Support Coordinator
We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Services based in the Cornwall area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide Key Worker support following a stroke.

Position: S11121 Stroke Association Support Coordinator (two posts)
Location: Home-based, Cornwall however, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Full and part-time (1 x 35 hours per week post and 1 x 32 hours per week post)
Salary: Circa £26,700 per annum for full time hours, pro rata for part time hours
Contract: This is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2026. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.

The Role

About You
The Stroke Association Support Coordinator will:

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering an innovative new digital marketing approach, through the innovation, creation and delivery of projects and activities which increase leads, donations and engagement for Overcoming MS charity.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will work across several areas, including:
1. Conversion optimisation
· Increasing our donations and data capture - to enable us to continue the dialogue and create donations from a greater percentage of those who visit our website, or interact with other digital channels.
· Working with our agency partner to optimise key landing pages and signposting for conversion.
2. User journey optimisation
· Helping people find the right content based on data optimisations so that more people find what they need and understand what else the charity could offer them. Using HotJar for insights.
· Automated email journeys - Building customer journeys to support the Program pillars to build deeper relationships with people in our community.
3. Increasing reach and traffic generation
· Testing different low-cost digital reach opportunities.
· Including paid social, referral activities, calls to action across our channels, YouTube SEO and SEM. Working with an agency to optimise journeys from Google Grant, leading to clearly articulated actions (eg donations, sign-ups, click-throughs).
4. Testing to improve results continually
· Email AB testing - Deliver AB testing to inform future email AB tests.
· Plan AB testing for email marketing projects, for the website, and other projects as needed to improve conversion rates.
5. Digital project management
· Testing new digital versions of courses and tools. Project management of website updates.
6. Campaign support
· Leading, innovating and supporting advocacy, communications and fundraising campaigns as needed to increase reach, engagement and conversions.
7. Gathering community feedback
· Continue the plan to access regular community feedback to influence Hub improvements and other digital channel improvements.
8. Supplier collaboration
· Working with our suppliers to optimise collaboration, reduce cost and increase impact.

World Jewish Relief has been successfully delivering our refugee employment programme, STEP, for over seven years. Research into this programme showed that women were dropping out more often than men, not moving through the programme as fast as men, and not getting the same level of job outcomes. About EFA
English for Action provides free, participatory, and empowering English language classes (ESOL) for migrants in London. Our classes are spaces to build community and support students to organise collectively around issues like employment and housing rights. Our work currently supports around 500 adult migrants across London. ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Since its establishment in 2006, ROLDA has become a beacon of hope for the millions of vulnerable stray animals in Romania – one of Europe's economically poorest nations. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. Since 2006, we have helped over 48,000 animals (primarily dogs and cats) and built two shelters for dogs and one for disabled and senior cats. We also distribute support, primarily through small grants, to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We rehome mainly in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. In addition to our efforts in rescuing and rehoming animals, ROLDA tackles the root cause of Romania's homeless animals through comprehensive neutering programmes and educational initiatives. Since 2006, we have successfully neutered nearly 20,000 cats and dogs, significantly impacting Romania's severe overpopulation of animals.
Job Overview:

We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator (Individual Giving) to join our small but dynamic Fundraising team.
The role requires excellent donor care and stewardship skills. All forms of communication will be required including the proactive use of digital channels such as the website and social media platforms.
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will play a vital role in increasing income from our existing supporters. You will support donor acquisition as well as taking the lead on retention of our supporters across multiple channels including cash appeals, regular giving, lottery and in celebration giving. The role will also support the Head of Income in the delivery of a legacy and major donor program.
You will develop and deliver excellent stewardship programmes that drive retention by deepening audience understanding of the challenges that people affected by cleft face and the impact that their donations make. Using data and insight, you’ll deliver compelling campaigns, with people affected by cleft right at the centre.
