Key Responsibilities 

• Lead social media strategy and engagement across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube; manage calendar, publishing, housekeeping and audience engagement. 

• Stay abreast of developments in social media channels, trends and tools, and proactively explore new platforms and features for audience growth and engagement. 

• Produce clear social media performance reports with actionable insights. 

• Build and optimise paid social campaigns for awareness, acquisition and income. 

• Create digital assets: infographics, graphics, and short-form video (Reels/Shorts). 

• Source, shape and publish supporter stories and web news items. 

• Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all outputs; support brand sign-off and content request workflows. 

• Identify, test, and fully implement new digital and community fundraising opportunities; lead discovery and delivery for audience targeted products (e.g., motorsport fundraising).

Essential criteria 

• At least a year’s proven experience in a relevant role within a charity setting. 

• In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and campaigns, including planning, processes and scheduling tools (e.g., content calendars, workflow management, and best practice for engagement). 

• Experience creating and managing paid ad campaigns on social media (e.g., Meta Ads Manager; audience targeting, creative testing, optimisation, reporting). 

• Proficiency in creating digital content, including video and image editing (e.g., Canva, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro). 

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across messaging, grammar, punctuation,tone and style. 

• Understanding of supporter/donor care. 

• High motivation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects confidently and keep momentum. 

• Able to attend the London office one day per week (can be more if preferred) and to attend key events throughout the year.

The Senior Evidence & Evaluation Manager sits within the Impact & Evidence directorate at the heart of Youth Futures Foundation.

You will play a central role in building the evidence base on what works to support young people into good jobs.

Working with three Heads of Evaluation, the Deputy Director and the Director, you will help ensure our evaluations are designed to generate credible evidence of what works.

• You will work closely with independent evaluators and delivery partners and colleagues in our Programmes & Grants and Policy & Communications directorates, you will assess the evaluability of interventions, and lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex impact evaluations.
• You will manage a portfolio of projects, leading some directly, and overseeing others while supporting more junior colleagues.

About the Role
Fundraising and philanthropic advocacy are at the heart of GiveOut’s work. As Philanthropy Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Philanthropy team, supporting our philanthropy programme and working closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Senior Philanthropy Officers.

You will have responsibilities in three main areas: helping with internal programme coordination, supporting colleagues on key donor relationships and fundraising, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Programme & Team Coordination

  • Manage calendars, schedule internal meetings, help bring together agendas, book meeting rooms, and take minutes where required

  • Help maintain internal documents & systems such as fundraising pipeline, internal reporting and project management tools.

  • Maintain database to ensure accurate donor information in GiveOut’s CRM 

  • Coordinate monthly finance reconciliation tasks for Philanthropy Team

  • Work with colleagues on shared processes, including finance and reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Impact and Evaluation Manager is accountable for:

Strategy and Theory of Change

• Working closely with the CEO to lead Bite Back’s organisational impact strategy, including refining and maintaining our theory of change.

• Translating our theory of change into clear outcomes, indicators and learning questions that guide programme design, campaigns and organisational priorities.

• Designing and overseeing Bite Back’s impact measurement framework.

Data Systems and Standards

• Leading on the collection, analysis and reporting of both quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring that youth voice and lived experience shape Bite Back’s evaluation approaches.

• Supporting the development and monitoring of KPIs across the organisation, providing clear insights and recommendations to the Leadership Team.

Donor monitoring and evaluation

• Working with fundraising and programme teams to design robust monitoring, evaluation and learning plans for funding bids, including developing outcomes frameworks, indicators, and evaluation budgets that align with Bite Back’s broader organisational impact framework.

• Working closely with the Senior Grants and Fundraising Manager to ensure Bite Back meets its impact and reporting commitments to funders.

Building a Learning Culture

• Managing relationships with external evaluators, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

• Embedding equity, diversity and inclusion principles in Bite Back’s impact and evaluation work, ensuring methods are inclusive, accessible and reflective of the communities we work with.

We are working to provide refuge and freedom for survivors and fighting to see slavery in all its forms become a thing of the past. We operate ten safe houses and five outreach hubs, staffed round the clock by specialist staff, working with more than 600 men, women and dependent children each year.  We work to raise awareness in the UK and to provide preventive work in source countries. Our members are looking for an enthusiastic indovidual to join our Network Hope Activities team as staff cover for 9 months.

You will work under the direction of the Project Manager and alongside, tutors to deliver activities, support networks, health and wellbeing and training support to beneficiaries and to recruit, train and support a network of volunteers to facilitate the support groups. 

