We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Executive department of Samaritan’s Purse International (SPI) and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), supporting the Executive Director (ED) and wider Senior Management Team (SMT). The role is part time (21 hours per week) and based from our head office in Coventry.

What the job involves
We’re looking an Events and Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our high performing Events and Community Team. The team are driven to maximise opportunities, we aim to reach ambitious targets and provide an excellent supporter experience.
Our team raise funds through a range of activities including:
- Our own events (e.g. March for Men)
- Virtual products (e.g. The Month Series)
- Third party events (e.g. London Marathon)
- Golf Days
- Helping community fundraisers who organise their own activity
You’ll be supporting our third-party events programme and be our first point of contact for our fundraisers. You'll provide admin support for our registration processes and support fundraisers through telephone, email, and social media channels. You’ll build and manage relationships with existing and new supporters. From registration to the end of their supporter journey you'll help motivate during challenges, offer fundraising advice and ensure thanks at the end of a first-class experience.
Whilst third party events will be your primary area of responsibility across different types of events, you’ll also get the chance to work across teams to provide support where needed during busy periods of activity.
This role works with data through maintaining our Raiser’s Edge database. You'll also update records on JustGiving and Enthuse. This requires accuracy and working under the requirements of GDPR.
You’ll also work with our Communications teams supports the planning and delivery of our activity. You'll help engage with our digital adverts and identify compelling supporter stories. This helps to raise the profile of our fundraising products, as well as prostate cancer and Prostate Cancer UK.

Do you have a track record of delivering accurate, reliable, administrative and project support in a fast moving environment?
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a collaborative way to join the Marketing and Brand team as Project Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. You'll support the day-to-day running of the team by providing effective administration and project planning.
This role is varied and the successful postholder will be responsible for scheduling external and internal meetings, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports, setting agendas and minute taking for meetings and financial administration. As the Administration and Liaison Officer you will be the primary point of contact and the face of the Rugby foodbank for all stakeholders. We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. This includes conducting follow-ups and answering queries (by phone, email and in person) from both current and prospective participants on the programmes being delivered by High Trees. They will also be responsible for the preparation of finance related performance evidence for monthly/quarterly submission.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing efficient administrative support, be very organised and able to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Must also be flexible and excited about being at the heart of a small but fast paced team which is committed to providing an excellent service to High Trees’ users.

We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to work in a busy rural office. The successful post holder will be based at our offices in East Lulworth, Dorset, with some opportunity for home working. They will provide day to day support of administration and management of the office and facilities. The post holder will also support Health and Safety, contract management and events reporting to the Head of Administration.
You will need to have previous experience working in administration within a busy team. You will be skilled in using all Office applications as well as being able to prioritise your work load when supporting and responding to queries from staff, members and volunteers via email, telephone and MS Teams.

We are looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to help us manage all of the admin and processes involved with our fundraising activity. This is a new role which is going to be integral to our work. We are a small, dynamic team, so there is also plenty of scope to get involved with other things and gain an insight into all areas of the charity, with opportunities for growth and development.

About the role
As Fundraising Coordinator you will:
- Manage incoming fundraising leads across fundraiser recruitment
- Manage individual fundraising comms from sign up to challenge completion (with support from Marketing and Fundraising Manager)
- Manage individual donor and major donor comms where relevant
- Manage the admin for our Community Fundraising projects (e.g. our 34k Challenge)
- Regularly update our Grant Prospecting database and stay on top of new opportunities and upcoming deadlines
- Maintain our fundraising events calendar
- Produce regular reports from our fundraising platforms (JustGiving, Enthuse, Donr etc.)
- Support social media asset creation for fundraising projects
- Complete research tasks for fundraising event logistics
- Complete reports on fundraising event analysis
- Process and fulfil merchandise orders and manage customer queries
- Stay up-to-date with fundraising trends in the sector
