The Role
As part of the Youth Policy and Engagement Team the post holder will be one of two Business Programme Coordinators. This role will support the delivery and smooth running of the creative programme for 11-30’s including open access and schools and community groups.
About you:
We are looking for a professional and proactive individual with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail to coordinate the smooth operational running of a range of inclusive youth programmes across a range of creative disciplines. The role is full-time, predominantly working Monday to Friday with occasional evening or weekend work.

Group Director of Fundraising
£70,000 to £80,000 per annum

The Group Director of Fundraising is a senior organisational leader responsible for driving ambitious, sustainable income growth and strengthening the reputation and external influence of HBFG. The post holder will lead the long-term fundraising and fundraising communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategy for impact, and acts as a senior external ambassador to high level stakeholders, donors, and partners. As a core member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and strategic partner to the CEO, the Group Director has organisational wide responsibility for income generation, external engagement and long-term sustainability.
They are looking for a candidate with demonstrable senior leadership experience in fundraising, development or income generation in a charity or mission driven organisation. They are looking for someone with a demonstrable track record of securing substantial, sustainable income (six & seven figures) across multiple fundraising streams. They are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience leading impactful fundraising communications and commissioning high quality publications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Boards or governance bodies and reporting on strategic income performance through a period of change.

Careers Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Careers Specialist with a strong background in supporting people facing various barriers to employment, including those from disadvantaged or underrepresented backgrounds.
You will play a key role in guiding and empowering young people aged 16–26 to develop their skills, confidence, and aspirations, helping them to achieve sustainable employment and realise their full potential.
Position: Careers Specialist

Salary: £33k - 35k per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

The role
Reporting to the CEO, this new role will ensure MediCinema’s financial strength, operational excellence and people-centred culture as we consolidate our recent growth and proceed with our plans for more sites across the UK. You will lead finance, HR and organisational operations, overseeing systems, compliance and high-quality corporate services that support our national expansion.
From financial planning and audit, to overseeing IT and digital development, to ensuring a solid HR strategy and people practices, you will ensure the infrastructure behind our therapeutic services remains robust, efficient and future-ready. A hands-on leader (supported by external experts), you will bring clarity, rigour and creativity to a purpose-led charity striving to improve patient experiences across the NHS.
