- Ability to provide calm first-line basic technical support, troubleshooting issues with devices, software, hardware, meeting room AV and online platforms. Logging and tracking issues and following-up support tickets diligently.
Data and Compliance
- Coordinating data processing requirements in line with our policies. Assist with managing data as instructed and per our data handling and retention policies.
- Coordinate and track data subject access requests as these arise.
Health & Safety
- Coordinate general Health and Safety documentation within the organisation ensuring fire and general risk assessments are completed in a timely manner, working with HR to coordinate information between the Techspace team and our Fire Marshalls and First Aiders.
- Act as a First Aider and/or Fire Marshal for ScreenSkills staff.
- Arrange annual training for first aiders and fire marshals.
Policies and Procedures
- Monitor the organisation’s policies, ensuring relevant senior managers are aware of the schedule to review/update them.
- Signposting staff to relevant policies and procedures as requested.
- Coordinate and track the organisations’ complaints process.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Essential:
- Proven experience working in a busy office and hybrid work environment, performing first class operations admin (e.g. office admin and or facilities coordinator tasks), supporting a hybrid/distributed workforce.

The Job
We are recruiting a Head of Finance on behalf of a high-impact international organisation. This role will oversee strategic financial planning, compliance, and operational finance across a multi-currency, multi-country environment. You'll lead a team of three finance professionals and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, grant management, procurement, payroll, pensions, and financial systems. The role includes regular reporting to the Board of Trustees and collaboration with senior leaders to ensure financial integrity and value for money. This is a hybrid role based in London, with occasional international travel.
The Person
You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least five years' post-qualified experience in a senior finance role within the not-for-profit, international development, or social enterprise sector. You bring strong technical expertise in financial management, grant compliance, and strategic planning, ideally gained in a multi-currency environment. You're confident in presenting to Boards and donors, and proficient in financial systems such as Sun Systems, SAP Concur, QuickBooks or Sage. Advanced Excel skills are essential. You're a collaborative leader who can build capacity across teams, inspire a culture of financial excellence, and drive continuous improvement. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French or Spanish is highly desirable.

The Role
This role is part of the Global Fundraising Team of over 50 staff. You will be responsible for planning and managing a digital fundraising portfolio including paid and organic advertising, Shop and eCommerce products, and Community and Events fundraising.
You will manage the delivery of digital campaigns from start to finish, from budgeting and scheduling through to audience selection, agency and supplier briefing, copy and creative development, digital production, and reporting.
Working in conjunction with the Head of UK Fundraising, you will identify innovative opportunities for the development of the UK digital fundraising strategy.
Data and measurement to optimise results working with fundraising, digital, CRM teams and external suppliers to evaluate and report on digital product and campaign income, identifying KPls to optimise for regular and single growth income.
Process management to drive efficiencies you will champion best practice digital production systems, processes, and platforms to improve ways of working.
The Candidate
Track record of working on successful digital marketing, campaigns and communications ideally in a charity setting.
Experience of delivering digital marketing strategy and campaign management for lead generation, acquisition and retention that is audience-centric, rooted in insight and target driven.
Experience of working across a range of digital channels including paid and organic social media, Google Ads , web and email.
Hands-on experience of working with digital production, service providers and platforms to identify and deliver best-in-class digital solutions.
Experience of digital and data reporting and analysis, with track-record of acting on insights to achieve KPls and income targets.
Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders to support their digital marketing planning and communication delivery.

Since it was founded in 1963, the organisation has run over 78 fundraising appeals and raised more than £2.4 billion to help save lives and protect livelihoods in disaster-affected communities around the world.
This role is offered on a full-time 15 month maternity cover contract basis paying a salary of £50,000 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements available at their London office.
The postholder will lead the Philanthropy and Partnerships Team, driving strategies across corporate partnerships, trusts & foundations, major donors, and other high-value supporters. They will manage and develop the Rapid Response Network, retaining existing partnerships whilst also identifying and securing new partnerships. They will be expected to identify opportunities to maximise income throughout the life cycle of the appeal. In between appeals, the expectation is to retain supporters through excellent stewardship and to develop existing and new relationships leading to uplifts in support.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in managing high-value relationships across corporate partnerships, major donors, trusts & foundations, and statutory bodies. They are looking for a candidate with a demonstrable track record of securing and growing long-term partnerships, including successfully negotiating six or seven-figure sums with corporate partners and/or major donors. The ideal candidate will have excellent understanding of current trends within corporate and high value fundraising and experience of working within the international sector.
