Summary of the role:
The Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Office role will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving online visibility, and nd optimising the performance of Muslim Aid website and other digital platforms and other digital platforms. You will develop and implement SEO strategies that ensure our appeals, campaigns, and content are easily discoverable by our supporters and new audiences. You will play a key role in enhancing donor engagement and maximising conversions through search.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO approaches to increase website visibility and traffic.
- Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities.
- Optimise website content, landing pages, and campaign pages for search engine performance.
- Monitor, analyse and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush.
- Advise content teams on SEO best practices for blogs, appeals and campaign content.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving website visibility and rankings.

Key Responsibilities
To assist the refuge manager in the day-to-day running of the refuge, developing and delivering a front line service offering support, advice and guidance to women and their children living in the refuge.
*BSWA provides safe secure accommodation to some of the most vulnerable women and children therefore in order to ensure we provide maximum support and safety it is essential that our service is available to them 24/7. We do this through operating an on-site rota that covers weekends, evenings and bank holidays as well as a 24 hour call out system.
Experience Required

Role Overview
Support Through Sport CIO is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to deliver our innovative School and Community Navigator programme throughout Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The Senior School and Community Navigator will lead a team of three Navigators across four schools in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The role combines direct support to children and young people aged 10–17 with leadership and coordination responsibilities, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard and in line with Support Through Sport policies and project specifications.
Working closely with schools, families, and local agencies, the Senior Navigator will provide supervision and guidance to staff, build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective safeguarding, monitoring, and reporting systems are in place. You will work with young people aged 10–17 in community settings, building trust-based relationships and providing early intervention to reduce risk factors linked to crime, violence, and exploitation.
The role combines youth work, mentoring, and community engagement, supporting young people to tackle challenges such as disengagement in education, substance use, poverty, discrimination, and school exclusion. You will act as an advocate for young people, bridging gaps with the wider community while promoting respect, empowerment, and positive life choices whilst working utilising a child-centred and collaborative approach.
At Support Through Sport, we use a range of creative approaches, including sport as a diversionary tool, to build brighter futures and create safer communities. Flexibility is essential, as sessions may take place during evenings and weekends, in addition to typical school hours. Job Summary
You will work across both our SafeCall and Hertfordshire Missing Children’s Services, providing emotional and practical support to young people using virtual methods of communication. You will support young people who have been or who are at risk of missing and being exploited. You will provide a safe and confidential space for them to talk through their experiences and to disclose any harm and ongoing adverse experiences they have suffered. You will be a strong advocate for young people and families, working with them and other agencies to ensure they get the help they need to stay safe, and to reduce the risks of harm they face.
The Hertfordshire Missing Children’s Team operates on weekdays throughout Hertfordshire and is responsible for providing safeguarding, practical and emotional support, casework, advocacy and safety planning.
The dedicated SafeCall casework team is responsible for providing safeguarding, practical and emotional support, casework, advocacy, practical advice and emotional support nationally. The SafeCall team work collaboratively with the Helplines team who provide anonymous expert crisis support, safeguarding, safety planning, signposting and referrals out of hours capacity. These two teams ensure the full wraparound SafeCall service.
Key Accountabilities
• Deliver supportive interventions to families, parents, carers, children, and young people who have been missing or experiencing involvement with gangs & county lines
• To deliver national anonymous support via phone, email, SMS, and live chat, working collaboratively with the helpline team to offer a wraparound SafeCall service.
• Deliver Return Home Discussions / 121 Session support for the returned missing / vulnerable young people / children within expeditious timescales
• Speak up for children, young people, parents and carers who are at risk
• Provide feedback to the referring agency (with consent) on the general progress of the intervention and any identifiable needs which could be better met.
• Support children, young people, parents and carers through on-going support
• Develop support plans for children, young people and their families/carer to work towards mutually agreed goals.
• Support parents and carers to understand the service and the wider support available through the charity
• Be sensitive to the distress parents and carers may be experiencing following a child’s disappearance, which can sometimes be ongoing in relation to CCE.

