The successful candidate will be the go-to person for corporate partnerships in the North & East region and will be responsible for the delivery of fundraising activity which will achieve agreed targets. Working with the Regional Engagement Lead, the post holder will support strategic planning, and identify and lead development opportunities to grow partnership income. Working as one crew, this person will share their skills and knowledge with staff and volunteers on the ground.

Your role

As a Fundraising and Partnerships Lead, you will:

• Manage and grow the regions partnership pipelines, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities
• Provide excellent stewardship to our regional corporate partners
• Monitor and manage corporate partnership and fundraising budgets
• Troubleshoot and mitigate risks and issues in order to ensure the delivery of results
• Monitor and manage operational risk, including compliance with internal and external standards, policies and procedures for corporate partnership and fundraising activity
• Support the delivery of income targets and diversification of income streams, with a focus on delivering on your monthly partnership objectives
• Manage delivery of all partnership goals and KPIs with the support of the Community Managers and volunteers
• Work with the communications, events, face-to-face, legacy, media, philanthropy and trusts contacts within your region to help you achieve your goals
• Support volunteer recruitment and levels of support for fundraising and partnership activities across your region
• Support the delivery of the national partnership strategy at a regional level and facilitate content delivery and stakeholder management regionally and locally
• Work closely with the national partnership team to collaboratively deliver our yearly objectives

You’ll be passionate about making a real difference for our supporters, volunteers and customers. You will be highly motivated and enjoy tackling challenging goals and targets whilst being creative in finding solutions to problems. You will be a natural leader and be able to inspire and influence at all levels to drive and embed changes and improvements, keeping the supporter, volunteer and customer experience front of mind.

To be considered as the Fundraising and Partnerships Lead, you will need:

• Significant experience of engaging businesses, supporters, volunteers and the public in order to generate funds
• A proven track record of results delivery in the areas of fundraising and corporate partnerships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and engagement skills and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• People leadership experience, ideally in leading field-based teams in a collaborative environment
• Experience of leading and embedding change and improvements
• This role, whilst 37 hours per week, will require flexible working across all 7 days of the week
• Whilst core days will be defined, it is expected that there will be a degree of weekend and evening working required. Extensive travel will be required. This role will be based at an RNLI site wherever possible

Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT) is looking for an Operations & Finance Officer to join our busy, friendly team in London. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have an essential and diverse role supporting the operations and administration of a ~£1.8m charity, which has ambitions to grow. You will support the Finance Director through payment processing, CRM management, IT management and HR support/ ensuring team well-being. • Public Relations: Represent The Animal Law Foundation at events, conferences, and public forums to raise awareness of animal law and policy issues. Collaborate with partner organisations and stakeholders to amplify our legal strategy and build strategic alliances.

• Project Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of legal initiatives. Analyse data and feedback to inform future strategies and improve outcomes.

What does The Animal Law Foundation do? 

The Animal Law Foundation was registered with the Charity Commission in August 2022. It is primarily a legal research charity that looks into neglected areas of animal law and where appropriate will instruct lawyers to bring legal challenges to secure any systems in place to protect animals function as they should.

Groups like this exist in the environmental and the human rights space in the UK and in the animal protection space in other countries. There is a desperate need for such work to exist for animals in the UK. 

The UK still has some of the best animal welfare laws in the world, yet the opportunity for vast change contained within these laws is rarely explored. Through exploring these opportunities the whole system for animals can be improved and set global examples. 

It is of vital importance that laws that exist to protect animals are understood and applied. The Animal Law Foundation will work alongside stakeholders to ensure that this happens.

About the role

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role

As Head of Finance and Contracts, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management and contractual compliance across the charity. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing and developing our small finance team, while also leading on budgeting, funder reporting and forecasting. Alongside this, you’ll oversee the organisation’s contracts ensuring we’re operating in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. .

Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Line manage the Finance Officer and Finance Assistant, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
• Actively participate in Leadership Team meetings, contributing to the development and achievement of strategic objectives.
• Support the development of the team structure, driving delivery, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to inform long-term decision-making and business growth.

Financial Strategy & Reporting

• Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Oversee monthly management accounts; meet regularly with Heads of Department to monitor spend and evaluate impact.

• Manage VAT returns, ensuring compliance with

• Oversee monthly payroll processing in partnership with the payroll agent and resolve payroll queries.
• Ensure the overall smooth running of day to day finances, and finance policy adoption/ adherence.
• Reviewing and maintaining Cashflow and working capital documents.

