About the role
You’ll be joining the partnerships team, which is a key role within the fundraising department and part of our wider Income Generation directorate. You will have a minimum of three years account management experience gained in charity corporate partnerships or a relevant account management role, as well as a proven track record of cultivating, securing and successfully managing corporate relationships. You are a natural strong communicator, with the ability to build effective and long-term relationships both internally and externally. You'll have proven experience of inspiring and motivating supporters and developing partners enabling them to maximise all income generating activities in the area and deliver impressive results. The Nordoff and Robbins partnerships portfolio is going from strength to strength, and we have created this new role to truly accelerate our partnerships offering and meet ambitious fundraising targets as part of our new 5-year strategy

- ensure this knowledge shapes EVAW’s campaigning and policy aims and centres EVAW's diverse coalition members in the work we do
- work with the chair of the EVAW Board membership sub-group to ensure effective quarterly meetings and support induction of new members to the sub-group

BeSpace is a small but growing Christian charity with a big vision to see a future where every child has the opportunity to access creative reflective spaces to develop personal tools to pray, reflect and grow spiritually throughout their lives, helping churches, schools and communities to flourish.

- Inspire and equip churches to run prayer and reflection spaces in schools
- Pilot school retreats and embed contemplative practices into school engagement

- Help position Oxfordshire as a model in developing contemplative retreats nationally.

Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust is looking for a Volunteering Development Manager - Hospice to play a key role in supporting the development of volunteering initiatives and projects across the three Acorns Hospices in Walsall, Worcester and Birmingham.
About the Role
Acorns Children's Hospice is a charity providing specialist palliative care and support for children and their families. Each year, we support over 750 children and nearly 1,000 families, including those who are bereaved. As Volunteering Development Manager - Hospice, you will:
- Maximise the profile of volunteering both internally and externally

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Project Manager - Mourne Park on a fixed term contract until December 2029 to lead the work on the development and delivery of The National Lottery Heritage Funded project at Mourne Park.
The Role:
• This is a key role in The National Lottery Heritage Funded project at Mourne Park. The Project Manager will be required to work on the development and delivery of visitor experience enhancement, countryside access and interpretation projects linked to conservation of Mourne Park’s natural and built heritage through woodland management, creation and restoration schemes.
• The role will be responsible for the project management and budget responsibility, ensuring all Heritage Fund and Woodland Trust reporting and recording systems are up to date, work programmes are delivered on time across the programme.
• You will direct the project team delivering all access projects, on site interpretation and in line with the Access & Interpretation Plans for the project.
• You are responsible for fostering good relations with partners, contractors, interested organisations and individuals, local people, visitors and the media. Identifying, reviewing and meeting with potential partners who could assist the project to meet its objectives and whose objectives could be assisted by the project.
• This role is homebased within Northern Ireland and will require the successful candidate to regularly travel to Mourne Park and around Northern Ireland as required (with reasonable paid travel expenses).

Volunteers are the backbone of our operation at FareShare South West (FSSW). We have over 350 volunteers from a myriad of backgrounds, who make up 90% of our team. The volunteers help with every aspect of the operation, from driving vans, picking orders, to administrative duties. Duties and Responsibilities
Volunteer Recruitment

Work with the Communications and Volunteering teams to actively promote the volunteer programme across Bristol

Work with the wider FSSW team to support and develop volunteering opportunities for corporate supporters and food partners; taking a lead in the delivery of corporate volunteering events

Use and improve on existing processes to manage recruitment from initial enquiry through to successful onboarding of prospective volunteers and partners

Work with Head of Employability & Volunteering and the wider team to ensure sufficient dependable volunteers to meet the operational needs, working to KPIs

Your role
Supervise the delivery of Eikon’s volunteer mentoring services to children and young people in allocated schools across Surrey. Supervise a team of Volunteer Mentors ensuring parity of our offer in Schools to Children and Young People. Ensuring the highest standards of case work, effective practice and safeguarding are maintained. Providing regular review and assessment of caseloads, with guidance on how to progress provided to the team of Volunteer Mentors.
Responsibilities
· Plan, resource and oversee the delivery of the volunteer mentoring programme, to ensure that the service is offered to young people at the right time and that young people are at the heart of the programme.
· Develop and maintain key relationships within schools in Surrey to deliver the volunteer mentoring programme.
· To identify trends and gaps in provision, then work with Service Delivery Manager on ways to improve our Volunteer Mentoring service
· Supervise a team of volunteer mentors in line with Eikon's policies
· Induct, train and develop volunteer mentors, ensuring a high-quality service with safe and effective practice is delivered in accordance with all other best practice guidelines
· Work in collaboration with the Designated Safeguarding Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure all volunteers are competent to supervise safeguarding issues
· Support volunteer mentors with all safeguarding issues and liaise with the Designated Safeguarding Manager and Service Delivery Manager where appropriate.
· Understand and act when safeguarding issues need to be escalated, always following safeguarding and child protection procedures
· Support volunteer mentors to ensure accurate recording of all individual engagements, ensuring supervisory review of notes, follow up action where appropriate and feedback provided as necessary
· Support volunteer mentors in ensuring outcomes and impact are agreed, reviewed and recorded for mentees using the Eikon Impact Measurement tool
