The Follicular Lymphoma Foundation (FLF) seeks a Philanthropy Lead to play a critical role in accelerating a cure for Follicular Lymphoma by unlocking transformational philanthropic giving in the UK and Europe.

About the role

Fundraising is at the core of enabling our mission, and the Philanthropy Lead will be central to our success by dramatically transforming philanthropy giving in the UK and Europe.

You’ll hold a personal portfolio of prospects and donors and will be directly accountable for securing major gifts. Success will come from building long-term partnerships with philanthropists, inspiring them with the urgency of FLF’s mission, and providing them with vehicles through which their giving can have a transformational impact.

You’ll lead, design and deliver bespoke cultivation and stewardship journeys that engage donors not only with the science, but also with the patients and the system change their gifts make possible, making every donor feel they are a partner in FLF’s mission.

You will leverage the networks, expertise and visibility of FLF’s leadership, scientists and communications team, aligning philanthropy with FLF’s bold plays and patient impact story, ensuring every opportunity is maximised.

Responsibilities

The employee will provide day-to-day support to the Ambassadors team. In this role, Ambassador Community Coordinator  will:

• Participate in the implementation of a “white glove” strategy aimed at retaining and engaging a broad and sustainable base of VVIP contacts while strengthening their sense of belonging to the Ambassadors community.
• Support the team in organising and coordinating a calendar of events, particularly Ambassador events taking place in Paris, London, Brussels (and sometimes New York).
• Produce communication and engagement materials to animate the community on various platforms and to promote its actions externally.
• Be responsible for researching and monitoring news about the community.
• Contribute to the identification and integration of new Ambassadors (recruitment, onboarding, etc.).
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the database.

Skills and qualifications required for this position:

• All candidates must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
• Required experience: minimum 4 years of professional experience in fields relevant to the position, for example: network and community management, customer engagement, exclusive events, etc.

Contract Details

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of Sporting Assets, advancing our mission to help create healthy, resilient communities with sport and physical activity at their core.

As a Senior Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a range of projects within the Advisory team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of Advisory, you will be responsible for:

• Project Leadership and Delivery. Leading and managing advisory projects from inception to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Strategic and Operational Client Support. Providing client-facing support across business planning, financial sustainability, governance, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement.

• Deep understanding of how the community and social enterprise sector, ideally through sport, can contribute to wider social outcomes, including health, wellbeing, regeneration, inclusion, and community resilience.
• Experience in financial modelling, business planning and investment readiness support with a clear understanding of the key drivers of profitability and sustainable growth.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage credibly with a diverse range of people and organisations including marginalised communities and senior leaders from public, commercial and community organisations.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent empathy and active listening skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven business coaching and mentoring skills supporting individuals and community organisations.

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of the legal and governance structures available to community based and socially driven organisations ideally including those operating in sport and physical activity.
• Working knowledge of community and social investment plus funding landscapes.
• Operational experience of community organisations and social enterprises, ideally in sport.
• Understanding of social impact measurement and reporting, including methods such as SROI, outcomes frameworks, theory of change and Power BI.

Role Overview

This senior, hands-on role will lead our corporate fundraising, winning, growing, and stewarding strategic partnerships that deliver both income and impact. You’ll shape a clear offer for businesses (from White City Innovation District players to household names), design engaging staff experiences, and tell the story of one partnership → borough-wide impact. You’ll work closely with the CEO, trustees and colleagues in Partnerships/Grants, Impact and Comms. You’ll also have delivery resources to succeed: access to consultancy for prospect research, bid support, creative, etc., and a campaign/event budget.

Targets & Trajectory (guiding KPIs):

• Income: £75k–£125k secured within 18 months; £150k–£200k by end of year two.

• Portfolio: 15+ active corporate relationships; 95% retention.

• Pipeline: Balanced mix of local (e.g., White City Innovation District) and London-wide corporates. 

• Engagement: Deliver 1–2 cultivation events/year with team and trustee involvement.

 Key Responsibilities

1) New Business & Pipeline

• Build and manage a tiered prospect pipeline (e.g., Disney, Imperial College London, L’Oréal; innovation district and borough anchor institutions).

• Lead outreach, discovery, and tailored proposals for £10k–£50k+ partnerships (CIC/CSR/ESG, sponsorship, skills/volunteering, payroll giving, in-kind, cause-related marketing).

• Co-create compelling value propositions and packages (local stories + measurable outcomes + staff engagement).

• Use the consultancy budget strategically (e.g., research, copy/design, senior introductions) to accelerate conversion. 

2) Account Management & Stewardship

• Provide excellent partner experience and stewardship plans; agree on KPIs/MOUs and deliverables; renew and grow multi-year partnerships.

• Design staff engagement that goes beyond volunteering: insight sessions, youth-led events, site visits, mentoring, pro-bono sprints.

The Role and Responsibilities

Blue Marine has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this newly created role, you will be the key link between the finance team and the wider organisation. You'll lead on our restricted fund budgets, working closely with project managers and department heads to ensure their accuracy, evaluate and communicate their performance and lead on the designing and structuring of new proposals. This role is extremely outwardly facing and requires somebody that thrives on working with others. You will work alongside another Senior Project Accountant who focuses on the key strategic grants within the organisation, and you will have one direct report.

Supporting the Director of Finance, Operations & Governance (DFOG), you will:

· Be the key link between Finance and the wider organisation, providing high-quality analysis and clear communication  through reporting and everyday interactions.

· Design, build and maintain budgets for cutting edge dynamic global projects.

· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Blue Marine’s wider teams, regularly meeting with around project managers to review budgets. 

· Work closely with our project partners around the world, supporting them with budgeting, analysis and financial reporting. This may result in opportunities for international travel.

· Identify and flag potential queries (such as expected under/overspend, run rate, incorrect staff time allocations) to relevant colleagues.

· Line manage one direct report.

· Generate new ideas for process and efficiency improvements.

· Work closely with the fundraising team, providing their financial reporting to our donors and generating budgets for new proposals.

· Interpret and provide insightful analysis to enable effective decision-making processes across the senior management team.

· Maintain appropriate filing and assist in collation of evidence for annual audit.

· Tackle any other reasonable requests as required by the DFOG and wider organisation.

· Assist project managers with ad-hoc budget queries.

St Augustine’s College of Theology is seeking an experienced Fundraiser to help sustain and grow our mission. This part-time role (2 days per week) is ideal for someone interested in theological education and keen to develop fundraising strategies that support our students, our educational programs, and the college’s contribution to the Church of England.

About the Role

You will take responsibility for developing and leading fundraising initiatives, including encouraging alumni giving, cultivating relationships with major donors, researching grant-making bodies, and managing funding applications. Working closely with our leadership team, you will play a key role in securing financial support for scholarships, faculty development, new program initiatives, and other college projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to increase income from trusts, foundations, and individual donors.
• Research and write compelling grant applications.
• Oversee regular communication with current and potential donors, including our alumni society, the ‘Friends of St Augustine's.’
