The Woodland Trust is looking for a Project Manager - Mourne Park on a fixed term contract until December 2029 to lead the work on the development and delivery of The National Lottery Heritage Funded project at Mourne Park.
The Role:
• This is a key role in The National Lottery Heritage Funded project at Mourne Park. The Project Manager will be required to work on the development and delivery of visitor experience enhancement, countryside access and interpretation projects linked to conservation of Mourne Park’s natural and built heritage through woodland management, creation and restoration schemes.
• The role will be responsible for the project management and budget responsibility, ensuring all Heritage Fund and Woodland Trust reporting and recording systems are up to date, work programmes are delivered on time across the programme.
• You will direct the project team delivering all access projects, on site interpretation and in line with the Access & Interpretation Plans for the project.
• You are responsible for fostering good relations with partners, contractors, interested organisations and individuals, local people, visitors and the media. Identifying, reviewing and meeting with potential partners who could assist the project to meet its objectives and whose objectives could be assisted by the project.
• This role is homebased within Northern Ireland and will require the successful candidate to regularly travel to Mourne Park and around Northern Ireland as required (with reasonable paid travel expenses).

About the Role
We're looking for a Therapy Manager to join the team. Leading a team of trauma-informed therapists while delivering trauma-informed therapeutic services. We are a dynamic service with a holistic service model, so the senior role is supporting wider than just direct delivery.
You'll play a key role in supporting clients, managing communications, supporting volunteers/placements. You will work closely with our community development team and criminal justice teams to ensure survivors have access to the right support. All staff have a thematic leadership area to expand the organisations knowledge in areas impacting male survivors and their loved ones.

You’ll be someone who is a qualified and experienced therapist working with trauma with a background of leading effective teams. We’re especially keen to hear from people with experience in working with men, sexual harms and supporting therapist and trainees, but we value transferable skills too. The Governance Assurance Administrator role supports St Giles Hospice Group and non-clinical governance with vital administrative tasks. The role is pivotal in ensuring and maintaining high standards of operational governance.
You will provide administrative and coordination support for the governance processes to ensure the effectiveness of the operational governance framework.
You will be responsible for a wide range of end-to-end administrative tasks, coordinating and facilitating meetings, and associated reporting related to operational governance and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.

·Educated to A-Level grade C or above, or equivalent qualification
Knowledge and experience
Essential
·Experience of working with and providing high level administrative support to Senior and Executive management
·Experience of diary management for multiple colleagues/senior management team
·Experience in assisting with projects, tracking progress, and supporting cross-functional teams
·Excellent working knowledge of good governance practices in an organisation
·Familiarity with yearly committee meeting yearly cycle, meeting organisation, and robust minute taking
·Experience of producing complex information in a straightforward and easy to understand format e.g. governance committee documentation/supplementary papers, policies, reports and presentations
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other relevant office software
·Experience of working with staff at all levels of seniority

·Understanding of the requirements for managing and protecting information and the ability to maintain the confidentiality and security of data at all times
·Experience in ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to an organisation, such as the Health and Safety Executive, the Care Quality Commission etc.
