Research shows that group-based early intervention parenting groups are the most effective way to support children in need. We train peer facilitators in local churches - the largest voluntary body in the country - to run our affordable, accessible and highly effective parenting programmes, written by Clinical Psychologists. About the role

The Research and Programmes Coordinator role involves:

• Overseeing administrative tasks for all research projects
• Supporting the Programme Development Team Lead in management of all research projects
• Liaising with the Support Coach team to connect with facilitators/parents for data collection e.g. supporting with the running of focus groups
• Using Kids Matter’s CRM to confidently record communication with consultants and Research Assistants
• Supporting the data gathering process for all our evaluation data including maintaining data integrity by performing regular data audits and cleaning parent data ready for the Research Assistants to analyse

About the Role

The Head of SBC (Social and Behaviour Change) and Inclusion is a critical technical leadership position that supports country programmes to design solutions that improve attitudes, support for and uptake of sexual and reproductive health services across communities.  This includes guiding and building capacity in user-centred design principles to ensure projects are inclusive and responsive to the needs of the audience.  It also means incorporating best practice to create programming that is gender transformative and equitable. This role will be focused on the “Leaving No One Behind” Pillar of the MSI 2030 strategy with a special focus on reaching key populations and vulnerable groups including adolescents, people living with disability and people in extreme poverty.

This role will also be responsible for coordinating with donor teams and supporting programmes to ensure completion of key donor deliverables related to SBC and GESI Gender Equality and Social Inclusion).

In this high-profile position, you will serve as the in-house Unit4 super-user and subject matter expert, ensuring that the system delivers maximum value to the Finance team and the wider organisation. About you
You will bring strong expertise in finance systems, with the ability to translate technical functionality into solutions that align with organisational goals. - Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of system accounting experience.

This is a key role working alongside our Senior Programme Manager and Senior Race Equity Specialist to shape our ways of working, to enable more and more ethnic diverse people to act for nature.

You will have 2 main areas of responsibility:

1. Supporting senior leaders, Achieving Race Equity taskforce members and the programme team, including coordinating tailored guidance, projects, activities and events, that drive and embed race equity initiatives across the RSPB. Job Purpose

As an Evening Women’s Shelter Worker, you’ll be part of the team running Glass Door’s women’s night shelter. Working alongside other staff and volunteers, you’ll engaged with guests throughout the evening, helping to create a safe, calm, and welcoming space where women experiencing homelessness can rest and be treated with dignity. 

You’ll greet guests, support the evening set-up, carry out regular checks around the venue, and offer kind, practical help. When issues arise, you’ll respond calmly — whether that’s offering reassurance, guiding someone through a difficult moment, or addressing challenging behaviour. You’ll record key information so the overnight team and caseworkers can follow up. 

Most evenings are steady and focused on guest support, but there can be moments of pressure. Training is provided so you feel confident and prepared. You’ll finish with a clear handover with the overnight team so the shelter runs smoothly through the night.

What You’ll Do 

You’ll help make sure the women’s night shelter is safe, supportive, and welcoming for everyone staying with us. This is an on-site, evening role. Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Welcoming and supporting guests – Create a friendly, respectful atmosphere and build positive relationships with guests, volunteers, and colleagues. 

• Welcoming and engaging with guests – Take a proactive approach to being present and approachable throughout the evening, starting conversations, offering support, and helping create a safe and respectful atmosphere. 

• Responding to situations – Manage issues as they arise, such as someone feeling unwell, experiencing emotional distress, or challenging behaviour. This may sometimes mean seeking guidance from the Night Shelter Manager or calling emergency services. Training will be provided.

The Communications and Engagement Partner will bring communications experience and expertise that will help us establish a strong voice for Hope and Healing. You’ll be a key part of the Hope and Healing team, and you’ll work closely with our expert Communications and Marketing team, making sure our teams are connected. In addition to being part of the development of the Hope and Healing project, you’ll have the chance to develop your communications skills by working with expert colleagues.

You’ll lay the foundations for our communications work across the Hope and Healing project, leading on our communications plan, developing our online presence and materials, coordinating events and helping us spread the word about the project in a way that reflects our values.

You’ll also contribute to our early Hope and Healing development work, leading scoping and discovery activities to help us identify where, how and with whom we can best work to achieve our project ambitions. You’ll help ensure that we gather and mobilise learning from the early stage of the project, with a particular focus on listening to people’s stories.
