Mondo Foundation partners with grassroots leaders in Nepal, North East India and East Africa to deliver community‑led education and livelihoods programmes. We work through established Country Teams who know their communities best and we have been funding these projects since 2004.

We are small, lean, and values‑driven. Our current UK operation includes a part‑time Bid Writer, Volunteer Coordinator and Marketer. We have an active Trustee Board who provide support and governance – but the CEO owns and delivers the strategy. 

The role

We are looking for a CEO who will own the strategy, lead the team, and drive growth – not just manage programmes. You will be responsible for:

• Strategy delivery – owning the 3‑year plan, setting direction, and adapting as opportunities arise
• Country Team relationships – weekly check‑ins with Country Managers, identifying needs for current and new projects, and opportunistically exploring new countries
• Financial management – managing the budget, processing payments (UK and FX), and overseeing Xero
• Marketing strategy – utilising social media and website to drive increased followership to the Foundation to drive new donor and volunteer growth
• Bids and fundraising strategy – owning the bid pipeline, working with the Bid Writer, and driving income raised to meet agreed financial year budget
• Volunteer strategy – owning and driving the volunteer programme (recruitment, placement, impact)
• Line management – leading the part‑time UK team (Bid Writer, Volunteer Coordinator, Marketer

What we are looking for

Essential:

• Experience leading a small charity or non‑profit (or a senior role with full P&L responsibility)
• Experience managing remote international teams
• Financial management skills – you are comfortable with Xero, budgeting, and payment processing
• Ability to own and deliver strategy

Support Coordinator

Position: S11373 Stroke Association Support Coordinator

Location: Home base, Bedfordshire, however frequent travel will be required as part of this role (to include community visits, team meetings, and other work-related meetings).

Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week

Salary: £22,600 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum)

The Role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach in the East of England, you will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Supporting newly diagnosed stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.

· Supporting a diverse caseload including anyone experiencing communication or cognitive difficulties

· Providing support via a combination of face-to-face visits, telephone calls, emails or letters, and digital methods (such as video calls).

· Using a person-centred and person first approach to provide specific, tailored information, advice, and support to stroke survivors and stroke carers.

· Empowering stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to live life well after stroke.

· Working with other health and social care professionals across the stroke pathway to ensure high quality support.

About You

You will have experience in:

· Working with people within a caring profession or other caring capacity.

· Maintaining accurate records using IT skills and database systems.

· Effective caseload management and using a flexible working approach.

· Using excellent interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of people.

This role requires extensive travel across the local service area to visit people at home and in community settings and also travel further afield for team and Locality meetings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

FTWW is looking for a Communications Coordinator! The successful candidate will develop and grow the organisation’s online platform, including sharing information, resources and signposting within FTWW’s pan-Wales virtual peer support community and beyond.

The role is full-time (0.8 FTE considered for the right candidate), home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage. We work flexibly, but core working hours are between 10am-4pm, and the successful candidate will be expected to work some evening and weekends, as required.

We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in promoting a focus group to our members one day and meeting with a journalist the next. We are looking for a Mission Enabler to offer direction and energy to the ministry of Scripture Union with a focus on initiating and maintaining missional opportunities in South Wales. You will be an enthusiastic candidate who will be able to recruit, train, coach and support many Volunteers and Faith Guides working together with them. You will also lead by example, through the modelling of excellent mission delivery to children and young people consistent with Scripture Union’s mission in supporting the pioneering of new mission.

· Have considerable insight into ministry with children and young people, be a passionate advocate, an excellent practitioner, and a capable communicator.

· Be able to communicate effectively and speak the Welsh language (would be desirable).

We’re looking for a collaborative and proactive Community Influencer to join our Wales team.​

This role will be key to helping Samaritans strengthen our presence and impact across Wales. You’ll develop and deliver a plan to increase Samaritans’ local profile, connection and influence.​

In this role you’ll building meaningful relationships with communities, partners and decision-makers to support suicide prevention. You’ll also work closely with staff and volunteers to deliver our community influencing work, helping us better reach and support people at risk, particularly those who are underrepresented or experiencing disadvantage.​

About Action Tutoring
At Action Tutoring, we believe every child should be given the opportunity to succeed in school. But in the UK today, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are less likely to 

achieve the grades they need to progress in life. This isn't because they are any less able; they have less access to the tools to help them reach their potential. 

We don't think this is fair. We know tutoring is an effective way of improving academic attainment and so we harness the power of volunteer tutors to bridge the gap and ensure this help can be accessed by every pupil who needs it, not just those who can afford it. 

We specifically help pupils facing socio-economic disadvantage and who are at risk of leaving primary or secondary school without reaching national standards in their exams. We work in partnership with schools in different cities and regions across the UK, delivering weekly tutoring in English or maths to those pupils who need it most. 

About the opportunity

We are looking for a strong candidate with formal teaching qualifications and experience teaching core National Curriculum subjects to join our established Impact and Quality department as Curriculum and Quality Manager. This role has oversight for ensuring the creation and delivery of high-quality, tailored tutoring resources for pupils and tutors, and managing the quality assurance processes within our organisation. This role includes line managing a team composed of two Curriculum Leads. You will also work closely with colleagues in the Marketing and Communications Department to provide matrix project leadership for the delivery of Initial Tutor Training. 

To achieve this, we are looking for a candidate with experience teaching either English or maths (or equivalent) with a willingness to quickly understand the curriculum requirements in the other subject. You will have a strong understanding of how to set the standard for excellent tutor training and tutor quality assurance, using your educational expertise to shape effective training and quality assurance frameworks that enable tutors of varying experience levels to flourish. The position would suit someone who loves working in education, values pedagogical best practice, and thrives when balancing creative curriculum and quality development with operational realities.

Main responsibilities

• Project Management: Project manage the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutor and pupil resources to a high standard and in line with agreed budgets, ensuring that they are relevant to the curriculum, engaging to use and allow for progress to be monitored. Work with the Head of Impact & Quality to set assessment questions to measure pupil progress.
• Quality Assurance & Insights: Manage the spot check process. Carry out detailed observations of online tutoring sessions, producing feedback to individuals flagged for observation by the programme team. Set annual Key Performance Indicators and produce termly insights into quality assurance, tracking impact over time. Produce an annual quality assurance report. 
• People & Matrix Management: Line manage the Curriculum Leads for English and maths, managing their work flow and projects goals. Provide matrix project leadership to Tutor Journey Coordinators for the delivery of Initial Tutor Training. 
• Training & support: Lead the annual review of Tutor Training updates, coordinating changes and/or commissioning new modules as required for quality and those proposed by the safeguarding and Tutor Journey teams. 

Essential Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone who is/has:

• Educated to degree level with formal teaching qualifications and experience teaching core national curriculum subjects.
• Strong subject knowledge in either English or maths; with a proven willingness and ability to quickly grasp the curriculum and exam specification requirements of the other subject.
• Right to work in the UK.

You will likely be more successful in this role if you:

• Are able to work independently and use initiative in a range of situations; confident to suggest and implement changes to drive improvements.
• Have effective time management skills and are comfortable working autonomously.
• Have strong project management skills; able to see through longer term projects to completion to meet deadlines; able to work under pressure to ensure targets are met.

• Are computer literate, competent using Google, Microsoft, and Canva.
