Job description

Prospectus are proud to be partnering with an inspiring Human Rights organisation, who are a partner and a catalyst on the forefront of ending slavery and exploitation, working to change the global systems that enable modern slavery to exist. They are currently seeking to appoint a temporary HR Project Officer, to join their team, initially for 4-6 weeks, with the potential of extension.

As their HR Project Officer, you will complete a comprehensive benchmarking exercise for their global organisation. This will involve providing recommendations for Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) and reviewing and analysing data from relevant sources, including the charity pay club data. You will also support the annual review process for the organisation, ensuring that all reviews are completed by the end of July. Other duties will include assisting the Operations Officer with their workload to ensure smooth operations, recruitment and onboarding processes, performance management, including the annual review process, probation management, and performance improvement plans, annual leave management and providing HR support to global colleagues.

To be considered for this role, you will have strong experience in completing benchmarking activities, particularly within a global or charity context. As well as demonstrated capability in providing HR generalist support across various functions, experience in delivering HR generalist processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. You will showcase strong analytical skills, communication skills, project management abilities and solid understanding of HR best practices and compliance.

Please note, this is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week on site, at their offices based in Kings Cross, with the option of working from home, the remaining 3 days.

Please apply with your CV only in the first instance (in Microsoft Word format). Cover letters are not required at this stage. We are reviewing CVs on an ongoing basis, so it is highly recommended to submit your application as soon as possible.  Following your application, you may be contacted by Prospectus for an informal discussion and may be asked to provide further information to assist with the recruitment process.
