The Eikon Charity helps children and young people in Surrey to feel and be safe, heard, and supported. Through one-to-one support, group work, and programmes in schools, Eikon helps children build confidence, resilience, and the skills they will need to navigate life’s challenges.

This is a senior fundraising role within Eikon’s Trusts & Grants team, focused on generating significant voluntary income from charitable trusts, foundations, and local government funders. With an overall team target of £1m, this postholder will contribute around £250k per year through a mix of high-quality applications, strategic account management, and relationship building.

The role requires both strong bid writing skills (especially for complex, high-value and multi-year proposals) and excellent interpersonal skills to develop and steward relationships with funders. It offers the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the team, deputise for the Grants Lead when needed, and help shape Eikon’s fundraising approach.

As Senior Trust Fundraiser, you will:

• Raise circa £250k annually from a mix of trusts, foundations, and local government grant funders (restricted and unrestricted)
• Lead on developing a portfolio of high-value, multi-year funders, cultivating new prospects and strengthening existing relationships
• Research, write, and submit compelling, tailored proposals and reports
• Work collaboratively with the Grants Lead on strategic bids (e.g. The National Lottery Community Fund, Community Foundation for Surrey)
• Develop an approach for growing unrestricted income
• Actively network across Surrey to identify new leads and opportunities
• Provide excellent account management through regular reporting, funder meetings, and creative stewardship (e.g. site visits, events)
• Manage accurate pipeline and reporting on Donorfy CRM, supporting both team and board-level reporting
• Deputise for the Grants Lead at meetings where required
• Provide peer support to colleagues in the fundraising team

Ideal skills and experience: 

• Proven track record in trusts and foundations fundraising (including complex, high-value proposals)
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information persuasively
• Confident in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable independently representing Eikon at external meetings and networking events
• Strong organisational and time management skills – able to balance writing, relationship building, and reporting
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable; able to deputise when required
• Experience of the children, education, or mental health sectors desirable
• Based in or near Surrey, with willingness to travel regularly within the county

A Diocesan Finances Review was undertaken in 2025 which resulted in several key changes to financial flows between dioceses and the National Church Institutions. The purpose of this role is to design and implement the process changes, operational arrangements and governance necessary to support new ways of working for the NCIs and Dioceses.

The main change relates to the simplification of the administration of funding in relation to ordained ministry training. Dioceses will contribute to a single Ministry Training Fund which will meet the costs of ordained ministry training (fees, accommodation costs, maintenance and travel expenses), with administration carried out by the National Team, to provide a one-stop-shop for ordinands to understand entitlements, apply for grants and claim expenses. The post holder will be responsible for designing and implementing new technology-enabled processes and ways of working to support the efficient and effective operation of the Ministry Training Fund.

£10 million of funding was provided within the national Church of England's spending plans for 2026-28 to enable detailed analysis and planning to be undertaken (including pilot initiatives) focused on addressing structural overheads in the Church, and opportunities to reduce duplication and complexity. This role will enable appropriate governance processes in relation to the allocation and oversight of these monies.

The Spending plans also incorporate savings targets (£4 million + in 2026-28 and £20 million + by 2029-31) in some key areas relating to Bishops and Archbishops' ministry costs and National Church costs. This role will work with the relevant groups charged with delivering those savings, to ensure adequate oversight and monitoring, and report back to key governance bodies on a regular basis.

The role and your key responsibilities
 

As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.

You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in East London or Essex for this role.
 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.
   

• Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.
   

• Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.
   

• Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.
   

• Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.
   

• Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

Key Responsibilities:

· Located at a 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham, we provide high quality self-contained accommodation for 15 women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage.  The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The accommodation also includes overnight safe spaces.

· In this role, you will provide direct support to all the women, as well as holding a small case load of residents who you will keywork.

· You will work closely with support workers and the in-house psychologist. You will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.

· You will undertake 8-hour shifts, normally Monday to Friday but with flexibility for weekend working, covering the hours 8am to 8pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.

About Woman's Trust

The charity, established almost thirty years ago to meet the gap in specialist mental health services, is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from trauma. We supported 833 women and children last year, with a current income target of £1.25m (growing to £1.4m in 2026-2027) and 36 staff. About you and how to apply

As a skilled and compassionate counselling manager, aligned with our feminist ethos and the needs of our service users, you will bring experience in leading counselling services, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support for women affected by domestic abuse. You will have experience in managing counsellors and/or volunteers, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring best practice across service delivery. Over the past five years, Brentford FC CST has significantly expanded its Youth and Employability provision. The department provides a diverse range of informal and formal learning opportunities designed to help young people develop essential life skills, engage with their local communities and prepare for the world of work. Main Purpose of Job

The Youth Engagement Worker’s role is to create positive, safe, educational, and memorable experiences for young people on our programmes. Youth Engagement workers will lead, inspire and support young people to develop personal, social and educational skills through creative and developmental activities.

Youth Engagement Workers will lead a variety of youth programmes, sessions, assemblies, and community-based projects in both local schools and the wider community. These initiatives will focus on key themes such as life skills, personal and social development, teamwork and leadership, employability, youth voice, and social action. They will collaborate closely with local community groups, partner organisations, charities, and employers to create meaningful opportunities that support and empower young people, while contributing positively to the wider community.

Youth Engagement workers will need to be innovative and think outside the box. They will provide pastoral care, and deliver inclusive curriculum sessions, and skill development activities to groups and individuals. The role is suitable for a dynamic and confident person who has experience in leading, motivating, and supporting young people to successfully participate in positive programmes and activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate young people through positive, creative and developmental sessions and activities.
• Supervise and take responsibility for pastoral care and safety needs of the young people.
• Deliver centre-based, community, school, and outdoor/adventurous activities and sessions.
• Consider youth voice and involve young people in the planning and delivery of activities on offer, and ensure they are innovative and effective.

The Selection Criteria

Qualifications and experience

1. At least one year’s experience of delivering positive activities with young people (either in a voluntary or paid capacity).

2. Youth Work level 2 or alternative equivalent experience

3. Experience of inspiring and motivating young people from a variety of cultural, economic and social backgrounds.

4. Experience of planning, leading and facilitating both large and small group sessions, and 1 to 1 activity.

5. A Safeguarding and First Aid qualification or willingness to complete training.

Skills, Knowledge, and ability

1. An awareness of current socio-economic issues and trends which may affect young people and youth employment in the locations we work in.

Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a fast-growing charity in North London providing much needed therapy, wellbeing support and advocacy services to people with mental health problems. 

This is an exciting new role for an experienced mental health professional who has experience of providing support to and working with clients with mild, moderate and severe mental health issues. You will provide Client Support for all services, including effective, in depth triage of clients, identification of client risk including escalation and support to clients. The successful candidate will provide support to all services, including building up and developing a bank of volunteers and (volunteer coordination) including general administrative support, as well as changes in service delivery. 

Client Support duties include:

• Support client enquiries by using in depth mental health skills to triage effectively
• Ensure appropriate and timely responses and assistance to clients by drawing on mental health training and experience.
• To use social prescription methodology, mental health experience and mental health triaging experience to most effectively signpost and refer (internally or externally) clients, on the phone and possibly via walk in (should we move to that type of provision)
• To liaise, (on behalf of clients), with services and service managers where clients get in touch for enquiries, changes or updates.
• Contribute to the development of a safe welcoming environment
• Provide support for clients when they may be experiencing emotional distress.

Service support duties include:
