About the Role
- You will be central to delivering our People and Culture strategy by providing high-quality, day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll ensure our people processes run smoothly, consistently reflect our values, and meet legal and best practice standards.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in supporting New Horizon Youth Centre’s mission by managing and growing a portfolio of valued corporate partners (>£20k) and supporters (<£20k). About the role
At Young Lives vs Cancer, we have our own unique role to play in reaching the North Star. We know our strengths and where we can have the most impact to best support children and young people with cancer. Within our new strategy ‘The Time is Now’ we set out four strategic ambitions, the first stating we will continue to be a major service delivery provider: offering high quality, impactful services. We are proud to lead the way in delivering high-level, psychosocial support and accommodation services throughout cancer treatment, end-of-life, and bereavement and we want to ensure our investment in this area is optimised to make sure we always provide the tailored support that children, young people and families need and that our services remain relevant.
You will be joining an established operational leadership team who are committed to continuous service improvement. Service Managers play a key leadership role in the management and development of a region, which is made up of three social work teams located alongside Principal Treatment Centres which are Leeds, Newcastle and Sheffield. Your responsibilities will include delivering service standards, and compliance. You will interface with NHS stakeholder colleagues to promote effective governance and multi-disciplinary relationships with a focus on smooth referral pathways. The team meets weekly to discuss management of the overall service-this effectively allows all team members to play an active role. In addition, to your designated region you will have a lead area of responsibility-this will be Deputy Safeguarding Lead. This role works closely with the Head of Safeguarding to ensure effective management of safeguarding across the charity as well as spanning workforce development and the promotion of best practice.

Strategy and planning
• Deliver the existing Community and Events strategy and maximise opportunities for income growth
• Identify and develop new income generating opportunities across Community and Events Fundraising, devising new events and engagement opportunities

• Deliver excellent supporter care to ensure supporters are motivated to achieve (and exceed) their fundraising targets, feel valued and build engagement with us
• Key point of contact for high level event participants and community fundraisers via face-to-face meetings, phone calls and emails – providing timely and personalised support
• Support the Events and Community Officer with enquiries, applications and registrations for challenge events, ensuring high levels of conversion, and capturing relevant supporter data
• Support the Head of Community and Engagement, or other teams within Fight for Sight with the successful delivery of key special events, including fundraising gala dinners or receptions, virtual events and mini conferences, and third party or established supporter events.
• When required, support the Events and Community Officer in managing guest lists, enquiries, and ticket sales for special/major donor events and receptions, delivering a seamless guest experience and timely follow-ups supporter care and relationship management
Marketing
• Oversee all paid Facebook advertising activity for events, updating web listings, and utilising our networks
• Work with the Marketing & Communications team to raise awareness/increase recruitment across all activities, highlighting case studies and media stories
• Develop and deliver effective and engaging content, and materials for supporters to increase recruitment, retention, and average fundraising amounts
• Oversee the creation and delivery of quarterly events e-newsletter, plus additional e-blasts
Managing information and reporting

| Overview and key points on the role | Rape Crisis South London is looking for a skilled, passionate and professional Multiple Disadvantage ISVA. This is a permanent role with responsibility for supporting women and girls who are survivors of sexual violence, to navigate the criminal justice system. As an Multiple Disadvantage ISVA you will have a good understanding of what constitutes multiple disadvantages, disempowerment, or discrimination, and how they intersect with experiences of sexual violence. You should have experience of providing support to women with multiple complex needs, ideally within the Criminal Justice System. In addition to having excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills you should also be able to develop key relationships with external agencies. You should have demonstrable experience of working with survivors of sexual violence and of working in a trauma-informed way. We will provide clinical supervision, full training and line management, and the opportunity to develop your skillsets. Responsible to the Advocacy service Deputy Manager you will be a key member of the advocacy service, working alongside our ISVA’s and Case Workers in a busy and supportive team.

CHRISTIAN HOUSE MANAGER
You will have experience in leading a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment.

You will have overall responsibility for the continuous improvement and consistency of the day-to-day delivery of the project and be responsible for financial planning and have budgetary responsibilities.
You will help to ensure that Grace House becomes a centre of excellence and help set a positive example of the rehabilitation of prison leavers
You will maintain and further the excellent reputation we currently have with our referral prisons to ensure a constant flow of residents, reducing the likelihood of voids.
You will liaise with venue staff where our #SheMatters community courses are run, overseeing a timetable of courses and ensure that all course provision meets the high standards set by ID Grace House UK.
You will have personal experience of running courses with vulnerable and sometimes chaotic women. The Course Facilitators make up part of the Grace House Team.
You will be responsible for and have experience of fundraising and be willing to work alongside the Imago Dei staff team to ensure the project is financially stable long term.
You will be willing to undertake on call duties out-of-hours.
KEY TASKS AND DUTIES:
• Ability to motivate, coach and manage the performance of the Grace House Team. To coach the Team on continuous personal development (CPD) and to undertake any qualifications relevant to their role;
• Ensure robust plans are created in partnership with residents, to support their progression and ensuring their voices are heard;
• Work with the residents of Grace House to help them address habits/choices made which brought them to offend: to assist them in regaining self-esteem, well-being and independence;
• Support the women in every aspect of adjusting to life out of prison, giving both practical and emotional help, and support women as they seek work and permanent housing;
• Lead by example to champion Grace House values, be respectful and compassionate. Manage any behaviour actioned by the Team that does not reflect the values of Grace House and train on the same.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
- Experience of supporting vulnerable women with mental health, substance misuse, domestic violence, challenging behaviours, offending behaviour
- Have CTC Prison Clearance or be willing to complete the vetting and checks for this
- A practicing Christian*
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of working in the challenging environment of a prison setting or similar
- Experience of facilitating courses with women presenting challenging behaviours.
Desirable
- Experience with supporting prison leavers.

Some of the things you would be responsible for as a Finance Manager:
