The Learning Specialist contributes to the development and delivery of training materials and resources within the organisation. You will work closely with the Learning & Organisational Development Partner to support various learning and organisational development initiatives. You will also be key in the engagement and effective utilisation of Ambitious Learning (our eLearning platform).
You will design and develop training content for delivery through the LMS across various topics as directed, ensuring it meets the needs and learning styles of diverse staff. You’ll facilitate training sessions and assist in ongoing professional development programmes for Charity staff and managers, promoting continuous learning and growth. You’ll maintain central records and certifications, ensuring all training and learning initiatives comply with relevant regulations and standards.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A CIPD qualification (or working towards qualification) or equivalent Learning and Development qualification/experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of training intervention, design, delivery and evaluation principles.
- Skilled in LMS deployment, content development and management reporting.
- Skilled in deploying relevant eLearning tools and content.
- Demonstrable skills in developing learning and development, training and facilitation.

Main responsibilities:
Fundraising

Support Coordinator
We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Services based in the Cornwall area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide Key Worker support following a stroke.

Position: S11121 Stroke Association Support Coordinator (two posts)
Location: Home-based, Cornwall however, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Full and part-time (1 x 35 hours per week post and 1 x 32 hours per week post)
Salary: Circa £26,700 per annum for full time hours, pro rata for part time hours
Contract: This is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2026. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.

· Provide personalised information, advice and support.
· Support stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
· Work collaboratively with NHS colleagues and other areas of the community to make a difference in the lives of people affected by stroke.
About You

You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets. In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides. Hope and Homes for Children is looking for a Funding Coordination Officer (this is the job title used internally for this role), who'll play a key supportive role in the Grants Partnerships team and Marketing, Communications and Fundraising (MCF) department, contributing directly to the Grants team income target as well as supporting fundraisers across the department to access compelling information in support of their fundraising.
