The Role

What will I be doing?

• Create a powerful alliance of Corporate Partners to influence science strategies and investment in areas such as advanced sensing, photonics, quantum technologies, semiconductors, renewable energy, autonomous systems and medtech
• Secure long-term relationships by delivering impactful services that meet partners’ needs: working with cross-organisation teams to drive take up of IOP membership, professional registrations, thought leadership articles and access to publishing content
• Manage risks and ensure financial sustainability of the Corporate Partners Alliance

Projects you work on may include:

• Deliver annual series of leadership visits to Corporate Partners organisations to explore interests and common priorities around skills, R&D, infrastructure and business support
• Manage and deliver science insights and advocacy activities with Corporate Partners, via high-level meetings with senior stakeholders in government, industry, finance and academia
• Facilitate ideation workshops, prepare briefings and produce reports to develop new insights and seed new activities to support IOP and partner priorities

Who will I work with?

• Executive Directors and Chief Technology Officers in large R&D intensive businesses
• IOP leadership and cross-organisational teams including our publishing company
• Closely with IOP Associate Director for Science, Business and Data Insights

You are likely to have the following experience

• Credibility in building corporate partnerships with c-suite and senior leaders in R&D intensive, large businesses
• Knowledge of working at the interface of government policy, business and academia regarding science, technology and innovation
• Experience of implementing projects that involve managing senior stakeholders and decision makers in business and securing income targets

Fulham Palace is a truly remarkable place. For centuries, this Grade I listed building situated in extensive grounds by the River Thames was the country residence of the Bishop of London. The Palace is now managed by Fulham Palace Trust, which is inspired by a vision to restore our nationally significant historic buildings and grounds to their original beauty and to provide outstanding facilities for the local community and visitors from farther afield.

Fulham Palace Trust runs a number of public events each year, ranging from 50 to 5,000 attendees. They bring in a c. £75,000 surplus to the Trust, as well as additional donation and retail income. Following a successful expansion of these events over the past three years, we're looking to build on this programme further. In addition, we are building our reputation as a location for photos shoots and filming and as a venue for major music concerts and festivals.

Reporting to the commercial and visitor experience manager (CVEM), you will develop and co-ordinate public events and filming taking place on site.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and quick-thinking public events and filming manager. Someone full of ideas and with a passion for generating income and promoting Fulham Palace, helping the organisation grow and develop.

You will need to be highly motivated, organised and able to work with minimal supervision. You must be able to multi-task and manage a complex workload. You should have excellent event management and planning skills and be able to take an imaginative, strategic and creative approach to your work, including developing new events. We want someone who is commercially-minded, who can see potential and plan the steps to delivery.

We are a small team, so we need someone who can balance the strategic overview and drive to develop the events programme with the hands-on delivery.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual to join our Business Development & Commissioning Team as our new Business Development Marketing Officer. The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Community Rehabilitation Service. We are the largest centre commissioned by NHS England for Category A neurorehabilitation.

The team plays a pivotal role in generating and overseeing referrals for our frontline services whilst managing all children and young people placement-related activity. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Business Development Marketing Manager to drive referral generating activity through both business development and marketing activity. This may include direct mail and advertising campaigns, both on and offline, through to organising and attending events, both those hosted by other organisations and our own. You’ll play an important role in supporting coordination of and delivery of this activity.

Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll demonstrate:

• An understanding of business development and marketing, ideally be in a services-oriented environment but this is not essential.
• Experience in implementing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns – both on and offline, whether to consumers (B2C), professionals (B2B), or government departments/professionals (B2G).
• Ability to work well with others – both within the BD&C team and across other departments, including the central marketing and communications team who support implementation of our plans.

