Short description of role:
Our client, a professional membership organisation, is seeking a Product Development Administrator (Fluent Mandarin). The organisation manages an extensive array of training courses offered by over 100 training providers across the globe and are hoping to expand this by offering to include exams in Mandarin. To support this, you'll be responsible for facilitating the translation of all exam questions and learner resources into Mandarin. We're looking for a candidate who is proficient in both English and Mandarin languages, self-motivated and eager to learn.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Utilise online translation tools to translate multiple-choice, multiple-response, matching, and sequencing questions into Mandarin.
- Revise Mandarin questions based on feedback from subject matter experts, ensuring accuracy in grammar and spelling.
- Conduct testing on the online exam system's user interface to ensure instructions and error messages have been translated correctly.
- Contribute to the creation of instructional videos and guides in Mandarin to aid learners.
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Mandarin, have excellent written skills, grammar, spelling and punctuation and possess strong attention to detail. The candidate will be self-motivated and a willingness to learn, able to work to deadlines and comfortable when navigating around new systems and using online translation tools.

Financial Accountant Key Responsibilities are to:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports with budget commentary.
- Manage cash flow and support year-end audits.
- Utilize Xero and Excel (including formulas and pivot tables).
- Identify and propose improvements to streamline finance processes.
- Assist in preparation of year end accounts and prepare for audit.
- Balance sheet accounts - simple intercompany BS reconciliation:
- Maintain accurate intercompany accounts: Ensure seamless reconciliation between the two charities' balance sheets within Xero.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Part-qualified accountant status (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Xero proficiency.
- Strong Excel skills with formula writing (SUMIFS, PIVOT TABLES, LOOKUP).

We are working with a membership body based in central London, who are looking for a Membership Engagement Coordinator to join their team. This is a new role, working closely with the Membership Manager and will be responsible for coordinating and delivering membership engagement, recruitment and retention plans, ensuring members are at the centre of the organisation.

- Work with the Membership Manager and Digital Communications Manager on social media campaigns to reach new members.
- Raise awareness of all member benefits to help with member engagement.
- Manage membership networks, and work closely with the events team to build networks at the organisation events.
- Monitor and evaluate membership statistics, assess their effectiveness and suggest improvements if necessary.
- Help deliver a member recruitment strategy with the Membership Manager.
To be successful in the role you will
- Have experience in another member engagement role.
- Have an appetite for problem solving and making improvements and enhancing new ways of working.
- Experienced in developing and implementing membership recruitment and retention plans.
- Have an understanding of digital marketing platforms and systems.