This permanent, full-time role, to which the Circuit has made an initial five-year commitment, is Circuit-wide, but locally based. The person appointed will help lead the development of a Circuit-led New Places for New People (NPNP) initiative for and with young people within the Circuit, which we anticipate will lead to the upscaling of this area of ministry in the medium term.

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.
Our compassionate and dynamic Group Facilitators provide the ‘beating heart’ of support within our multi-disciplinary teams working with individuals of all ages affected by domestic abuse, including those with harmful behaviours, and sexual violence.
This varied and rewarding role involves delivering trauma-informed groupwork and limited one-to-one support across a range of programmes, including:
- Empowerment and recovery groups for those who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse.
- Behaviour change programmes for individuals using harmful behaviours in their relationships.
- Digital peer support and learning opportunities through our online survivor platform, ‘Connecting You’.
Working collaboratively with our IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor), ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) and Behaviour Change teams, you will help ensure that support is safe, inclusive, and effective for people with a range of experiences and risks. You will play a vital part in championing people to recover from trauma, build safe relationships, and move forward with dignity and hope.

Key Responsibilities
Group Facilitation and Delivery
- Deliver structured, evidence-based and trauma responsive group programmes for victims/survivors and individuals who have used harm.
- Foster safe, inclusive spaces that promote empowerment, emotional safety, and constructive challenge.
- Co-facilitate groups with trained colleagues, volunteers or peer mentors/Experts by Experience as needed.
- Support the ongoing development and review of group materials and content.
- Work flexibly and manage your own schedule, including facilitating evening groups on a rotational basis to meet the needs of those unable to attend during working hours.
One-to-One Support
- Provide limited 1:1 support for medium-risk clients who may be waiting for or transitioning between group programmes and/or other services.
- Contribute to joint safety and support planning alongside IDVAs, ISVAs and Behaviour Change Workers.
- Monitor and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with organisational policies.
Digital Survivor Platform – Connecting You
- Update and upload resources, tutorials, and activities for survivors accessing the platform.
- Support survivors engaging with online content, including managing enrolments and online group access.
- Design and deliver trauma-informed self-paced tutorials and reflective learning tools.
Peer Mentoring and Survivor Involvement
- Support the recruitment, mentoring and involvement of ‘experts by experience’ in group delivery.
- Encourage and nurture survivor voices and peer leadership within both in-person and digital forums.
- Training and Awareness-Raising.
- Deliver training sessions to professionals and external partners where required.
- Speak at community or public events to raise awareness of domestic and sexual violence, healthy relationships, and recovery.

About This Job
As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. You will provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database. Working closely with the rest of the Development team and in particular the Marketing department to ensure that both charities can provide increasing financial support to cadets and adult volunteers across the UK.

The role
You will play a key role in ensuring that Camden Learning captures and uses data to drive service development and operate more efficiently. You will support teams and wider stakeholders to get access to the data they need by running reports, undertaking basic data analysis and presenting data in an easy to understand way. Key responsibilities
CRM
- Working alongside our development partner, support the successful implementation of a new CRM system
- Ensure the CRM system continues to meet the organisation’s needs, including setting up and owning the process by which colleagues request changes and new features
- Support colleagues to use the system effectively
- Make changes to the system if required and set up reports requested by colleagues. Liaise with development partner if larger changes or new development is required
Other systems and platforms
- Identify, set up and configure other systems and platforms to meet the organisation’s needs. This will include our training booking platform and HR platform.

Order processes
- Set up and own the processes by which schools place orders for services
- Respond to queries from schools related to subscriptions, orders and pricing
- Work with the Finance Officer to ensure customers are accurately invoiced for services used.
Data reporting, analysis and presentation
- Set up and run regular reports of key information to stakeholders, to include:
- Camden Learning’s leadership team and board of directors
- Local authority commissioners
- Schools
- Undertake regular and adhoc data analysis of data held within our systems, for example training feedback and staff survey
- Present this information in a format suitable for its intended audience