The role will involve collaboration with other local businesses and third sector organisations to deliver the activities. This Project’s aim is to support vulnerable disabled people (including those with learning disabilities, autism and those affected by mental health issues and their families) through consistent provision of health and wellbeing activities, pathways into employment training, sport and social activities, advice, signposting and peer support based both at our Resource Centre in W10 and out in the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
 
1. Supporting Tutors, volunteers, senior staff and beneficiaries 
 
Utilising EPM’s resources to lead in locally sourcing beneficiaries and volunteers from the local community. Liaise with the NHS and Social Services, partner providers and schools, colleges, community centres, voluntary organisations and referral agencies. 

· Facilitate and support local support groups, 

· Plan, arrange and run a variety of activities and training programmes. 

· Recruit and support a network of volunteers to co-facilitate support groups and activities 

· Under the direction of The Project Manager conduct home visits to assess the needs of the families and inform them of support available through Network Hope. 

· Arrange the selection and delivery of healthy food and drinks and running the catering and gardening training groups. 

· Work with sports and fitness tutors to ensure all equipment used in sports/fitness sessions are secure and meet health and safety standards. 

· Coordinate and oversee respite and peer group support to the families. 

· Develop, monitor, update and review individual action plans for all beneficiaries. 

· Conduct evaluation reports (including case studies) and work with senior management to collate the information. 

· Assist senior management in leading  advisory group meetings and lead/facilitate local support group meetings.

The Sick Children’s Trust is the charity that gives families with a seriously ill child in hospital a comfortable place to stay and a friendly ear to listen in one of our ten ‘Homes from Home’. We are looking for a House Manager who is hardworking and has excellent people skills to manage our ‘Homes from Home’  Stevenson House supporting families at The Royal London Hospital. 

You will be responsible for managing the house including working with the hospital to admit and welcome families, property maintenance, daily administration and compliance such as health and safety, and will be hands on with light domestic duties to prepare rooms for families and ensure the house is maintained to a high standard.

We have seen significant growth in the number and usage of our helplines and now seek to recruit a second Helplines Operations Manager to ensure we have a management structure capable of coping with further growth.

As one of two Helplines Operations Managers, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ISWAN’s helplines to ensure our services provide accurate information, appropriate advice, and comprehensive support to seafarers and their families.  

You will manage the development of Salesforce and be familiar with Salesforce reporting, particularly using advanced tools like Power BI and Tableau. You will be confident liaising with our IT support service on system issues and developments. 

We have no preconceptions about where the successful applicant will come from but you will bring experience of managing multi-channelled contact centre operations and best practice as well as delivering user and client service improvements.

You will need to be capable of working effectively within a complex international context and have sound experience of service development. Programme Manager (Part-time, 4 days/week — 12-month contract)

Salary: £35,490–£38,220 FTE (pro rata) + 3% pension

The Southeast and East Asian Centre (SEEAC) is a community-led CIC supporting East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) migrants and refugees in the UK. We work to build an equitable society where ESEA communities thrive.

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead our programme team, deliver high-impact community services and advocacy projects, and strengthen partnerships across the sector. This role is central to coordinating multiple projects, managing staff, developing proposals, overseeing budgets, ensuring monitoring and evaluation, and representing SEEAC publicly with partners, media and stakeholders. The post works closely with the Executive Director and Partnership Development Manager, including on fundraising.

About you:
You bring 5+ years’ experience leading programme design, delivery, monitoring and reporting plus people management experience and strong communication, organisational and financial skills. You are confident engaging with diverse communities, funders and public audiences, and committed to safeguarding and data protection. Knowledge of issues affecting migrants and refugees (e.g., employment rights, discrimination, health inequality) and strong writing skills are essential. Experience with ESEA communities or other minoritised groups is highly desirable, as is lived experience of migration-related issues.

St Peter’s Hospice is seeking a passionate and dynamic Hospice Neighbour Engagement Manager to lead a community-based project that brings vital social and practical support to patients in their own homes.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference by building and nurturing a network of volunteers who provide companionship, reduce isolation, and help patients maintain independence and dignity.

You’ll be at the heart of developing and growing the Hospice Neighbours project, ensuring it meets the needs of patients, carers, and volunteers while championing our values of Excellence, Compassion, Respect, Passion, and Collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop: Shape and deliver a safe, effective, and sustainable service aligned with hospice values.
• Volunteer Engagement: Recruit, train, and support volunteers, fostering a strong and motivated community.
• Patient & Carer Support: Assess needs, match patients with volunteers, and ensure sensitive communication.
• Partnership Building: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
• Safeguarding & Compliance: Ensure best practice in risk management, safeguarding, and data protection.
• Champion the Project: Act as an ambassador for St Peter’s Hospice, raising the profile of Hospice Neighbours.
