Job description

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a renowned charity to recruit a Supporter Care Officer. This temporary-to-permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the organisation, providing vital support and engagement to donors and supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to supporter enquiries through various channels, ensuring a responsive and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate supporter records and ensure data integrity within the organisation’s CRM system.
  • Support the processing of donations, memberships, and events contributions efficiently and securely.
  • Foster strong relationships with supporters by providing timely updates and personalised communication.
  • Assist in organising supporter engagement activities and initiatives to enhance community involvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure supporter feedback and insights are captured and acted upon.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in a professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM or database systems; related experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrates empathy and tact when dealing with supporter concerns or questions.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.

 

What’s on Offer

Salary: £30,000

Working Pattern: Hybrid- 2 days a week in London
