As part of a multidisciplinary NHS team, I work alongside clinicians, social workers, and community partners to support adults experiencing moderate to severe mental illness. I manage a caseload of service users, serving as their key contact and contributing to care planning, progress monitoring, and discharge support through the RiO clinical records system. I collaboratively develop person-centred recovery plans with individuals, focusing on their social goals and community integration. Central to my role is building strong therapeutic relationships through trauma-informed and strength-based approaches, empowering service users to achieve personal recovery goals. I support individuals in accessing local resources, attending appointments, and participating in wellbeing activities, peer support, and psychoeducational groups. Additionally, I promote and model recovery-focused, jargon-free communication across services and advocate for co-production and integrated care.

To be successful in this role, candidates should hold an NVQ Level 4 in Care (or equivalent) or have at least two years' experience in a mental health setting. A strong understanding of mental health issues, recovery, and co-production principles is essential, along with experience working collaboratively with professionals, services, and communities. Knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, recovery tools, and the Mental Health Act is also required. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and group facilitation skills are vital, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in using IT systems, including electronic case management tools, is important. The role demands resilience, adaptability, and the ability to maintain clear professional boundaries, alongside a high level of commitment.

Job Purpose

To provide strategic and  operational leadership for the Bexley Mental Health  Hub, which is an integrated service between Mind in Bexley,  Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and London Borough of Bexley Adult Social Care . The postholder will play a key role in supporting three partners to deliver an  integrated service, ensuring alignment, coordination, and high standards across both organisations. They will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and other senior leads to ensure service delivery is safe, effective, and responsive to community needs.

This position requires the ability to deliver results at pace, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. The postholder will manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring performance, professional development, and wellbeing are prioritised. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Senior Advisor to steward donor relationship including Members of UK for UNHCR’s Advisory Board and principal gift prospects and donors. This will include: 

• Supporting cultivation and stewardship. Involves working on account plans, preparing meeting briefings, writing of high-quality concept notes, proposals, reports, and other fundraising products.   
• Supporting external Advisory Board members to develop and execute opportunities to raise the profile of UNHCR’s work. This may include researching, identifying and initiating new initiatives.  
• Support with reporting back to the Advisory Board and regular stewardship ensuring the Board remains close to the charity and UNHCR – includes preparation of papers for quarterly Advisory Board meetings, monthly communications. 
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify key networks and individuals capable of supporting UNHCR financially. 
• Join portfolio meetings providing updates on the advisory board and relationships with key members.  
• Supporting the coordination of the Intermediary Strategy to grow relationships with connectors in the private client sector and in collaboration with others. 
• Support the Senior Advisor to maintain a focused new business pipeline. 
• Support with management reporting, including keeping salesforce up to date for the portfolio and related KPI tracking.

Background to the role

Job description

Job Purpose

The weekend Home & Settle Project Officer is responsible for responding to referrals received over the weekend from both Royal London Hospital & Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. You will work with the manager on Friday to deliver services and plan visits on the weekend for you to attend.

The service supports people returning after a stay in hospital, helping them to settle back at home, regain confidence and support with some practical tasks, e.g. shopping/cleaning.  You will manage referrals, carry out assessments, and in liaison with the manager, allocate service users to Discharge and Settle Worker caseloads. You will provide direct frontline support and co-ordinate visits to the service users’ home in preparation for their return home. You will work collaboratively to lead and manage the weekend service to support the smooth transition from hospital to home for service users.  The service is time limited, up to 4 or 6 weeks, to adjust, build confidence, and settle back in their homes.

Key Tasks

• Act as the first point of contact for all referrals over the weekend across both hospitals.
• Meet with patients in the community and/or hospital and carrying out assessments and risk assessments.
• Enter referrals on to AUKEL’s case management system (currently Charity Log) in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
• Allocate referrals to Discharge and Settle workers (in the week) using tech available (currently the Call Round App), training will be available.
• Collect feedback from service users and upload to case management system.
• Prepare and keep stock of AUKEL Welcome Packs and service leaflets.
• Deputise for the manger at discharge planning and other meetings as required.
• Support hospitals to improve the patient’s experience of the discharge process.
• Monitor the case loads of each of the Discharge and Settle workers (DSW) to ensure they are evenly and fairly balanced.
• Work collaboratively with other agencies providing support services.
• Work with people with a range of needs, dealing with issues ranging from social isolation and keeping people engaged in their community, to preventing unnecessary readmission to hospital.
• Plan and develop person centred interventions to provide short term support for people after hospital discharge.
• Deliver the front-line support services over the weekend
• Provide occasional cover for the A/L of other Project Officers
• Work with people with a range of needs, dealing with issues ranging from social isolation and keeping people engaged in their community, to preventing unnecessary admission to hospital.

