Job description

Location: Central London
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Temporary, until December 2026
Rate: £20.51 per hour (+ holiday pay) (circa £37,400 salaried equivalent)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
Prospectus is proud to be supporting a leading London-based university to recruit an organised and proactive Team Administrator. The role will be at the heart of a prestigious organisation, providing crucial administrative support and ensuring effective general office management.

We particularly welcome applications from recent graduates and those early in their career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a high-quality reception service, and acting as a first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff.
  • Ensuring smooth operations and a professional environment across the department.
  • Reporting and tracking any maintenance issues.
  • Organising logistics for research seminars, including diary management and liaising with stakeholders.
  • General office duties including ensuring supplies are stocked and mailboxes queries are responded to.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent experience in a relevant role within the higher education sector.
  • Confidence acting as a first point of contact, with the ability to provide a high-quality reception service.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
