THE ROLE
This Marketing and Communications Executive role is pivotal in inspiring our supporters to further engage with our cause. The role will also involve monitoring and evaluating the results of communications, identifying where insight and learning offers improvement. The role would suit someone who has been a marketing executive, marketing coordinator and has experience of fundraising.
The Marketing & Communications Executive works closely with a number of stakeholders and the Marketing & Communications Manager and Marketing and Communications Senior Executive, to ensure our marketing and communication activities are developed and implemented in line with the agreed plan.
Alongside this you’ll also be working with colleagues and partners in our Conservation, Outcomes and Evidence team on delivering key marketing campaigns, partnerships, research grants, and policy and position statements. A key area of the Woodland Trust that produces varied, technical resources and information to support our conservation aims and ambitions.
This role is 30 hours per week. Pro rata salary band will equate to £16,640 - £17, 472 per annum.
This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible, and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.

The Community Inclusion Lead will have responsibility to develop and deliver the strategic direction of both the Community Inclusion and Education departments at Sale Sharks Foundation. This will include developing project/programs around disability and social inclusion, health and wellbeing and managing the Foundations Education department which focus’ on alternative provision and our Hitz program for 16–19-year-olds.
The role will have a focus on developing a range of provision across both Community Inclusion and Education. Priorities for this role will include securing funding, developing key internal and external relationships with partners, managing a diverse team of staff and monitoring and reporting on project/delivery impact. You will also be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team at Sale Sharks Foundation, reporting directly to the CEO and working with the rest of the SLT team to set the strategic direction of the department and wider foundation.

Development
- Design, develop and lead on the development of new programmes and initiatives linked to Community Inclusion and Education.
- Work with department managers to ensure health and safety and programme procedures are in place across all Sale Sharks Foundation activities.
- Be one of the key points of contact and work closely with the Foundation’s funding consultant in identifying and writing bid applications.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of all Community Inclusion and Education programmes, ensuring staffing and resources are effectively managed.
- Working closely with the Safeguarding lead, to support the wider department with any safeguarding concerns, make sure to follow Sale Sharks Foundation protocols.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the CEO.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Keep clear, accurate records and data collection linked to all grants and commercial funding streams.
- Responsible for tracking and delivering against agreed KPI’s associated with grant funding.
- Design, deliver and ensure monitoring and evaluative feedback systems are in place for all programmes.
- Produce reports, analyse and present findings to grant and funding partners.
- Ensure that quality assurance of Sale Sharks Foundation Community Inclusion and Education activities, working with colleagues to ensure all materials are relevant and up to date.
- Support the creation of media information and case studies/good news stories to measure the impact of events and activities for the Foundation and relevant partners.
It is expected that the role may include working some evenings and weekends including match days. This will always be agreed in advance with time off in lieu offered.

Encompass is a local charity based in and covering North Northamptonshire. The charity supports those facing poverty, homelessness and addiction, through the delivery of multiple services including two homeless accommodations, a rehab and aftercare, multiple foodbanks and a soon to be opened day centre.
With around 30 staff and nearly 100 volunteers across all the projects, this role is responsible for leading the people to deliver compassionate, responsive and impactful services. Encompass has grown significantly in the last five years. We began as a Christian organisation, we retain the ethos and embrace all faiths or none. The next few years are about achieving our priorities according to our strategic plan including another rehab and the opening of our Day Centre. Father Hudson’s Care (FHC) is the social care agency of the Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham. We require an experienced senior manager to lead our Community Projects Department. Job Responsibilities
The General Manager is integral to the management of Deptford X and the delivery and development of its ambitious programmes. We are looking for a Night Worker (internally referred to as a Building Supervisor), to join our fantastic Hereford Adult Accommodation Based Service, which offers shelter and support for vulnerable adults aged 18 and above who face homelessness.
We are looking for someone to work Full-time (Average 39.375 hours per week) on a rota basis 12.25 hour shifts 8pm-8:15am
We would also consider people to join our Bank team which is £12 per hour, plus holiday pay accrual and paid training, working shifts as and when they are available on a zero hour basis.

- Your primary focus will be ensuring the safety and security of our residents. This involves effective communication with support staff for seamless shift handovers.
- Your duties will encompass various responsibilities, from monitoring site activity and maintaining cleanliness to undertaking minor maintenance tasks and providing companionship to residents in need of support.
- Regular health and safety checks are a crucial part of the role.
- Displaying empathy and maintaining professional boundaries with our residents are non-negotiable qualities.
- You'll be an integral part of a close-knit team comprising Night Building Supervisors, Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, and a Project Manager.
- While prior experience in interacting with diverse communities is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite as comprehensive training will be provided.
