Who we are looking for

We are looking for an occupational therapist, experienced in working with young people (age 7-25 years old) in a community mental health setting to join our growing team.  We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience or skills working with young people aged 7-14.

As occupational therapist your role will involve overseeing the running of community projects and supervising team members. You will work closely with the management team and CEO to ensure project targets are met and develop the growth of Cup-O-T by listening and collaborating with young people, families, our team, funders and delivery partners.

Please note that having a full driving licence and access to a car with business insurance is essential for this role.

In this post you will:

• Assess and provide individual occupational therapy interventions
• Develop and deliver group occupational therapy interventions. Including: Interoception and Discovery (Recovery Through Activity) and Campfire Community (outdoor based) therapy groups
• Development and delivery of training for professionals, families and organisations
• Overseeing the running of community projects
• Completion of reports and outcomes for clients and funded projects
• Supervising team members
• Work closely with the management team, CEO and Board of Directors to ensure project targets are met.
• Develop the growth of Cup-O-T by listening and collaborating with young people, families, our team, funders and delivery partners.
• Network with other organisations to promote the organisation, our work and the occupational therapy profession

Role Details

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on the overall management of digital activity at Bliss, leading the Digital Team to deliver all core activities to maintain existing channels and services as well as leading the cross-team approach to planning and delivering digital innovation and improvement.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

•Significant experience in digital project management, agile working and the delivery of a website and other digital products and services
•Proven experience of digital innovation and a creative approach to finding solutions and solving technical issues

The Partnerships Lead will act as Project Manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, a five-year National Lottery-funded programme supporting grassroots climate action across Devon. Working in close partnership with Libraries Unlimited, you will coordinate delivery across libraries and grassroots groups, supporting communities to develop practical climate initiatives and helping libraries become active sustainability hubs.

What you will be doing

Project, people and partnership management

• Acting as project manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery.

The Finance & HR Lead

We are looking for a Finance & HR Lead to take charge of the financial health of our charity by administering a high quality and effective financial management service to The OutHouse. The OutHouse is going through a period of change and we need a finance practitioner who is able to support the organisation in its financial management. Our Data Operations Managers have a key role in ensuring our end to end processes are working through our central CRM system. These processes include the processing of our income through the system such as Gift Aid, regular giving and special events, Direct Debits.

This role also ensures our end to end data flows are fit for purpose and that data within it are clean, accessible and available.

This role is responsible for:

• Custodian of our CRM data and responsible for major data import/export into the system including data validation, de-duplication, cleansing and fixing of data throughout the multiple data systems.
• Responsible for the curation and management of import and export routines of key fundraising data using appropriate tools.
• Responsible for forming and managing how the functions work within the Organisation to build key relationships with key data users to ensure data is correctly ingested
• Responsible for defining and setting standards and principles of data use in the system and fully enforcing these principles across the Organisation and to suppliers.
• Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary

• SQL (SSIS, SSRS) knowledge

Main duties

We are looking for a permanent and full-time member of staff to help develop and manage RSTMH’s profile within tropical medicine and global health. We need a passionate and creative communicator who can play a key role in meeting our communications objectives. This role is office-based in central London, with the option to work from home on Mondays.

RSTMH is a membership society formed in 1907, with around 1,800 members and Fellows in over 100 countries. We work to improve tropical medicine and global health by enabling and promoting research, sharing knowledge and convening networks through our members and Fellows and beyond. The Communications Manager will have the opportunity to develop and enhance RSTMH’s reputation as a credible and trusted voice in tropical medicine and global health.

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role. You will lead on implementing the organisation’s communications strategy, working with the leadership team to ensure it meets the aims of the wider RSTMH strategy. You’ll maintain and further develop the website and social media platforms, build links with media contacts, and source, commission and develop content. You’ll manage relationships with key suppliers, including website developers, strategic partners, digital media and creative agencies. OPERATIONS MANAGER - ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Operations Manager is a key support for the church’s leadership and heads the staff team providing management over key operational and missional areas of the church’s activities.

This leadership role supports the ethos and ministries of the church and its mission to be a church for the community - discovering Jesus, sharing God’s love, and caring for those in need.

A vital aim for our church’s work in the local community is that our staff relationships, our Venue ministry, our Christian hospitality and how we use and share our building should all reflect God’s character - showing compassion, generosity, and kindness.

The role has a lot of different components, so we’re looking for someone who sees all aspects of this job as an expression of the church’s mission to proclaim the Good News and will facilitate and serve the congregation, the staff and the volunteer teams as they creatively explore ways to express our Christian ethos through the life and ministries of the church. This therefore requires that they are someone who has a mature Christian faith.

