About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. Who we are looking for
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage.
A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions.
You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.

CDFIs are community lenders, committed to delivering positive social impact, and offer fair and affordable finance to businesses, social enterprises and to people unable to access it elsewhere.
This is a pivotal moment to be joining the CDFI sector. Responsible Finance and CDFIs are poised for exciting growth following two record-breaking funding announcements in late 2024 which has seen the sector backed by Government and leading financial institutions including the British Business Bank and JPMorgan Chase. This follows Lloyds Banking Group becoming the first mainstream lender to invest in the CDFI sector earlier in the year.
This new funding will enable business-lending CDFIs to scale their reach and impact, supporting economic growth and financial inclusion across the UK. Successful candidates will play a vital role in helping to make sure that CDFIs are supported to build their operational capacity and maximise the opportunity this brings.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to help us to deliver an ambitious Capacity Building programme for our business-lending CDFIs and support our wider and growing member base. You will support Programme Managers to effectively deliver key projects within both the Capacity Building programme and more broadly support our small team to deliver outstanding service to CDFIs across the personal, micro, business and social enterprise lending sectors. The Role
The Project Support Officer will assist in the delivery of key projects and support the Programme Director and Programme Managers in ensuring the smooth running of a Programme Management Office (PMO) at Responsible Finance.
The role holder will support the timely and quality delivery of projects and programmes, including playing a key role in producing timely information and reports, and ensuring the smooth running of programme meetings and boards.
Just as importantly the role-holder will also support the wider Responsible Finance team to deliver key projects and ongoing support to our members and provide high quality administrative support where required.
The role-holder will also be responsible for ensuring that Responsible Finance’s onboarding process is followed for all new CDFIs, to ensure that they receive high quality and timely support at the start of their membership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting aspects of Responsible Finance’s communications activity including generating content for and distributing the member newsletter, as well as supporting the effective delivery of events and website updates.
- Ensuring the smooth running of an important and high-profile bank referral pilot project, monitoring email referrals and data entry with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and timelines.
- Assisting in the delivery of key work streams and projects, including the monitoring and reporting of grants to support capacity building.

Role Description
BASIC is seeking a motivated and dynamic leader to serve as the Head of the Nuclear for Good movement. This individual will be expected to lead the Nuclear for Good Steering Group to grow the movement’s membership, co-develop movement strategy, develop its funding, and supercharge its impact.
This high-impact role offers the opportunity to manage a positive and dynamic initiative seeking to advance multiple interlinked goals, including: sustainable development; food and water security, sustainable energy futures, and nuclear non-proliferation. The successful candidate will bring a strong record of policy engagement, project delivery, and leadership in international development, international security, or nuclear governance.
The successful candidate will oversee the project’s delivery across multiple outputs, working closely with internal and external partners, including international consultancies, technical experts, and UK government stakeholders.
The Head of Nuclear for Good is expected to be an enthusiastic professional with outstanding communication skills in the field of nuclear policy. Responsible for overseeing a set of specific tasks, they must demonstrate a clear understanding of and alignment with the movement's overall objectives, strategies and goals. The position will report to the Programme Manager of the Non-proliferation and Disarmament Programme.
Taking charge of the Nuclear for Good movement, the appointed individual will navigate the entire project cycle, from generating fundraising ideas to developing them further and building knowledge of funding relationships.
The Head of Nuclear for Good must be a strong communicator, with the ability to translate relevant scientific and technical ideas to a general audience. This skillset must be coupled with a proven ability to build community, conduct high-level networking and outreach activities. The ideal candidate is an established public figure with a specialisation in nuclear science and technology issues as well as, ideally, some knowledge of the peaceful uses pillar of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery
The Head of the Nuclear for Good movement will need to deliver a set of key deliverables during the contract, to advance the project’s international reach and influence.
To advise the existing Steering Group, the successful candidate will need to start by appointing an Advisory Group to the project, comprising experts with diverse nuclear-related specialities to support the movement. The Advisory Group will meet quarterly.
The main thrust of the role is geared around an ambitious outreach and community-building strategy. The successful candidate will recruit new member organisations, individuals, and influencers to the movement – exchanging ideas and further developing Nuclear for Good’s strategy and goals as the movement evolves. As a multi-stakeholder movement, the pool of potential members could include policy experts, academics, private sector technologists, nuclear regulators, and international development professionals.
The successful candidate will attend a range of key conferences related to the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, non-proliferation, and sustainable development. These include the UN General Assembly First Committee, the IAEA General Conference, and the UN Climate Conference. Participation in these events will help raise awareness of the project among relevant stakeholders. This will include organising a side event at the IAEA General Conference. This activity will not only promote the movement to new audiences, but also demonstrate our support for the IAEA and its flagship initiatives, while inviting attendees to apply to join the Nuclear for Good network.

