- Contribute to workforce planning and people analytics projects by managing and analysing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Undertake data cleaning and auditing to ensure accuracy of analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders, using tools such as excel, crystal reporting and Power BI.
- Ability to analyse internal and external benchmarking data to provide insights and recommendations on pay and benefits structures.
- Collaborate with the Senior People Insights Manager to ensure reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with organisational objectives.
- Support the delivery and implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Maintain and enhance HR data accuracy, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection principles and wider regulatory obligations.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation, analysis, and coordination.
- Monitor market trends and legislative changes affecting compensation and benefits.
- Support ongoing development of the SelectHR system, to drive process efficiencies and data accuracy.
- Support the system superusers across the People Team to maintain the day-to-day management of the business systems and the data held within them.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
- Streamline processes through the adoption of digital solutions.
- Where possible implement AI technologies to automate routine tasks, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Digitise documentation processes where feasible.

About the role:
This role is based in the Victim Help Centre, in St Asaph, North Wales and working in liaison with North Wales Police and other relevant agencies.
In this position you will contact Victims by telephone to undertake a comprehensive needs assessment and commission a range of services to support identified needs if appropriate.
You will refer victims to partner agencies and contact approved suppliers to deliver services to victims. You will also direct referrals to appropriate colleagues to allocate Victim Support workers for further support.
You will identify and manage the victims immediate service needs and contribute towards risk assessment processes and following agreed safe contact processes and recording all contact securely.
The nature of service required will vary depending on individual circumstances and specified outcomes will be achieved through building trust and confidence with victims who will be vulnerable and have complex needs.
Level 4 Welsh Language skills and the ability to communicate fluently through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this role.

Jigsaw4u’s Piece of Mind Service helps 11 to 25 year-old young people in SW London overcome depression and/or anxiety. We are seeking 1 full-time counsellor, or 2 part-time counsellors, to support 15 referrals over 3 months, in the London Boroughs of Kingston and Richmond.
There is the potential for this fixed-term contract to become permanent.
Each young person receives 6 to 16 targeted, evidence based therapeutic support sessions. We are looking for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our team, who will hold a caseload of residents and meet with them weekly to build a support plan. Main areas of responsibilities are:
Housing:
- Coach young people to manage their occupancy agreement and adhere to house rules, in preparation for independent living
- Promote a credit culture, encouraging young people to keep up to date with all payments for rent
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing and welfare benefits for young people and be well-informed on significant changes to housing law
- Deal effectively with non-compliance issues, such as non-payment of rent or damage to room, using restorative practices and working collaboratively with the rest of the team
Coaching and Engagement:
- Coach young people so they can articulate their aspirations and ambitions and take the lead in acquiring the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives
- Ensure young people are encouraged to take responsibility for their own personal development, to engage with the services on offer and build strong networks and connections within the local community
- Ensure consistent standards of safeguarding and Trauma Informed Practice when supporting young people, observing our safeguarding procedures, and keeping yourself and residents safe by respecting professional boundaries
- Maintain client records on In-Form (client database) detailing the young person’s journey in relation to their strengths and needs, any risks, and any outcomes (to monitor service performance)
General:

About the Service
Community Outreach Workers supports people with complex needs who have mental health as a primary need. This includes people who may have drug and alcohol difficulties. As International Finance Manager, you will work alongside the UK Finance Manager overseeing the full lifecycle of all financial transactions with particular focus on funder grants managed through HOST — across both Project Hosting and Hosted Grantmaking services. Summary and key purpose
This new role will be primarily responsible for developing, marketing and managing our individual giving together with working across other fundraising disciplines. You will be a key member of our fundraising team, producing compelling fundraising communications, stewarding individual donors, including regular donors and gifts in memory. Our Individual Giving programme will incorporate one-off donations, regular giving, digital fundraising, appeals and in-memory giving. You will do this, with the support of our recently appointed fundraising agency, who you will manage our relationship with week by week.

The Advocacy team works closely with colleagues in Community Advice and our Telephone and Online Advice services to capture evidence of how Scotland’s broken and biased housing system is impacting communities, and colleagues in Communications and Engagement to translate this evidence into compelling public campaigns and fundraising appeals. The team have led the organisation on developing an anti-racism evidence base, the economic and social benefits of social housing investment and the case for a human rights-based approach to meeting housing need.

The Unifrog platform
Over the last 12 years, the Unifrog platform has grown enormously from its starting point as a simple tool to help students pick their UK university courses and apprenticeships. It now helps young people from 4 years old up to explore their interests, record the great things they’ve done, compare every post-16 and post-18 course in the UK and every undergraduate programme taught in English in the world, find and organise work experience, and draft their application materials. The platform also helps teachers and career advisers to guide students every step of the way, makes it easy for parents to explore the platform via their own accounts, and helps employer and university recruitment teams to interact directly with students.
We have a long list of exciting projects for the platform, always aiming to achieve our mission. We are looking for someone to join Unifrog’s team to help us continually improve the platform’s existing tools, and to also develop new ones.
What you’ll do
You’ll work on improving the platform itself, from how things work behind the scenes, to the user experience and how the tools work and look.
This role does not involve coding - instead you’ll develop and design clear ideas and plans with Unifrog’s two co-founders, and with other colleagues involved in platform development, and then you’ll work with our lead programmer to make them happen.

Working together
You’ll regularly be working with:

Unifrog’s two co-founders and other colleagues involved in maintaining and developing the platform – in particular our data and content teams – to come up with improvements to the platform and to develop new projects

Our lead programmer to implement ideas

User-facing colleagues to understand what our users are asking for, as well as communicate to them what things have changed on the platform

(More occasionally, but especially at the beginning) our users, when you need to have a greater understanding of a particular topic
You will be line-managed by Unifrog’s two co-founders.
Skills and characteristics
We are looking for an independent worker with design skills, who is a great problem solver and is motivated to find an elegant solution, whatever the issue.
Design
You’ll be producing the designs that go to our lead programmer, and which he’ll use as the basis for his work. You should have experience with UX design, and we can accommodate whichever application you prefer to work with, eg Figma or Sketch.
We’ve developed and plan to keep developing a large range of tools on the platform, like:

The problems we come up against can involve:

Different users handling the same processes in different ways from each other

A data provider changing the way they structure their data

Users not completing an important action on the platform

A change on one tool having a knock-on effect on several other tools

Users expressing their needs and ideas in uncertain or ambiguous ways
Your challenge is to design concrete solutions that work for everyone, which are as simple as possible to implement, and which are immediately understandable by a user who’s never seen them before.
Independence and initiative
You will work closely with Unifrog’s two co-founders. While colleagues from the wider team will be involved in coming up with ideas and telling you what they need, you will be the only team member, apart from the co-founders, in the product development team.
Because Unifrog’s co-founders work remotely and are also involved in other areas of the business, this will require you to be a good independent worker:

Confident to come up with your own ideas, sort out good ideas from less useful ones, and make decisions based on information you’ve researched or been given by other team members

Communication
You will need to understand and translate the issues that a user is facing to our lead programmer, and tell him your ideas for solutions and explain your designs in a way that will allow him to get working without needing lots of clarification.
You will need to communicate what development work is happening to the rest of the Unifrog team, and you’ll need to help your colleagues find the best way to tell users about it in turn.
Finally, you will need to be able to adapt your communication style depending on the person you are communicating with, including our lead programmer, other Unifrog team members, or partners and users.
