Role Summary.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email Marketing Officer to support the planning and delivery of email campaigns that engage and inspire our audience. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and optimising emails to strengthen communication with students, parents, and supporters. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the email marketing efforts of a growing international education platform.
Key tasks

Design, build, and schedule email campaigns using email marketing tools.

Manage audience segmentation and ensure email lists are accurate and up to date.

Collaborate with copywriters and designers to deliver engaging, on-brand email content.

Conduct A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance.

Monitor and report on email campaign performance, suggesting improvements.

Ensure all email content complies with data protection and GDPR guidelines.
What we’re looking for

Passion for Islamic education and the development of young Muslims.

Some experience or training in email marketing platforms (such as Mailerlite or similar).

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Good understanding of email marketing best practices (design, copy, segmentation, scheduling).

Children Not Numbers are seeking a volunteer Content Creator (Graphic & Video), working remotely, to start ASAP.
Children Not Numbers (CNN) is a UK-based medico-legal NGO whose mission is to provide immediate support and long-term rehabilitation for children in Gaza - ensuring access to the medical care, education, and advocacy they deserve. From facilitating urgent short-term medical evacuations to providing necessary medical aid and long-term rehabilitation services, our team are dedicated to the wellbeing and empowerment of affected children. Through advocacy and education, the we strive to mobilise resources and drive policy changes for the betterment of children’s lives.
We are looking for a creative, experienced and passionate volunteer Content Creator to help bring our mission to life through impactful visual storytelling. You will work closely with CNN's Communications Manager and other members of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills in design and multimedia to make a real difference – supporting awareness campaigns, advocacy efforts, educational outreach and fundraising initiatives.
As volunteer Content Creator, your work might include:

Our charity is small but mighty! Since our inception in 2009 we have helped over 50,000 animals through our projects and support programmes across the globe. From managing humane dog and cat population projects to reduce the number of puppies and kittens born to suffer on the streets, to providing aid to companion animals, working donkeys, and endangered wildlife - our work is vast. And we're not slowing down any time soon.
As a small charity we can’t do what we do without the support of volunteers and fundraisers. That’s where you come in.
THE ROLE
Walk for Paws is an exciting fundraising initiative that empowers supporters to organise sponsored dog walks to raise vital funds for dogs and cats in need. This summer, we’re scaling it up to support our huge upcoming animal welfare project. We urgently need to raise money to help dogs and cats living in terrible conditions in an animal centre in Borneo - but we need your help to make it a success.
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Volunteer Walk for Paws Co-ordinator to help grow this campaign over a 4-month period. You’ll play a key role in growing, inspiring and supporting our community of Pack Leaders - the people who run Walk for Paws events in their local area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community fundraising and supporter engagement, while directly contributing to improving the lives of animals in need.
The Volunteer Walk for Paws Co-ordinator will:

Help grow our Walk for Paws programme by identifying and reaching out to potential supporters, such as dog walking groups, community organisations, and local businesses

Onboard new Pack Leaders, supporting them to set up and promote their Walk for Paws fundraising events
-
Maintain regular, friendly communication with Pack Leaders, answering questions and helping them feel confident and supported
-
Come up with creative ideas and mini campaigns to encourage more people to take part in Walk for Paws
-
Track fundraising activity and work closely with IAPWA’s team to support Pack Leaders with resources and recognition
-
Be an ambassador for IAPWA and the Walk for Paws initiative, helping raise awareness and support for our cause
The ideal person will be:

A friendly, enthusiastic communicator who enjoys engaging with people and building relationships

A self-starter who is happy working independently and bringing their own ideas to the table

Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail and follow-up

Passionate about animal welfare and making a difference

Experience in fundraising, supporter care, or community outreach (even in a voluntary or informal setting) is helpful but not essential

Our charity shops raise vital funds that support the wide range of services Age UK delivers, so if you have some free time available and would like to help, we’d love to hear from you! Whether you are looking to gain new skills and experiences, use those you already have or are just looking for a way to get out and meet new people, then we have flexible options to suit you! What will you be doing?
Volunteer Shop Assistants carry out a wide range of tasks in their roles. You might be sorting and pricing stock, engaging with customers, ringing items through the till, keeping our shop floor full and organised or supporting with raffle ticket sales and promoting gift aid.
How would you be supported in this role?
When you begin your role, you will receive a mix of e-learning and in-person training to get you started. Throughout the role, you will receive refresher training as required as well as ongoing support, reimbursement for role-related expenses and the opportunity to further shape the volunteering you do.
Why do we need volunteers in this role?
Age UK operates charity shops to raise funds for the delivery of services for older people in need. Volunteers play a key role in the shop team, ensuring our shops are welcoming places in the community and selling the items that are generously donated to our organisation.

Role Description
Join Off The Record, an independent charity that has been proudly serving the Havant Borough area since 1977. Our mission is to empower young people and their families in South East Hampshire by supporting their emotional health and well-being. We provide vital one-on-one and family counseling, support, a young carers project and group services for individuals aged 8-25 and their families.
If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, we invite you to volunteer with us at our main office, located at 138 Purbrook Way, Leigh Park. We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers to support our counseling service by answering phones, providing information, engaging in friendly conversations, and offering signposting advice to clients awaiting our services and also opportunities to assist with awareness events and our group activities and young carers services.

What We Expect, Your Commitment to Us
- Submission of your CV, including explanations for any employment gaps, to comply with our rigorous safer recruitment processes
- A compelling cover letter detailing your motivations for wanting to volunteer at Off The Record.
- Two recent references from employers or academic sources (DBS checks will be carried out as a requirement of the role).
- Full attendance in the "Be A Volunteer" training program to gain essential skills and knowledge.
- A dedication to committing to a weekly group or rota slot, along with attendance at monthly support meetings (a minimum commitment of 2.5 hours per week plus one hour per month for supervision).
We are eager to welcome passionate individuals to start in Summer 2025, which will include a two-half-day training session, followed by shadowing and training on our systems and procedures.