• Ensure DSW are resourced to sign post service users to other services when the home and settle service intervention ends.

Administration

• ·Keep AUKEL’s case management system up to date, input all data, and ensure all referrals, interventions, time spent with service users are recorded.
• Allocate referrals to DSW using tech available (currently - Charity Log ‘Call Round’ App).
• Ensure wards have good supply of service leaflets and referral forms.
• Ensure data collected meets the requirements of the service’s contract monitoring and key performance indicators.
• Ensure customer feedback questionnaires are sent at the end of each intervention and record returns.
• Ensure admin tasks relating to service users, Discharge and Settle workers or general admin is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Provide cover as needed, i.e. annual leave and sickness, for the services you manage, and other hospital settle services provided by AUKEL
• Carry out monitoring of the service ensuring it meets the contractual requirements of commissioners.

Quality

About the team

This role will be part of a small Project Management Unit (PMU) located within the Programme Operations Team. This team enables the effective management of the International Programmes Department (IPD) through ensuring IPD Teams have access to robust high quality management policies, systems, process, tools and capabilities that work to support the delivery of programmes, enable the effective management of risk, and ensure strong financial planning and management.  The role will report in to the Project Delivery Lead, within the Programme Design & Management Team which is a sub-team that facilitates clear programme direction with standardised results frameworks, monitoring, reporting and financial reporting systems, responsible for donor contract management and reporting.

About the role

The Monitoring & Learning Coordinator will lead the design, coordination, and implementation of monitoring, reporting, and learning processes for WaterAid’s Multi-country Urban Water Project. This is a bold initiative aiming to raise $40 million and reach two million people with clean water in urban areas across six anchor countries: Colombia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Mozambique, Bangladesh, and Cambodia. The campaign also seeks to build a global movement of youth advocates to demand action from world leaders to achieve SDG 6 relating to universal access to water and sanitation.

This role ensures accurate, timely data collection and learning, promotes adaptive management, and supports evidence-based decision-making.  Working closely with country teams and partners, the Monitoring & Learning Coordinator will strengthen monitoring and learning capacity, support the articulation and measurement of project impact, and help consolidate insights to inform both internal learning and sector-wide knowledge on urban water programming. This includes tracking progress towards the ambitious goal of reaching two million people.

The role will also support donor reporting, liaise with Member offices, and deputise for the Project Delivery Lead when required.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of the project monitoring and learning framework
• Support countries with timely and accurate data collections, analysis, learning and reporting
• Provide assurance on data quality and integrity

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• Degree level qualifications or experience or commensurate experience in relevant fields
• Strong demonstrable experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning in international development, preferably in WASH, urban development, or public health.
• Proven experience developing and managing MEL systems and processes for complex, multi-country or large-scale projects.
• Significant familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative MEL methods, participatory approaches, and adaptive management.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including use of software for data analysis and visualisation
• Excellent facilitation, capacity building, and coaching skills to support country teams and partners.

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience working with urban WASH programmes, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.
• Experience in participatory MEL approaches and adaptive programme management.
• Experience designing surveys using mWater software, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, gender equality, disability inclusion, and social accountability in MEL processes.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or other relevant languages is an advantage.

Your new company
My client is a well-recognised independent regulator based in the heart of London and are looking for an Education Quality Administrator on a temporary contract for roughly 5 months, and they operate a hybrid model with office expectations on Thursday.

Your new role

The Education Quality Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support within the Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Improvement team.

• Administrative support where required for our quality assurance processes. This could include, for example:
  • Uploading to our online filing system and formatting documents submitted by organisations, so they are ready for colleagues to analyse.
  • Proofreading documents and uploading them to our online filing systems
  • Proofreading and publishing content for our web pages.

