Job description
Retail, Customer services, hospitality experience ideal!

We are looking for those who have experience working in retail, customer service, employability or think they have the skills and passion to deliver successful learning in these areas.

Adult Education Tutor Responsibilities:

• Tutoring small groups of learners (average of 8 learners per group) in a face to face setting at one of our centres
• Marking workbooks for submission to IQA team
• Training to do your job well and be fully supported
• Pastoral support for participants

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday

Salary Progression Framework: Unqualified Tutors £21,000, Level 3 Qualified Tutors £24,000, Leave 4 and above Qualified Tutors £26,000 - £28,000. Qualifications are only part of the internal frame work.