Role Description
BASIC is seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager (Policy Fellow) to lead BASIC’s deliverables within our joint project with the Federation of the American Scientists (FAS): ‘From the Noise, the Signal’.
The project investigates how emerging and disruptive technologies (EDTs) pose credible threats and disrupt traditional assumptions regarding relative military advantages and disadvantages. One such assumption is the traditional dominance of hiders over seekers in the military domain which appears to be increasingly challenged by a package of EDTs. These technologies operate across military domains, including: outer space and the upper atmosphere, air, ground, sea surface, undersea, and cyber. Research has, however, not yet fully assessed EDTs collective impacts on hider-seeker dynamics, at a time where technologies are advancing faster than policy.
This joint FAS-BASIC project addresses this gap in both the research literature and policy discourse through collaboration with an interdisciplinary community of scientific, technical, and OSINT experts, to build a higher-resolution picture of the technological readiness according to the open-source.
This high-impact role offers the opportunity to deliver the research and manage the part of the project that covers sea-based dimensions. The second phase will bring the project’s sea- and land-based dimensions together, and assess the overall strategic implications of these technological advances for nuclear stability.
The Project Manager is expected to have a solid understanding of global security, nuclear nuclear issues, and expertise in EDTs and nuclear weapons issues demonstrated through a record of relevant (policy) research. The successful candidate will have experience with convening and leading high level dialogues and experience with project delivery.
The successful candidate will manage and lead the project’s delivery across several outputs, working closely with FAS partners.

Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) is the national charity caring for historic churches at risk. As the operator of the third largest heritage estate in charitable ownership in the UK, our 356 historic churches include examples of irreplaceable architecture, archaeology and art from 1,000 years of English history.
CCT has an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration. All churches in our care are listed, mostly Grade I and II*, and some are Scheduled Ancient Monuments.
Without our care, these buildings might have disappeared entirely. Instead, they are enjoyed as social, tourism, educational and cultural resources, kept open, in use, and living once again in the heart of their communities.
Overall job purpose
The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on us supporting communities around our churches caring for, opening, using and raising money for them. The Lead Local Community Officer will play the prime role in ensuring that local people are engaged, recruited, trained and supported.
The Lead Local Community Officer will lead the regional team of Local Community Officers to support, recruit, liaise with and develop volunteer and community supporters to care, open, use and raise money for the CCT’s collection of historic churches.

Provide tailored support, including health checks on governance, compliance, finances, and funding readiness, offering recommendations and signposting to specialist services (e.g., Cranfield Trust, CVS, Charity Excellence etc).

Advise on funding opportunities, strategy, and application readiness, with referrals to bid-writing support where needed.

Deliver workshops, webinars, events, and one-to-one sessions to build skills, knowledge, and confidence of UK grassroots organisations.

Work collaboratively with organisations and AWN colleagues (including via the triage and referral system) to identify challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with charities, funders, and sector partners across the voluntary, public, and charity sectors.

Represent AWN at external events, conferences, and meetings, helping to organise and deliver events linked to your work.

Keep accurate records on the CRM, gather feedback, write case studies, and contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and service development.

Support AWN’s communications by contributing updates for the website and social media.

Essential Criteria

3+ years’ experience within the UK charity sector (domestic, not solely international).

Strong understanding of charity governance, compliance, and the UK funding and grant-making landscape.

Insight into the needs and challenges of small and grassroots non-profits, with awareness of the systemic barriers affecting Muslim-led organisations.

Experience supporting or advising charities, community groups, or local networks to build capacity and resilience.

Ability to work collaboratively with organisations, offering constructive and practical guidance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in public speaking and engaging a wide range of stakeholders.

Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a small team, with minimal supervision.

Confident using technology to deliver support and manage work effectively, including CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and other digital tools.

Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Community engagement and outreach
- Event or project coordination (online and in-person)
- Delivering presentations, workshops, or training sessions