They will need to be a “servant“ leader who is mentally agile, energetic, able to schedule and prioritise, a good delegator, a team player, a quick learner and capable of taking initiatives, with a healthy understanding of self-care - we’re not looking for a “hero”, but someone who can work sustainability.

Leadership:

• Work closely with the church leadership team to support the trustees, staff and congregation in the development of church vision, ethos, mission and ministries.

We are seeking to build our evidence base to inform national policy and the delivery of our services using both synthesised data from our services and new key pieces of research.
 
The Research Manager will work in the Policy and Research Team and manage a Research and Engagement Officer. The Research Manager will design, develop and implement an impactful programme of research that centres the needs of survivors and support the Research and Engagement Officer to conduct research. This will include managing and delivering two significant, funded research grants exploring the provision of support services and accommodation for LGBT victims and survivors.
 
You will promote the analysis, dissemination and use of the data generated to ensure maximum impact. This will include contributing to policy work led by the Director of Policy and Evidence, supported by the Policy Officer.

Galop’s offices are located in London (Hybrid available). We are also open to this being a remote working role for someone based outside of London.
 
Hours
 
This role is offered on a 0.6 - 0.8 FTE (21-28 hours per week) basis, and we are open to discussion on how those hours are structured in order to encourage applicants with additional responsibilities or commitments.

Lead the development, planning, recruitment and stewardship strategy for U/HNW philanthropy prospects, donors and funders

Be responsible for ensuring excellent stewardship of all philanthropic donors.

Oversee the individual major donor portfolios of the Executive Director of F&E and Director, (PSC) to ensure cross communication and sustained progress.

Lead the team, providing clear direction and support whilst proactively contributing to an inclusive workplace culture.

The Candidate
A demonstrable track record of success in fundraising from individuals and/or Trusts with a focus on major giving.

Proven ability to develop new networks of potential donors.

Strong experience of working in a senior management role within fundraising.

The Digital Inclusion Worker will be responsible for providing targeted one-to-one digital support and delivering workshops to both disabled and non-disabled residents of Enfield, helping them to improve their digital skills. This will be achieved through the delivery of tailored training and learning programmes designed to promote digital inclusion. The Digital Inclusion Worker will also involve residents in the co-design of the project, network with community groups and partner organisations, support the recruitment of volunteers, troubleshoot technical challenges faced by residents, and assist ECP’s Project Manager in producing key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress reports.

The Digital Inclusion Worker will have extensive Digital Inclusion knowledge to:

• Manage the Enfield Digital Champions (Volunteers) project ensuring adherence to compliance, health and safety matters, and quality assurance.
• Support the recruitment of Digital Champion volunteers to sustain and enhance a network of 10 digital champions per year delivering support and skills training in Enfield.
• Provide training and development opportunities to volunteers to sustain interest and enhance skills.
• Manage the programme of digital skills workshops and work with ECP Project Manager to on-board new locations for groups/sessions.
• Host Bi-monthly network sessions for all champions and provide appropriate related 1:1 support, as required.
• Create bespoke workshop material based on resident top learning priorities.
• Provide digital skills training to Enfield residents to allow them to confidently access the internet to improve social, economic and health opportunities.
• Support the recruitment of volunteers (with help from other partners orgs) from the Enfield community to build intergenerational learning and broaden the project's scope.

Key Responsibilities

Enfield Digital Support:

• Ensure digital needs of residents are met by designing and planning appropriate digital inclusion resources.
• Deliver bespoke digital inclusion workshops to Enfield residents to allow them to become digitally included.
• Supervise digital skills workshops/clinics hosted by Partners that you identify as well as ‘new starter’ volunteer sessions.
• Represent Digital Champions at key digital events / network meetings (e.g., Digital Inclusion Forum) Organise and attend in-person stall to promote digital inclusion services at agreed Enfield Community Events.

Coordination of promotional in-person events/activities:

• Organise and attend promotional events (space, stalls, activities, materials…etc)
• Organise branded promotional materials alongside ECP’s Community Hub team as well as welcome pack/materials for volunteers.
• Prepare article/material for ‘Get Online’ Week and other digital inclusion events.
• Prepare case studies that will demonstrate impact and support drafting of promotional materials.
• Engage with Digital Champions and residents to provide quality assurance/feedback and case studies.

Reporting on the impact of the Digital Advice Network Enfield (DANE).

• Work with the ECP Community Officer and Project Manager to develop mechanisms for identifying and tracking benefits realisation.
• Gather data on DANE Digital Champions and help to complete reports/analysis of impacts alongside ECP’s Project Manager and Data Administrator.
• Provide updates to ECP Project Manager.
• Co-Produce quarterly reviews, reports and KPIs.
• Carry out satisfaction surveys to monitor the project.
• Monitor the equipment required to deliver the project.
