Develop a Fund Advisor stewardship programme, including arranging relationship-building meetings with all Fund Advisors
Develop in-depth systems knowledge of grants and funds configuration within the Charitys financial database
The Candidate
Proven track record of leading and implementing organisational or portfolio restructuring.
Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments, including negotiating and aligning interests.
Solid understanding of grant management, including application assessment, funding decisions, compliance, programme evaluation and impact assessment.
Experience in reviewing and restructuring grant portfolios to align with strategic goals.
Knowledge and experience of funds/grants management and fundraising activities within the charity/health sector is desirable.

About the Role
This pivotal role will manage, and coordinate inspections and remedial works related to gas, electrical safety, water hygiene, asbestos, fire safety, and lifts. Job Title: Family Housing Management Officer

About the role
As a Family Housing Management Officer, you will be based within a women's accommodation based service which supports homeless families in Luton. The service has 7 units of accommodation which supports:
- Expectant mothers
- Mothers with up to two children under the age of 10
- Single women aiming to have guardianship of their children
You will join the service which is designed to work with families to gain the valuable skills required to end the cycle of homelessness and enable future independently sustained living. Assistance can range from basic interventions and guidance around resettlement and gaining/sustaining independent living to more intense support in areas such as domestic violence, offending/ex offending, mental health, substance use, parenting skills, and safety in the home.
You will provide support in a flexible, individualised approach so that families can progress in a way that suits both parent and child’s needs whilst in a safe and stable environment. This can include through support sessions, projects and activities, signposting and general wellbeing support. You will support in wider areas which can include supporting with custody arrangements, mediation, supervised contact, and creating a safe space for families.
You may also be expected to support in our other services, one which is a residential for males, which can include lone working at times.

We're recruiting for an Individual Giving Manager to join our team, and take the lead on our warm programme, bringing in around £1.2 million donated income per year. This role offers a mixture of campaign and project management, innovation and creative thinking. You'll be able to analyse results and apply insights to optimise and improve campaigns.
As a Individual Giving Manager you will
- Lead on the development and implementation of an effective programme to develop supporters using a range of channels, including but not limited to direct mail, telemarketing, DRTV and digital, and products including cash, raffle, regular giving, weekly lottery.
- Assist the Senior Individual Giving Manager to develop and implement an effective development strategy in order to maximise the lifetime value of supporters and the long-term sustainable net income raised for Barnardo's.
- Manage income and expenditure budgets.
- Line manage up to 3 direct reports.
You will have experience of :
- Working in a fundraising environment, specifically in direct marketing and across different channels.
- Delivering campaigns using a project management approach.

We are looking for an experienced Community Fundraising Manager to join our small and friendly fundraising team. You will be responsible for driving our strategy for Community Fundraising, Individual/Regular Giving and Events. With a database of around 100,000 registrants and 15,000 members, these existing income streams have lots of great potential. Purpose of the role
- Grow a successful existing income stream (Fundraising Events and Regular Giving) and develop and grow a comparatively new income stream (Community Fundraising and Individual Giving) for Twins Trust. You will do this alongside other fundraisers in the team and with support from a Fundraising Officer.

The purpose of the Interim People Development Manager role is to deliver high-impact learning and development services that help Refuge be a great place to work and support their strategic priorities. You will lead and motivate their small but high performing training team to roll out blended learning, accredited qualifications, leadership development, and a brand-new LMS. The Interim People Development Manager is a remote position with little need to attend their office in central London. The pro rata salary based on working 30 hours per week will be £42,400 + £2,400 London Weighting if you live in London or the home counties.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading and developing the Training & Learning team, delivering high-quality, customer-focused learning programmes including blended learning, onboarding, management development, and accredited training.
