We are starting up the Blossoming Tree, a compassionate not-for-profit hub dedicated to providing youth counselling, advice, and support services, and we're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated volunteer who can join us in the voluntary role of Admin Assistant.

The volunteer administration support role is one of the broadest ranging opportunities we have on offer; being a blend of many working practices, from general administration to assisting with recruitment. Hidden Hero Breaks Administrator

Room to Reward is a unique charity created to give something back and say ‘thank you’ to those who do so much, for so many. Our partner hotels donate their anticipated unsold rooms to the scheme, our charity partners nominate their Hidden Heroes for a break, we make it happen!
We are looking for a volunteer to help make sure as many nominated volunteers as possible get booked in and enjoy a memorable break. The main elements of the role are:
• Contacting charity partners who nominated volunteers some time ago who are yet to submit a booking request.
• Sourcing potential local hotels – from our extensive list of partners – and dates to offer to the volunteer.
• Liaising with both the hotel and the volunteer to find suitable dates and get their break booked in.
• Post break follow up with volunteer for feedback, pictures etc.

As a Volunteer Events Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission by supporting in-person Teashop sessions. Each session brings together groups of up to 15 adults experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health symptoms, providing them with an enjoyable activity and an opportunity for connection in a supportive environment. We’ve offered dog therapy, art-making, yoga, and wellness discussions in the past.
Responsibilities:
- Create Eventbrite/Facebook/Instagram ads to draw new participants to future sessions.
- Assist with the setup and logistics of sessions for The Teashop service
- Travel to and support Teashop sessions by helping with materials, taking photos, and managing sign-in procedures, typically two sessions per month during weekends.
- Create engaging social media content to promote The Teashop sessions and build community awareness.
- If required, provide mental health first aid support by signposting and offering assistance to attendees in need.
- Collect feedback at the end of each session and input it into Excel spreadsheets.

- Completed A-levels or equivalent
- Must possess a valid DBS check or be willing to have it done

The Operations Assistant supports the Chair with all administration to enable Hidayah to function smoothly. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

- Aim to attend all relevant meetings, delivering a comprehensive report with updates and to complete actions as and when they appear
- Aim to attend all other planning meetings as necessary
- Attend Hidayah events (where geographically possible)
- Help to fundraise for, and advertise, any Hidayah events and fundraising drives
- Add to and maintain the administration of our file sharing system ‘Google Drive’ to ensure it’s up to date with clear records, templates and forms
- Check and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Contribute to the communications group (via Discord) and stay up to date with Hidayah developments
- Provide information, statements and data for the annual report
- Keep up to date with Hidayah communication and organisational developments
This role is subject to a 6 months probationary period with a 2 month notice period should you wish to resign.

Europia is a community development organisation established in 2008. Our friendly multi-lingual team are committed to supporting and empowering Eastern European nationals in Greater Manchester. We also work with regional and national partners and in doing this, we have national recognition.
Europia is seeking a dedicated volunteer to provide support to the CEO in administrative duties, calendar management and strategic policy implementation.
Role Overview: As a Volunteer Executive Assistant with a focus on CEO Calendar Management at Europia, you will take on a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by efficiently managing their calendar and ensuring smooth coordination of their daily schedule. Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Take ownership of the CEO's Google Calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events in a manner that optimizes their time and aligns with their priorities.

Prioritization: Assist the CEO in prioritizing meetings and commitments, considering their strategic objectives and time constraints.

Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and confirm availability, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

Time Management: Proactively manage the CEO's time by identifying conflicts, suggesting alternatives, and making adjustments as needed to accommodate urgent matters and optimize efficiency.

Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with the CEO regarding their schedule, upcoming commitments, and any changes or updates.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions, adhering to Europia's policies and procedures.

Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support to the CEO as required, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and conducting research.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Calendar or similar calendar management tools.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in calendar management or executive support roles is preferred but not required.
