About the role
The Senior Digital Campaign Officer will play a key role in our work to end homelessness in Scotland – designing creative ways to engage the public with our latest campaign around the next election, using digital channels, including our website, social channels and email.
You will lead the creation of supporter journeys to mobilise people across Scotland; turning public awareness and interest in homelessness into meaningful actions that lead to change. You’ll work with others to make sure our campaigns are joined up with our digital, data, technology and marketing teams, and to make sure that our digital campaigns have a direct impact on the policies and practices needed to end homelessness.
About you
- Experience of developing digital influencing strategies that result in significant increases in the volume of new supporters and deepened involvement for existing supporters.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience of digital tools and channels, particularly Engaging Networks and Adestra.
- Ability to think creatively, develop and test digital tools which strengthen campaigning successes.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to write campaigning materials for supporters e.g. website pages, social media posts, campaign emails, campaign actions, blogs.
- Ability to collaborate with people from different teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent project management skills.

The Challenge Events lead plays a critical role within the fundraising team, combining strategic oversight with a hands-on commitment to delivery excellence. - Provide operational oversight, guidance and mentorship to the Events Fundraising Co-ordinator, ensuring clarity of roles, consistency of delivery, and strong compliance across all areas of shared responsibility.

Work environment
- The post holder should expect to:
- Work in a hybrid hot desk environment, generally working 2 days a week in the London office and three from home.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

About the Role

Would you like to be part of a vital helpline service? Scotland’s Domestic Abuse and Forced Marriage Helpline, run by Scottish Women’s Aid, is looking for Helpline Call Handlers to join our busy daytime team.
What you’ll do
You’ll provide confidential support and information to individuals experiencing domestic abuse or forced marriage, as well as their families, friends, colleagues, and professionals supporting them. Responding by phone, email, web chat, and text, you’ll assess needs and risks, helping them plan for their safety and connecting them to appropriate services and resources. You’ll also record information about the contacts you handle using our digital systems.
What we need
Daytime shifts can be especially busy on the helpline. You’ll need to stay calm and empathetic while working in a fast-paced environment, and be ready to handle difficult and sometimes distressing situations. This role can be challenging, but it is also hugely rewarding if you bring the right skills and resilience.
We need people who:
- Are passionate about supporting those affected by domestic abuse and forced marriage, with a feminist understanding of how gender shapes these issues.

About the role:
You will be joining a passionate and committed team who provide high quality and bespoke support to service users. You will need to be able to travel to home visits within Central London, and occasionally outside of area, and therefore this role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. About the Role
We are excited to be expanding our community approach for care experienced children and young people at Become. We have created this new post and are looking for a creative, welcoming coordinator to help us grow and meet the needs of our community. The postholder will coordinate the welcome experience, the community space, and the communications with the group. As such you will need to have an eye for detail to make sure that we’re engaging a diverse group across all areas of England, be a great communicator across individual, small group and entire community communications, and be able to deliver on small projects working across Become’s teams. Although this role will be remote and there will be limited face-to-face time with young people, there will be direct communication so building safe and trusted relationships will be key.

The Role

Although charity or housing sector experience would be advantageous, we are also happy to look at people wanting to gain experience in this area providing they have knowledge of UK financial regulations, charity governance and compliance within housing providers.

We have a rewarding and varied opportunity for a Community Based Dementia Adviser to join our supportive and compassionate York Local Services team.
The 21 hour a week role is community based, where you will provide community groups, peer support networks along with collaborating with other key partners and organisations in the City of York , deliver existing groups as well as introduce new initiatives and groups in York. You will be expected to travel around the city (travel expenses can be claimed), there will also be some homeworking elements. You will also support our amazing volunteers, including their role managements, training and the recruitment of new volunteers.
This role will be a fixed term contract for 12 months.
You will be joining us at a very exciting time as we embark on increasing our offer and groups. The role requires the successful candidate to complete group delivery, supporting and encourage people affected by dementia to engage in activities and socialise with others in a group setting. There will also be opportunities to be involved in events across the city, such as dementia action week and carers week.
The current programme is delivered Monday, Thursday and Friday, so the successful candidate will be required to work on these days. You will work with other organisations, so stakeholder management is key to the role and the enhancement of the reach of the Alzheimer’s Society.
What you’ll focus on:
- You will have good communication skills both written and verbal and also have good organisational skills to manage a busy community activity programme.
- You will work as part of a wider team and be able to work on your own initiative.
- You will have great interpersonal skills be creative, patient, and able to motivate others at our groups and events.
