CDS UK (the Clinic for Dissociative Studies) is a psychotherapy service, established 25 years ago to provide assessment and long-term specialist outpatient treatment to people with dissociative disorders. Its patients have often suffered the most extreme forms of abuse over a long period, and represent one of the most vulnerable and complex client groups. CDS UK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and an Independent Provider to the NHS, and is subcontracted by NHS commissioning organisations nationally on a discretionary perpatient basis, where local mental health services are unable to provide appropriate treatment. CDS UK has a small core team of employees, mainly based around London, and a larger group of associate therapists, support workers and supervisors working throughout England and in Scotland. The organisation has seen steady growth in referrals over the past few years.
Job Summary
One of the key elements of the role will be to manage a caseload of referrals from receipt of referral through to submission of funding application and referral outcome. The postholder will be one of two people within CDS UK’s core team with responsibility for this.
There will also be an allocations management function, involving matching new (and/or existing) patients with suitable clinical staff, usually from within CDS UK’s group of associates, but sometimes via the recruitment of new practitioners.
The role will include a range of other tasks key to the successful functioning and development of CDS UK. Amongst these are maintaining a log of, and costing where appropriate, allpotential service developments (from requests for training to submissions to funders), developing reporting from basic information systems, checking and sending of patient progress reports and monitoring of patient funding. They also include developing our outgoing communications – such as via our website – and helping to explore opportunities for developing our charitable arm.
As part of our small Business and Administrative Team, the role will encompass some ad hoc administrative tasks, and may require delegation of some tasks and/or some line management duties as required.
The post-holder will work on their own initiative and independently deal with issues of workload and problem-solving, becoming a specialist in their areas of work within an agreed period, supported with appropriate training if required. This will include responsibility for analysing, interpreting and comparing a range of complex material, proactively reporting on key metrics, and helping to develop systems and procedures to serve the aims of the organisation.

About the Role
As Senior Stewardship and Events Manager, you will be leading on the creation of ambitious funding propositions which will be attractive to high value donors and funders, working with key stakeholders from across the organisation to fully understand our existing services and transformational projects; translating complex information into compelling cases for support to be used by our High Value Partnerships team in funding applications, pitches and proposals. The person
You will have Trust fundraising experience with excellent research and writing skills with ability to identify new Trusts to apply to, prepare accurate and compelling donor reports and case studies and be confident in approaching donors and promoting the work of Whizz-Kidz. You will have strong donor stewardship skills with ability to tailor approaches to the needs of the donor. You will need to be a fundraiser with experience and have a track record of securing and account managing six-figure donations from trust and statutory bodies. In return, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills around all areas of high-value fundraising, in a supportive team that values personal development.
We are a friendly, successful team that are looking for a passionate individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and who has great attention to detail and organisation. You will need to work well in a team and be able to manage your time effectively in order to meet tight deadlines.
This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role is based in our Head Office in London (Shoreditch) with the opportunity to work from home three or four days per week.

We are looking for a High Value Trusts Executive to join a supportive, collaborative team for a well known national health charity, to secure income from charitable trusts, foundations and other grant givers.
This is a hybrid role with one day a week in the London office.

The Role
Cultivate and apply to grant givers with the propensity to give gifts of up to 10k per annum.
Deliver excellent stewardship and customer care to our trust donors.
Identify and research new trust supporters.
Be responsible for own personal cohort of trust supporters, ensuring they are applied to, updated and thanked in line with service standards.
The Candidate
Experience of working in a fundraising environment with some experience of fundraising from grant-giving trusts.
IT literate, including the ability to use Microsoft office.
Experience of working with customer databases and inputting data accurately.