Funding & Grants

• Provide financial oversight and input for grant and corporate funding applications.

Governance & Legal Oversight

• Attend Finance Committee meetings when necessary and support preparation of required reporting materials.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations and legal advisers to review contracts for grants, fundraising licenses, or procurement—particularly where risk or value is high.
• Oversee supplier, corporate partnership and grant contracts, where highly complex working with solicitors for advice
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure robust internal controls.
• Stay informed on changes to relevant financial, legal, and regulatory requirements affecting the charity sector.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience in charity finance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of UK charity and company law.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in managing or coordinating audits, payroll processes, and implementing robust financial controls.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and strong attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

The Lead Coach is primarily responsible for overseeing the training room and group sessions with young people. You will help shape the training environment and will confidently adapt and deliver materials and sessions to work within the group’s development towards work readiness.

Delivery of Spear Programme - Group and 1:1 coaching [60%]

• Preparing and coaching Spear Foundation sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme.

• Adapting the Spear coaching material according to the needs of the Trainees and managing behaviour effectively.

Training the Assistant Coach [10%]

About us and our ecological work

We are a small but growing UK-registered charity which undertakes projects that protect and restore wild landscapes, helping to provide a future for all life on earth. We use the skills and expertise of our multi-disciplinary team (spanning science, law, economics, technology and culture) to develop projects that protect and restore wild, natural landscapes. 

Our ecological work spans two exciting fronts: restoring missing species through projects like The Missing Lynx, Pine Marten and White-Tailed Eagle reintroductions in Northern England; and securing the protection of ecological restoration sites as a Responsible Body for conservation covenants through which we aim to set the gold standard, supporting ambitious, mission-aligned projects such as Nattergal’s High Fen site.

About the role

We are seeking to hire a dynamic and passionate Senior Ecologist to join The Lifescape Project, to play an integral role in the restoration of charismatic species to the UK and in landscape scale habitat restoration.

As a Senior Ecologist, your work will cover two distinct areas which are broadly: BNG-associated site assessments; and practical planning and feasibility aspects of species reintroductions.

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience + benefits.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Finance Officer to join our mental health charity, to support and deliver effective, efficient financial processes and compliance with financial regulations and data protection to ensure the smooth and effective running of the organisation. 

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Operations Manager and will involve managing financial transactions and reconciliation, maintaining accurate project records, supporting the production of management accounts, costing new work, budgeting and reporting as well as overseeing payroll.

You will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills and a passion for supporting mental health research.  Attention to detail, an administrative mind and a compassionate communicator are vital to this role as well as the ability to use your initiative and manage your own workload.  Every day will be different, with the opportunity for you to develop your skills and support our projects.

About the role 

We are seeking a visionary Head of Clinical Services with a deep passion for survivor-centred healing to lead the strategic development and implementation of our therapeutic services. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and culturally responsive services that centre the needs of women and girls surviving violence against women and girls (VAWG). 

Working from an intersectional, trauma-informed, and Black feminist framework, you will play a vital role in upholding WGN’s commitment to holistic healing. About you

You will be an experienced clinical professional (BACP/UKCP accredited) and qualified supervisor with a proven track record in service delivery and team leadership. With a strong understanding of trauma, VAWG, and culturally responsive practice, you’ll be a feminist leader dedicated to anti-oppressive, inclusive approaches and the empowerment of survivors.

As Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, you will:

• Oversee stewardship and account management of DEC’s partners, supporting managers to deliver exceptional relationships.
• Drive key strategic projects, including:
  • Refreshing the Rapid Response Network framework and offers

  • Developing an emergency fund outside appeals to allow funders to plan contributions
  • Contributing to a major donor review and overseeing investment in trusts & foundations
  • Introducing wealth screening and segmentation for the first time
• Lead the mid-term review of DEC’s five-year strategy, assessing pipeline, budget deployment, and future investment
  priorities
• Provide oversight, stability, and external perspective to a strong, long-standing team

About you

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on fundraising leader who can balance delivery with strategy and thrive in both steady-state and high-pressure contexts.

The role would best suit someone with: 

• Significant corporate fundraising expertise, with a strong track record in account management of complex, high-value partnerships
• Experience managing staff (minimum two people)
• Adaptable, proactive, and confident leading income delivery during fast-moving appeals
• Clear passion for DEC’s humanitarian mission and ability to inspire confidence with partners
• Trusts & foundations or major donor experience is desirable
