Job Description
You'll be an experienced qualified High Intensity Therapist with BABCP accreditation who likes working as part of a supportive team to help clients who struggle with common mental health problems such as anxiety and/or depression.
You will be responsible for the clinical supervision of Mind and Body Practitioners and CBT Therapists. Supervision will be provided on both an individual and group basis. You will be expected to support the clinical governance of the Mind and Body service.

Essential Skills
- Have a Post Graduate Diploma in an NHS Talking Therapies Course or a recorded/registered qualification in one of the following - nursing, social work, occupational therapy, arts therapy or within a psychological therapy – plus further post-graduate qualification training in CBT along with significant experience working as a practitioner
- Have accreditation with BABCP
- Have demonstrable experience working in mental health and young person services
- Have demonstrable experience with routine outcome monitoring
- Use clinical supervision and personal development positively and effectively
- Know child protection issues and other relevant legislation
- Be able to work within a team and foster good working relationships
- Have advanced communication skills

The role
As Community Fundraiser you will build and develop fundraising relationships in the community, by providing excellent stewardship and support to Fundraising Groups and volunteers, in order to increase income and deliver the agreed Community Fundraising strategy.
You will work across the region to both identify, research and form new fundraising groups in the community by organising community days and meeting potential volunteers face to face. You will also create and deliver an annual volunteer recruitment plan to grow numbers of volunteers in dedicated roles.
About You
As a Community Fundraiser you will be an incredible relationship builder with good communication skills. Although it is desirable you will have had some experience in the Charity sector, we are also open to people with transferable skills who would love to start a career in fundraising. Working towards targets is also desirable.
This role is remote with travel across Staffordshire, Shropshire and the Black Country. Please note that you must be a car driver with access to a car. The closing date is the 18th May. In this new role, you’ll ensure Kidney Research UK has access to and uses external health data effectively to provide high-quality evidence and insight to a wide audience and remains intelligence-led across all its operations.
The post-holder will deliver a core health data intelligence service, ensuring the Policy, Programmes and Communications Teams, along with the wider staff group, have access to a wide range of high-quality health analytics assets. The role will lead on delivering discrete pieces of original quantitative analysis, along with supporting analytics work led by other team members. The role will also involve supporting or leading the delivery of any required data analysis or health economics work, as required.
This will include the management of our health statistics sign-off process, reviewing other colleagues’ use of quantitative health data evidence for external-facing resources and leading on commissioned health economics projects.
A commitment to continuous learning and a collaborative spirit is key. You'll possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in Microsoft 365 applications, ideally including Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint. Confidence querying databases is equally important, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of data owners and stakeholders.
The ability to showcase insights through clear and informative visualisations - charts, tables, and dashboards - is essential for both internal and external audiences.
