We’re happy to discuss your preference for the non-working day but we would like the successful candidate to work on Fridays. You will also be able to work from home one day a week. Salary
£35,500 per annum FTE (£28,400 pro rata). This will rise to £36,400 per annum FTE (£29,120 pro rata) from 1st September 2025.
London based candidates will also receive £2,600 London contribution (pro rata). The pro-rated amount is £2,080. This will rise to £2,700 (pro rata) from 1st September 2025. The pro-rated amount will be £2,160.
Annual leave
Full-time staff entitlement, pro-rated for part-time staff: 33 days (inc bank & public holidays) + 3 closure days (two in December and one in July) + additional length of service entitlement (one day per year of service, up to 5 days)
In order to be eligible for the role, applicants must:
- Have achieved a grade C/ grade 4 or higher in GCSE Maths and English/ achieved National 5s or Standard Grade at Credit level (grades 1-2) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Have previous experience of working with children or young people in a safeguarding capacity.
- Have a secure knowledge of key legislation and statutory guidance on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Have the right to work in the UK (please note that as a charity we do not have the capacity to sponsor work visas).
Job Purpose

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
The Housing Manager plays an important role in delivering high-quality housing services to vulnerable people, including those with complex mental health needs, young people, and survivors of domestic abuse. Reporting to the Head of Housing Services, the Housing Manager is responsible for ensuring that tenancies are sustained, rent is collected on time, and repairs are reported and monitored efficiently. The ideal candidate will have solid experience delivering housing management services within supported accommodation or housing associations. They must have a proven track record in line managing or supervising staff and demonstrate strong expertise in rent collection and arrears management. It is essential that they have worked with people who have complex needs, such as mental health challenges, experiences of domestic abuse, or homelessness. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of housing law, tenancy and licence agreements, and rent recovery procedures. They should also be knowledgeable about Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, and entitlements for individuals with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF). Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are essential, along with effective written and verbal communication abilities. The candidate must be IT literate and experienced in using housing management systems. Additionally, they should possess the ability to coach, support, and motivate staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.

The available role
As our new Head of Finance, you’ll be a key member of the Business Development Team - managing a small team and ensuring they deliver a high quality service. You will work closely with the Executive Team and Board of Trustees, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the hospice’s financial position.
You’ll be joining a values-led, CQC Outstanding rated hospice at a pivotal moment in our journey. Together, we are strengthening and evolving our services to meet changing needs across Wigan and Leigh, while staying rooted in our mission: to promote and provide outstanding care, specialist support and information for people experiencing and affected by life-limiting illness, dying, and bereavement.
As Head of Finance, you will lead the hospice’s budgeting process and audit process, as well as producing regular management accounts, forecasts, statutory returns and investments. You will work with managers from across the hospice to help them to better understand their own budgets and you will play a vital role in improving efficiencies and managing costs.
The role is available 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm (Friday 4pm finish), on a salary of £55,690 - £62,682 per annum. A hybrid approach to work, with the option to work from home 1–2days per week, depending on the needs of the service.

About The Role

We have two roles available, one in Cirencester and one in Witney.
You will provide a comprehensive homelessness service to customers with a range of housing related issues on behalf of Publica and involved with assisting in the day to day running of Publica’s Homeless Hostel’s.
Creating individual housing plans for every applicant which fully reflects their needs and circumstances, whilst managing and resolving caseloads for those currently experiencing a housing crisis. Sourcing appropriate short term and long term accommodation to assist the council in discharging its duties, whilst maintaining accurate records both written and electronically and ensuring they are captured and recorded accurately.
You will be required to represent the section/department at meetings/working parties/case conferences as appropriate and maintain a thorough knowledge of Housing and related legislation, including the Housing Acts, case law, the Homelessness Reduction code of guidance and good practice in the implementation thereof.

As Head of Impact and Evaluation, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving frameworks that help all colleagues understand and enhance our impact. The Organisation
The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

The Role
As our Records Manager, you will lead the effective management of all physical and digital records across The Royal Parks.
Overseeing our electronic records management system in line with ISO 15489 standards, you will support staff with its use, manage the classification scheme, and manage training and troubleshooting.
You’ll also co-ordinate Freedom of Information (FOI) and Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) requests, ensuring responses are timely and compliant, and maintaining our publication scheme.
Additionally, you will:
- Implement our data retention policy
- Maintain and update the Information Asset Register with key stakeholders
- Oversee the disposal of records not selected for preservation
- Advise on records aspects of projects and business cases
- Review historic records, and work with The National Archives to preserve valuable information for the future
Please note, this role may involve carrying files and bags of shredding waste and managing shelving space.
About You
To be considered as our Records Manager, you will need:
- FOI practitioner certification or qualified through experience
- Substantial knowledge of Public Records and Freedom of Information legislation
- A sound understanding of Records Management principles, compliance laws, digital archiving and best practice
- Experience of designing and implementing records management strategies and systems
- Experience of using IT systems for managing information (particularly M365 and Content Manager CRM)
- Experience of influencing, relationship-building, and training colleagues
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Overall Duties of the Senior Administration Officer will include:

We are seeking additional experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IO) for Complaints, to increase our capacity to respond to referrals from Local Authorities to provide an independent element to the formal Stage 2 investigations under the Children Act 1989.
The IO will lead investigations, and will give the complainant (who may be a child, young person or adult) the opportunity to express their view, ensure the child or young person’s rights and best interests are at the centre of the investigation and that the investigation/review process is open and transparent. They write a report on the investigation/review, which is submitted to the referring agency.
The Job Description document sets out the expectations for an Associate Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) who is approved by Coram Voice. IPCs are independent, freelance and responsible for their own work. Nevertheless, IPCs are accountable to the organisation for their professional standards and are expected to comply with Coram Voice Code of Ethics and Practice Guidelines.
Please note: the nature of associate work means that we cannot guarantee a regular amount of work, and complaints will be allocated dependent on the associate’s availability, location and the needs and demands of the individual case. Investigation work takes place Monday to Friday within working hours. This position is not suitable for applicants who already work or have commitments more than two days within the working week.
