This role is ideal for someone with strong research skills and an interest in weather and climate and the influence on the agri-food sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following but will be expected to meet with the project team once a month and come to the kick-off meeting and launch event. There is also scope for involvement in the communication and dissemination of the work throughout the program.

Funding: The salary range is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience. This is advertised as a full-time position; however, we are open to flexible arrangements. What will You be doing?
Our policy officer will play a key role in building on our research and practice insights to make the arguments for evidence-based policy in the UK’s justice systems, with a focus on building links in Westminster and Whitehall. You will work across our portfolio of work on issues such as:
- Diverting young people away from unnecessary criminal justice system involvement

- Making sure that children and families involved in the family justice system have the right support.

The Role
As Head of People and Culture, you’ll lead a talented team to deliver innovative, inclusive, and impactful HR services across the organisation. You’ll drive their ambitions in diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, organisational development, and continuous performance management, while modernising their systems and processes.
You’ll be a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, using a coaching approach to support change and growth. What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR role, ideally CIPD Chartered.
- Strategic and operational HR expertise, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll, pensions, and employment law.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and anti-racism, with a track record of driving positive change.

The role
It’s an exciting time for KSS as we refresh our strategy and take bold, collaborative action to reach more patients, improve more outcomes and save more lives. As Executive Director of Corporate Services, you’ll lead a broad portfolio of strategic and operational functions to support the delivery of the strategic plan and our lifesaving service. You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees, supported by a talented team and expert advisors, to ensure KSS remains a well-run, ethical, and innovative organisation.