• Administrative support where required for our quality assurance of new medical schools and programmes. This could include, for example:
  • Processing administrative forms for education associates carrying out visits
  • Printing documentation packs and ordering name badges for visits
  • Preparing visit documentation so that education associates can access it online via our document-sharing portal
  • Organising travel, accommodation and meals for staff and education associates attending visits
  • Recording information about the visit on our online systems
  • Administering our records to log and reconcile education associate expense claims for budgeting purposes

• Monitoring our quality reporting system in Siebel (this is the system that logs actions that organisations need to implement to meet our standards called 'quality items'), letting colleagues know when items have been updated by an organisation and need to be reviewed, and reporting on pending and overdue items.
• Meeting support for a wide range of meetings across the team. Support would include:
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Calling for agenda items and populating agendas
  • Noting actions during meetings and keeping action logs
  • Maintaining a forward planner of agenda items for our larger meetings.

• Administering and reporting on our education associates, including expense claims to support section budget forecasting, training and annual appraisals.
• Manage emails coming into the team's shared mailbox, liaising with colleagues to ensure emails and queries are dealt with by the appropriate person within our agreed timeframes.
• To understand and apply our safeguarding policy and processes for protecting children and adults at risk of harm (including knowing how to recognise, record and report safeguarding).
• Any other reasonable duties may be assigned from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed

• To be able to work within established policies and standard operating procedures with a high level of accuracy, within agreed timeframes
• Effective use of IT systems such as Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
• To demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting style and level of detail as appropriate.
• An ability to work independently with appropriate supervision, as well as an effective team member.
• To demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring the needs of internal and external customers are met and our services and contact with customers are delivered positively.
• The ability to work within established service-level agreements whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Employee Relations and Union Services in the CSP as a full time Senior Negotiating Officer (SNO) for the South East Coast. This is a challenging, but very enjoyable role which will see you:

- Supporting, advising and training the network of stewards, safety representatives and equality representatives in the South East Coastal region.

- Advising and supporting stewards to manage their own casework, whilst managing your own caseload of employment relations issues, including but not limited to dicisplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, HCPC and legal cases.

- Attending and representing the CSP at strategic regional forums such as regional Social Partnership Forums and Integrated Care Boards/Integrated Care Systems.

You will be working in a wider team of Senior Negotiating Officers and organisers, whilst also working in a cross directorate fashion to deliver on the local priorities for members.

We are looking for an individual with significant experience and a background in the trade union movement. They should be dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for members and to building the membership and activism levels in the CSP.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to problem solve. You will also have experience in advocacy and representing members and have a thorough understanding of the current issues facing CSP members. You will also be expected to be able to display excellent trade union knowledge.

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key senior member of the finance team and will help shape the strategic management and direction of the team. They will support the Director of Finance and Operations, Senior Leadership Team, Trustees and budget holders to understand and interpret IIED’s finances and play a key role in the long term strategic financial planning process.

The key duties of the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis are as follows:

• Lead on strategic financial reporting to provide a clear picture of the organization’s short- and long-term financial position
• Manage the design and build of financial models to support strategic planning, project impact assessment, and forecasting
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic forecasts and budget plans
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial performance
• Lead the finance business partnering function, providing support and guidance to budget holders and key stakeholders
• Ensure monthly management accounts are produced and shared with stakeholders
• Financial evaluation of project proposals to support management decision-making
• Manage and mentor the FP&A Team, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth and development
• Work closely with project managers and budget holders, ensuring projects are financially sustainable and aligned with donor requirements
• Collaborate with operational teams, including HR, IT, and Procurement, to integrate financial planning with operational strategies

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified with a recognised professional body, or be able to prove they are qualified by experience
• Experience in charity financial planning, budgeting and cost recovery model in a complex organisation
• Substantial relevant finance management experience in the not-for-profit sector
• Experience in mapping and analysing processes and identifying and implementing process improvement
• Excellent communication skills and be able to influence at all levels within the organisation
• Ability to manage, support and develop diverse teams to work effectively together and with the rest of the organisation
• Ideally, experience of accounting within a grant receiving organisation

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with only occasional travel required, just a few times per month, to either the London or Edinburgh office for key meetings.
