About the role
You will be responsible for planning and organising a calendar of events for our team to attend, from shopping centres to country shows, high streets to our reserves, and everything in between, so that they can inspire members of the public to become members of the RSPB.
Our aim is to inspire external partners about our attendance at their events or venues. We are looking for someone who is a confident relationship builder with excellent telephone and email manners and communication and negotiation skills. You must have impeccable organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and be able to manage several tasks at once, recording all key details on our CRM database system daily to ensure that our team of Membership Fundraisers have everything they need to attend their events and venues.
You will be part of a successful and energetic team covering the whole UK. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the country. This position can be conducted from home, however, occasional travel, including to a local office, reserve or elsewhere in the United Kingdom, will be required.

What we need from you

About the role

This is a new role, which is responsible for supporting and equipping Salvation Army churches and centres across the UK to fundraise in their local community to support the mission of The Salvation Army. The Salvation Army has 620 churches and community centres, which work at the heart of communities, serving the most vulnerable people, across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Alongside the locally driven operations, The Salvation Army operates centrally co-ordinated and managed social services, including residential programmes for homeless people, residential detox centres, and refuges for victims of domestic violence, and safe houses and services for the victims and survivors of modern-day slavery and human trafficking. About the Role
You will lead on data analysis and reporting on the data held in Salesforce CRM, improving both the quality and quantity of monitoring and evaluation processes, driving improvements in data capture through training and upskilling the Youth Work team, strengthening the ability of both youth zones to demonstrate the measurable impact of youth work delivered.
You will also be responsible for measuring and demonstrating both charities’ impact to stakeholders; authoring and providing the necessary data to the leadership and fundraising teams and Board (as required), annual publications such as Trustees Reports and annual Impact Reports. Innovation is a key aspect of this role, involving the introduction and embedding of new methodologies to enhance the qualitative data capture process.
You will collaborate closely with a cross section of teams within the youth zones, working with the Youth Work delivery teams to feed data into decision making, and with the Communications and Fundraising teams to provide impact measurement and analysis content for use with stakeholders and in donor reporting. Furthermore, it will align impact and data work with national and local policy, and use national census, health, police and other statistical data to position both youth zones for new income generation opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who has the ability to bring technical analysis to life in a youth work setting and can communicate insights in an accessible style to different audiences. The Impact and Insights Officer should be passionate about embracing the power of youth work and be keen to support youth zones in evidencing the impact created with young people. It will require someone who can bring impact expertise and creativity to create buy-in and drive improvements in data capture; and someone who is keen to work flexibly and closely with teams of passionate youth workers and who is unafraid of the challenge presented by Youth Zones in two very different geographic locations.

The Role
As PA, you will provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial and organisational support to the Chief Executive and the Senior Management Team. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, coordinating meetings, producing high-quality documents, handling confidential information, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for an experience professional with excellent organisation skills who is proficient in Microsoft Officer and can handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion
You will have experience of:
- Working in a senior administrative/secretarial role

Our charity, the Jon Egging Trust, is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience of working with young people, to plan and deliver inspiring teamwork, leadership and employability programmes in East Anglia. The role involves liaising with school staff, local partners (including the Military and local businesses) and volunteers to ensure programmes meet the needs of our young people and is supported by the Regional Manager, East Anglia.
The successful candidate will be based from home with a requirement to travel to partner schools and business sites predominantly around Wisbech and Swaffham. Fuel expenses are paid and travel time is included as part of working hours. Working with secondary schools to provide early support programmes, core delivery time is usually within the school working day and during school terms only. All other working hours can be managed with flexibility by the post holder to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial transition to an in-house model.

We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. Litter-picking brings people closer together, enables neighbours to meet one another other and helps create a greater sense of pride and community in local areas.

Main duties of the role
