You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing partnerships, and creating engaging, high impact campaigns that align with the goals of both the charity and our corporate supporters.

Key Responsibilities 

• Partnership Development 

• Proactively research, identify, and approach companies with a compelling case for support and bespoke partnership proposals.

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or account management.

The International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) is exclusive partnering with Robertson Bell in their search for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their evolving team on a permanent basis, in this newly created role.

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key senior member of the finance team and will help shape the strategic management and direction of the team. They will support the Director of Finance and Operations, Senior Leadership Team, Trustees and budget holders to understand and interpret IIED’s finances and play a key role in the long term strategic financial planning process.

The key duties of the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis are as follows:

• Lead on strategic financial reporting to provide a clear picture of the organization’s short- and long-term financial position
• Manage the design and build of financial models to support strategic planning, project impact assessment, and forecasting
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic forecasts and budget plans
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial performance

• Substantial relevant finance management experience in the not-for-profit sector
• Experience in mapping and analysing processes and identifying and implementing process improvement
• Excellent communication skills and be able to influence at all levels within the organisation
• Ability to manage, support and develop diverse teams to work effectively together and with the rest of the organisation

The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Legacy Manager. This person must be able to work proactively and constructively with colleagues to develop high-quality project proposals and act as an ambassador for the Natural History Museum amongst a range of high-profile external contacts. The Motability Foundation is looking for a confident, driven media and PR professional to join the Communications team and lead our media and PR activity.

This role will play a crucial part in our work to raise awareness of the work of the Motability Foundation and amplify the voices of disabled people across the media.

This role will take a lead on all media and PR activities. With a strong news sense, you will help develop and execute forward-thinking PR plans and strategies for the organisation, manage our external profile and raise awareness of the work we do, aligned to our vision, and manage our press office, including building strong relationships with journalists.

What you will be doing

About The Role
We are offering a great opportunity to join our team as a Dementia Adviser, providing personalised information and advice to people worried about their memory, diagnosed with dementia and their carers! 
As a Dementia Adviser, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide support, information, and guidance to people with dementia and their carers; helping to maintain their independence, improving their sense of well-being, and putting them in more control of their lives.
The service is unique to each service user as it is based upon their personal circumstances and support needs. You will offer support to your clients in a variety of ways, whether in the client's own home, or at other locations in the community, face to face, by phone, letter, or email. You will also assist service users to access other services, providing signposting and referrals.
You will be working in the County Durham community.

What you’ll focus on:

- Providing a person-centred and outcomes focused information, advice and support service to people affected by dementia and their carers.
- Identifying people’s needs and the services they may wish to access, give advice about how to live well with dementia and support the improvement of their sense of wellbeing.
- You will be working from home, but you will be spending time in the community completing home visits, promoting our service at events and giving dementia awareness talks to groups.
- You will also run a Singing for the Brain group once a month.
- The area covered is County Durham, however, we split the County into the 5 old District Council areas. You will cover one of these areas predominantly.
- Travel expenses are only paid for travel within the area specified. Being able to travel independently is an expectation of this role.
- You will work with a variety of other professionals, such as GPs, memory clinic staff and other health and social care services.

About you:

- Able and interested in supporting people to maintain their independence, improve their sense of well-being, and help them take more control of their lives through assessment and outcomes.
- Understanding of dementia and the needs of those living with dementia and their carers would be an advantage but if you have had experience supporting with other diagnosis or support requirements this would be taken into consideration.
- Experience with communicating with a wide range of people, adapting your approach to ensure understanding at all levels.
- Able to network effectively and collaborate with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for people.
- Good IT skills, experience working with databases and virtual meeting software (Teams / Zoom).
- The ability to travel across the local area independently when and often as required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising Strategy & Planning
   • Develop, implement, and refine a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with IAC UK’s mission and objectives.
   • Identify and explore new income streams to expand funding sources and diversify revenue.
      
2. Donor Relationship Management
   • Cultivate existing donor relationships and establish new donor networks to increase long-term engagement and support.
   • Create compelling cases for support, proposals, and campaigns that reflect IAC UK’s values and impact.
      
3. Volunteer Recruitment & Coordination
   • Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers to support all fundraising activities.
   • Develop volunteer engagement initiatives, ensuring volunteers are well-supported and recognized for their contributions.
      
4. Event & Campaign Management
   • Plan and execute a variety of fundraising events, online campaigns, and community initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
   • Manage event logistics, supplier negotiations, and campaign communications to maximize awareness and financial return.
      
5. Budget & Financial Oversight
   • Prepare and manage the fundraising budget, monitoring income targets and expenditure.
   • Compile regular progress reports for senior leadership and trustees, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
      
6. Compliance & Governance
   • Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with UK regulations, GDPR requirements, and the Code of Fundraising Practice.
   • Maintain accurate records and documentation to enable transparent reporting and auditing.
      
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration
   • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small fundraising team, setting clear objectives and managing performance.
   • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Events, Finance) to integrate fundraising efforts into the wider organisational strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrable experience (3+ years) in a fundraising or development role within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
• Proven success in securing grants, major gifts, or corporate sponsorships, with a track record of meeting or exceeding income targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Impatience Earth is a non-profit climate philanthropy consultancy founded in 2020 with a mission to educate, challenge and inspire wealth holders to take bolder funding decisions to address the climate emergency.

We have a role available for someone to join our small but mighty team to deliver high-level support to our CEO and Deputy CEO, helping them achieve their strategic priorities by managing their calendar and emails, supporting them with prioritisation of tasks and managing key projects. A smaller part of the role will be to provide support as a Team Manager, which will entail coordinating team meetings and away days, and supporting with the administration of projects.

We are looking for a detailed-oriented, highly organised and proactive individual who loves the idea of helping fast-paced, ambitious organisations work more smoothly and effectively. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, work well both independently and within a team, and bring a solutions-focused approach to challenges. We are looking for someone who already has experience of working as an EA with senior leaders. 

Specifically, you will be supporting with tasks such as:

• Managing the CEO and Deputy CEO’s emails and calendars

• Supporting the CEOs to manage projects and prioritise tasks

• Creating meeting agendas and capturing minutes and action items

• Creating and sending invoices 

• Arranging travel and any reimbursements 

• Booking meeting rooms at London co-working space 

• Arranging team away days 

• Coordinating regular meetings with team members and Associates 

• Coordinating speaker briefings and follow-ups

• Assisting the CEOs with social media posts 

• Supporting key projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met 

• Managing and scheduling internal and external meetings, working closely with other administrative and support staff in many cases
