About the role
As Head of Data and Analysis, you will play a vital role in transforming how data and insights drive strategic decisions across our Public Impact division. You'll lead the development and delivery of a forward-looking data strategy, enabling agile, insight-led campaign planning and supporter engagement. You'll also play a key role in leading the team through technological and cultural change, championing collaboration and capability-building across multidisciplinary teams.
Joining our Public Impact Division and reporting to the Director of Public Income & Engagement, you’ll be leading Data and Analysis teams who are passionate about harnessing the power of data to deepen supporter engagement, increase income, and deliver relevant, impactful experiences.

You will also play a key role in raising awareness and improving support for neurodivergent survivors.
What You’ll Do
Provide specialist, person-centred advocacy for survivors with learning disabilities and autism.

Job Purpose
This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Coordination

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of youth work in England. As Policy and Public Affairs Manager at the National Youth Agency (NYA), you’ll play a central role in influencing national policy and driving change that impacts young people’s lives.
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic individual to join our Policy, Insights and External Affairs Directorate. You’ll work closely with the Head of Policy and Public Affairs, line manage the Policy and Public Affairs Officer, and collaborate with colleagues and sector partners to deliver a bold and proactive policy agenda that champions youth work in policy making. Your work will ensure the voice of the NYA and the youth sector is placed at the heart of national policy and funding decisions.

About the role:

You will be an excellent communicator, with significant experience coordinating programme delivery and support functions including human resource management, logistics and procurement, finance and compliance. You will be a strategic leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and influence to drive change. We are seeking a qualified Specialist ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) to join our Advocacy team at Respond. The role includes providing pro-active emotional, practical and advocacy support for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people with complex or multiple needs who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging, (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system.
