Location: Remote (based in England & Wales with occasional travel required for biannual team days in London, termly Support Coach Team meetings in various locations, and twice termly vists to facilitators in various locations). Salary: £28,665 - £30,765 pro rata (£22,932 - £24,612 actual)

About the role

The Support Coach role involves:

• Supporting volunteer facilitators by coaching them through the opportunities, challenges and obstacles of running a Kids Matter programme
• Training and upskilling facilitators by helping run events and develop new resources
• Working with the wider Kids Matter team to encourage and strengthen Kids Matter’s church partnerships

At Kids Matter, we are committed to delivering effective coaching. All Support Coaches are given the opportunity to go through the coaching accreditation process with ICF to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Kids Matter provides the support and supervision for this to take place, and will cover the cost of the accreditation if the individual remains employed as a Support Coach for the two years following applying for accreditation. If the individual leaves before two years, a percentage of the accreditation cost will be required to pay back.

Richmond Borough Mind is a vibrant local charity that has been supporting and providing services for adults affected by mental health problems and their carers for over 60 years. 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Adults Peer Support Worker to join our busy Peer Support team. You will have your own lived experience of mental health issues and be able to use this experience as well as your professional skills and knowledge to support others.

RB Mind has run effective peer-led services for many years. The role will be supported by RB Mind Senior Peer Support Workers, and the Peer Support Coordinator in South West London St George’s Mental Health Trust (SWLStG). Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and clinical supervision.

With the expansion of our work in this area we aim to reduce waiting times, reduce the number of people going into crisis, address inequalities and support transitions from youth to adult services. We offer holistic and personalised care and support to service users.

The role has its own caseload and provides a range of support and person-centred interventions to meet these needs, which could include group support, one-to-one interventions and signposting where specialist advice is needed.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about motivating and coaching individuals with mental health issues, and able to support people on their journey to recovery. As well as having an empathy with the core values of RB Mind, the successful applicant will have the skills to provide person-centred support through one-to-one sessions and facilitating groups. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead on the launch of a new RG proposition and ensure that the onboarding and onward journey is fit for purpose.

• Look for opportunities to thank our donors and communicate impact at key moments. 

• Work with key stakeholders to ensure we grow our Regular Giving file, through acquisition as well as retention.

• Manage a variety of individual giving fundraising campaigns, from agency briefing, through to launch, meeting six figure campaign targets. 

• Work with digital fundraising colleagues to create integrated, multichannel campaigns and an effective, donor-first giving journey. 

• Remain flexible and rapidly respond to emergency situations. 

• Work with the Data team to identify the best approach to data and segmentation for each project.

• Manage production processes, developing supplier briefs and managing approval stages and end of campaign reviews. 

• Manage donor research and mystery shopping as required, using insights to inform creative decisions. 

• Manage campaign fulfilment. Monitor responses to identify issues and opportunities. 

• From time-to-time support with Donor Care activities if required.

• Ensure cost effective fundraising, manage individual campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve ROIs. 

• Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced & refugee communities, campaigns from international teams and reports from the field. Scope new fundraising themes. 

• Share creative and insights with UK colleagues, global markets and HQ, participating in training seminars, workshops and international skill shares where applicable.

Network Development Manager, NCN Planning Scotland

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sustrans as part of the Paths for Everyone Strategy to shape and develop the future vision for the National Cycle Network in across Scotland.

As Network Development Manager for NCN Planning, you will work closely with councils and partners to identify and initiate a range of projects that will fix and grow the National Cycle Network in Scotland. You will undertake and assist in the population of the project pipeline across Scotland by determining projects for investment, managing them through the feasibility stage and liaising with local authorities and other partners to agree design proposals.

Contributing to Paths for Everyone, your day-to-day work will involve dealing with network queries from the public, councils, and interest groups so you will build and manage internal and external relationships.

This role will require travel and work at locations across Scotland as necessary to undertake projects on behalf of Sustrans.

About you

You should have experience of transport planning or a related subject, effective negotiation skills and experience in working with stakeholders and the public sector.

You will be skilled in advocacy, project management and implementation. You will have the ability to research and produce reports, as well as being able to coordinate activities with the wider NCN team and across the organisation.

Location: This is a remote UK-based role with regular travel to CST’s national and regional events, mainly in Birmingham and London. Candidates within reasonable travel distance to these locations are preferred.

Salary: £41,603 - £45,470 a year.

The Professional Communities Manager leads the development, content curation, and operational delivery of CST’s 11 Professional Communities. These networks, events, and forums are a core benefit of CST membership and are provided free of charge to members.

This is a proactive, member-focused role that blends operational excellence with strategic content oversight. The postholder will work directly with community chairs, subject experts, community supporters, CST platinum partners and members to ensure that all communities are vibrant, professionally hosted, and deliver high-quality, relevant content.

The role also plays a key part in ensuring a joined-up approach to content across CST’s full range of activities, working closely with the professional learning and conference teams and partnerships to ensure alignment and maximise value for members.

Key responsibilities

 Strategic Development and Continuous Improvement

• Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen the value, engagement, and content of CST Professional Communities.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs to monitor success and drive continuous improvement of community services.
• Regularly evaluate community activity, identifying ways to increase engagement, relevance, and impact for members.

Community Content Curation and Management

• Oversee the quality, consistency, and relevance of content across all 11 Professional Communities, ensuring alignment with member priorities and organisational objectives.
• Work in partnership with community chairs, subject experts, community supporters and CST’s platinum partnerships to proactively commission, curate, and quality-assure community content (e.g., webinars, blogs, resources, discussions).

• Identify content gaps and work creatively, including drawing upon resources and contacts within the policy and partnership team to address them, ensuring a balanced and evolving programme across the communities.

Community Engagement and Facilitation

• Lead and facilitate virtual and in-person community events, ensuring professional delivery and high-quality member interaction.
• Support and brief speakers, chairs, and contributors to ensure a consistently excellent experience for members.
• Actively promote member engagement through community platforms and other channels, driving participation and interaction.

 Stakeholder Relationships

The Newham Mental Health Team, based at Flying Angel, operates weekdays from 9am to 5pm, offering support to individuals with low to medium mental health needs both in the building and the community. They work with other professionals to help those with complex needs, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment tailored to each person's unique circumstances and aspirations.

As part of this team, Support Workers assist customers with complex mental health issues, including those with histories of substance use, trauma, non-engagement, criminal justice connections, and personality disorders.
