About This Job
This is an exciting training role in Army Cadet Headquarters responsible for development of courses and compliance by those undertaking training delivery.
We are looking for a person with skills in training design to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to the team.
This role is key to ensuring the Army Cadets can deliver excellent quality course materials and the training cycle is compliant with MOD and/or awarding body requirements.
This position is a permanent full-time post (40 hours per week) which will be home-based. However, some travel to Aldershot and London to attend meetings will be required.

Objectives of Service
The overall purpose of Barnardo's Early Help Autism Team is to support children with Autism (or in the process of an autism assessment being undertaken) and their parent/carer.

JOB PURPOSE
To assist the Programmes & Funding Manager in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of AdviceUK's funded programmes. The role will keep projects running smoothly, maintain accurate monitoring data, and be a reliable first point of contact for members and delivery partners. The Programmes & Funding Officer will also assist in maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring that AdviceUK members have the practical support needed to access and sustain advice services.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Programme & Project Support
·Assist the Programmes & Funding Manager in the delivery of AdviceUK's funded programmes and contribute to their design and development where required.
·Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of funded projects, keeping track of timelines, milestones and actions in line with agreed project plans.
·Support the coordination of AdviceUK staff and external associates/trainers involved in programme delivery.
·Maintain project governance processes and practical workflows to ensure funder requirements are met.
2.Development & Funding Support
·Conduct research on potential funders and commissioners at local and national levels to identify new opportunities.
·Provide administrative support during the drafting of funding bids, tenders, and proposals.
3.Relationship Management
·Liaise with members, stakeholders and partners to maintain positive working relationships.
·Support the Manager in organising meetings and events with key stakeholders in the advice sector.
·Ensure AdviceUK’s vision and values are reflected in all external communications and interactions.
4.Monitoring, Data & Evidence
·Maintain and update CRMs and other reporting tools to ensure accurate programme progress tracking.
·Collate monitoring data and project evaluations to help demonstrate performance against KPIs.
·Assist in the preparation of financial and non-financial reports for funders and stakeholders.
·Help identify and share impact studies and good practice case studies from projects with the wider membership and sector.
5.General Responsibilities
·Ensure you effectively communicate AdviceUK’s vision, mission and objectives to staff, members and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will already have worked in a supervisory position and will have a good level of experience of working in a mental health residential care home. You will hold an NVQ level 3 in care and will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of carrying out needs and risk assessments.
You must have excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills, be competent using IT to complete reports and audits and will have the ability to well work under pressure.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be flexible with regards to hours which include evening and weekend working, sleep-ins and on call cover.

You will bring relevant professional experience, strong skills in assessment, engagement, safety planning and communication, and the ability to work safely in complex and high risk situations. We are seeking people who can hold clear boundaries and accountability while offering empathy, curiosity and respect. You will work in a trauma informed, survivor centred and strengths based way, recognising each survivor as the expert in their own life. You will understand how gendered power, oppression and structural barriers shape survivors’ experiences, and you will be confident applying these principles in your practice.
This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in our local Warwickshire domestic abuse helpline, on a rota basis. This requires covering a later shift from 12:30 – 20:30, approximately twice per month.

About the role - You’ll provide strategic and financial leadership across a small team, working closely with an exceptional Board and Belay’s Founder, who remains closely involved as Services Director. You’ll lead fundraising and income diversification, shape Belay’s public voice and ensure the organisation’s trauma-responsive, DDP-informed model continues to deliver real impact as it scales.

About the role
As a Coach Lead Worker (Landlord Liaison) you will join our team in Birmingham at an exciting time. You will be managing a caseload of homeless members and providing advice, guidance and advocacy as well as delivering an outstanding property procurement service across the private rented sector. In addition, it’s a role requiring commercial acumen and creativity as you partner with private landlords to source accommodation for our members. You will work collaboratively with partners and staff across the organisation to ensure tenants receive the support they need to sustain their homes and landlord relationships are nurtured. Working arrangements
