Key Details
Salary: £51,500 per annum with generous benefits including 25 days annual holiday plus public holidays, enhanced pension contribution, private medical health insurance, life assurance, and flexible/hybrid working
Hours: 35 per week over 5 days

Location: Hybrid working with office in central London and options for flexibility to work from home. The postholder will be expected to attend our central London office regularly - minimum of 2/3 days per week

By using best-practice benchmarking, you will identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate across teams to deliver an even stronger supporter experience.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven track record in not-for-profit fundraising marketing and a passion for leveraging stories to drive fundraising success.
- Experience of developing and implementing on and offline fundraising marketing campaigns, delivering them on time and on budget.
- A proven ability to write persuasive copy.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.

Key duties include:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager, based in our North-East region, to oversee our Anti-Trafficking and Modern Slavery Outreach and Accommodation support. This role is to manage and maintain high levels of service delivery. You will directly oversee coordinators. You will work with those Coordinators to ensure that; contractual KPI's are met, service users are supported effectively, staff are developed, and internal processes and procedures are followed to a high standard. The NE Service Manager will be the main point of contact for regional events and responsibilities. Where required, you will also play a role in implementing service and system improvements.
Responsibilities:
Service Management
- Oversight, line management coaching and support of Coordinators including effective supervisions and annual appraisals.
- Ensure all Service Users are being supported effectively and assist Coordinators with problem-solving and managing incidents, safeguarding issues, and complex cases.
- Ensure all staff are supported and managed effectively by their Coordinators, this includes leave, performance, wellbeing, and training.
- Communicate with the Salvation Army Modern Slavery team where necessary.
- Regular visits to all accommodation sites
- Work collaboratively with People and Culture staff to support and manage staff as needed.
- Organise and run the on-call rota for the service.
- Oversee other services or a team in the absence of Coordinator (ie. Holiday or sickness).
Safeguarding
- Ensure your team works proactively and closely with the Safeguarding Lead to keep all Service Users and Staff safe from harm.
- Ensure that the safeguarding policy and reporting system are strictly adhered to.
Health & Safety / Facilites Management
- Ensure lone-working safety procedures are implemented and sustained.
- Understand H&S standards & requirements and ensure they are monitored and maintained.

- Work closely and collaboratively with Facilities, LifeSupply, Operations, Devices, and People and Culture on this area.

Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all KPIs and standards are met and tracked by staff including referrals, exits, RNAs, and accommodation standards.
- Ensure all Weekly Overviews, checklists, audits, and other quality control systems created by the Assurance team are used consistently and processes are adhered to.
- Manage Service User or external complaints with the support of Senior Service manager when necessary.

Training, Learning, & Development
- Support other Services & Innovations e.g. LifeSupply & Bright Future.

Organisational Responsibilities
- As the most senior member of staff in the region, be a point of contact for the region and be a representative of Causeway’s values and culture amongst the staff team.

Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a fast-growing charity in North London providing much needed therapy, wellbeing support and advocacy services to people with mental health problems.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Community Care Coordinators to support some of our most vulnerable users of emergency services. These roles have been developed to further support our service users alongside our statutory partners at North Middlesex NHS Foundation Trust Emergency Department, to increase their wellbeing, confidence, social integration, and independence.
The successful candidates will be responsible for working with service users during periods of crisis and support them through their journey of recovery to ensure that they are receiving the support most beneficial to them. This will be achieved through a person-centred approach to ensure that the views of service users are central to the planned support they receive.
The successful candidates will take a lead in working with service users to assess needs/barriers preventing clients from recovery, working with them to create a personal action plan, and monitoring and evaluating outcomes and progress.

Your role
You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. The Opportunity
We’re seeking an energetic, commercially savvy Interim Commercial Director to join us for approximately nine months. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Lead, coach and motivate the Commercial Partnerships team to deliver outstanding results, including achieving 2025 targets and deliverables
- As a key member of IKD’s senior Leadership Team, contribute to the operational and strategic direction of the organisation, and attend regular meetings of IKD’s Board of Trustees

Strategic Commercial Relations

- Support the E-Commerce Manager to develop and deliver the workplan for all corporate sites

Marketing
- Support and guide the Marketing team, to ensure successful delivery of IKD’s calendar of high-impact marketing and advertising campaigns, including social media
- Oversee the internal and external use of branding guidelines – ensuring consistency in the look and feel of all collateral materials, events and campaigns – protecting IKD’s corporate identity and positioning
- Monitor the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives and activities, providing ROI and engagement measurements
- Lead the marketing team in developing ambitious plans to celebrate IKD’s 30th anniversary in 2026
Skills/experience you will bring:
- Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level, being able to see the bigger picture while also being comfortable with detail and data, and ‘getting things done’
- Demonstrable sales and business development experience, having held a lead role in growing commercial revenue

Cranstoun is an independent charity and leading provider of specialist treatment, harm reduction and recovery services to those affected by drug and alcohol use. This is an exciting opportunity to become a Key Worker within our high performing psychosocial drug and alcohol service in HMP Birmingham.
We provide a range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol. Our skilled and compassionate team work closely with people who use our services to change and save lives. We combine proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and actively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide.
You will be based in our psychosocial team working with adult males (over 18 years old). You will be responsible for delivering a range of elements of our substance use work including case management, assessments, care planning, the delivery of one-to-one interventions to include harm reduction and motivational work, group work, and engagement support as well as other associated duties. You need to be committed to supporting people who use our services to make positive changes in order to prepare them for release into the community, and you will arrange continuity of care. You will work in collaboration with the clinical team and integrated working is a key element of this role. You will work within the prison setting and contribute towards the wider prison drug strategy.
Having experience of supporting people with complex health needs including substance use, you will bring knowledge and commitment to deliver drug and alcohol treatment. You will have a non-judgemental attitude and a desire to support the lives of people who use our services to be healthier and safer by delivering a high-quality service.
Experience of working with drug and alcohol use is essential. You will be a competent communicator, with the ability to work independently and be comfortable and enthusiastic, both with the highlighted client group and working in partnership with other service providers. Previous experience or knowledge of working with individuals on opiate replacement treatment, and/or involved in the criminal justice system will be advantageous.