About the Role

As our Housing Coordinator you will ensure The Angelou Centre’s refuge accommodations continue to be a safe and welcoming safe for women. You will ensure we comply with statutory building, property and Health & Safety obligations. You will be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing tenancy-related matters, and supporting the wellbeing of women and children accessing our refuge services. You will also line mange our Refuge and Housing Support Workers and our Haven Finance Officer

 Key Responsibilities

 Refuge Management

• Ensure that the refuge (dispersed accommodation) provides a safe supportive and welcoming environment in compliance with UK housing laws and the requirements of registered social landlords.
• To ensure completion of all necessary forms including housing and welfare benefit forms. 
• To liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies and networks, e.g. Housing Benefit -Networks/Housing agencies 
• Action any breaches of leases or tenancy agreements promptly and efficiently to ensure compliance with lease/tenancy obligations.
• Proactively address any arrears in a timely fashion and take appropriate action to recover debts.
• Working as a key part of our management team, supporting the Executive Director with planning, monitoring, evaluation and development planning
• Encouraging a positive and supportive environment in the refuge, ensuring that women’s and children’s voices are heard and central to our services
• Working in partnership with voluntary and statutory organisations, including Local Authorities and Children’s Social Care and other external agencies, keeping up to date with local resources and services available

Line Management

• Engaging all team members in regular service reviews to promote best practice
• Managing and participating in the on-call support rota, responding to emergencies outside office hours on a rota basis

Suffolk Wildlife Trust is seeking a Digital Content Officer to help us share the story of our work, inspire people across the county and drive our mission to “bring nature back to Suffolk”, and vision of a ““A Wilder Suffolk where nature is thriving and abundant because everyone is doing more to help”. This role is central to how we communicate our impact and connect people with wildlife, ensuring that our voice for nature is clear, compelling and far-reaching.

As a Digital Content Officer, you will be part of the Marketing & Communications team, working across departments to gather stories and create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will lead on digital communications, including managing our social media accounts, website, and e-newsletters, and play a key role in delivering inspiring campaigns that encourage more people to take action for wildlife and support the charity.

Your work will include planning, creating and publishing content such as videos, images, graphics and written stories that showcase the Trust’s impact and celebrate Suffolk’s wildlife and landscapes. By amplifying these stories, you will help raise awareness, build engagement and attract new members and supporters.

The role also involves co-ordinating local and national awareness campaigns, ensuring that Suffolk Wildlife Trust continues to be recognised as a trusted voice for nature. You will work closely with colleagues across our conservation and reserves, advocacy and engagement teams, to ensure that our communications reflect the breadth of our work and are aligned with our strategic goals.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week -  Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm based at our main office Brooke House in Ashbocking. We operate flexible homeworking arrangements where colleagues spend more time working together than homeworking. The starting salary will be between £26,000.00 and £28,000.00 per annum, depending on skills, knowledge and experience.

This includes working within Raiser’s Edge NXT to deliver data selections and imports, maintaining data quality and ensuring the CRM is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose. You will also manage relationships with key suppliers and drive continuous improvement of data processes.

Reporting to the Head of HIV or Director of Services, the Senior Manager (HIV Services): Business Development and Team Coordination plays a vital role in strengthening the sustainability and effectiveness of METRO's HIV services.

The post holder will support the development of funding proposals and bids, build and maintain relationships with funders, commissioners, and partners, and contribute to fundraising activity to secure the future of HIV services. Alongside this, the post holder will provide hands-on support to the team with contract management, producing high-quality data-led reports, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements.

This role acts as a bridge between delivery teams and METRO's leadership, being part of its Senior Management Team (SMT), and enabling services to thrive by ensuring contracts are well-managed, reports are accurate and timely, and opportunities for growth and sustainability are actively pursued.

Programme

METRO runs various HIV prevention and support services across London and the Southeast. These services include pan London and local HIV prevention services, HIV support services including advice and advocacy and family support, HIV peer mentoring and counselling services. Many of these services are delivered in partnership with agencies such as the GMIPartnership consisting of Spectra, Positive East, and our collaborations with THT, Positively UK and Africa Advocacy Foundation. Our services are also embedded in other sexual health partnerships, such as the SASH programme, which consists of our partnerships with Turning Point, London Friend and Naz. We also work with several NHS Trusts as part of our work with the London HIV Fast Track Cities programme and wider programmes.
