims of Trafficking in Immigration Detention, two networks made of expert organisations directly supporting people who have experienced or are at risk of exploitation. Above all this role requires someone with real passion and commitment to FLEX’s work to end labour exploitation and an excitement for working in a small, dynamic team.
