Overview 

No Panic is a national charity, supporting people with a variety of anxiety issues, including panic attacks, OCD, agoraphobia and health anxiety. We provide self-help advice over our helpline and additional services including CBT-Focused Mentoring, Extra Listening and Anxiety Support Chat.

If you are a keen fundraiser, willing to volunteer to raise money for No Panic in your community, we would like to hear from you.

Activities

· Seeking out opportunities to collect money for No Panic and making the necessary arrangements.

· Organising the stall and collectors.

· Providing records to No Panic of the fundraising activities and achievements.

· Transferring funds.

The amount of time spent on these activities will vary, it is anticipated it will be 3-4 hours per week.

About the Role

We are looking for a Volunteer Website Manager to help keep our charity’s website up to date, user-friendly, and reflective of our work in the community. The website has already been built — this role focuses on maintaining, updating, and improving it so visitors can easily access our latest news, projects, and opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digital communications, design, or web management and would like to use their skills to support a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content (e.g. news, blog posts, events, team pages).

• Check for and fix broken links, outdated text, or formatting issues.

• Upload new photos, graphics, and documents shared by the team.

• Support visibility by applying basic SEO practices (keywords, tagging, etc.).

• Monitor performance using simple analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

• Report any major technical issues to the Operations or Communications Lead.

Children with Voices is a vibrant non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children and families through community-based initiatives. We run engaging holiday clubs for children aged 5–11, promoting healthy lifestyles, wellbeing, and early intervention to reduce the risk of gang involvement and antisocial behaviour (ASB). Role Overview – Treasurer (Volunteer Position)

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Treasurer to oversee the financial health of Children with Voices and help strengthen our financial systems. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a grassroots charity working to empower children and families. Time commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours per month, flexible around your availability. Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings (London-based preferred but not essential).

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the financial affairs of Children with Voices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Ensure accurate financial records are maintained and effective financial procedures are in place.

· Monitor and report regularly on the organisation’s financial position.

· Prepare financial reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and annual accounts in collaboration with the Chair and Trustees.

We make musical comedies on science topics for theatres, festivals and schools, alongside workshops in educational, community and disability settings. We are looking for a volunteer to track the impact of our educational initiatives, gather data, and support continuous improvement in our learning programs. This role ensures that our learning activities are effective and contribute meaningfully to ELWP’s overarching goals.

This role would include:

• Developing measures of success of existing environmental education initiatives
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from programme participants
• Recommending improvements based on data insights

The Learning Circle currently meets monthly on a Wednesday evening at 8pm for an hour on Google Meet and spends voluntary time outside of the meeting completing agreed tasks remotely.

We're looking for people to lead on these projects and facilitate the direction of the learning working group.

Individuals with experience in research, programme evaluation, data analysis, or education assessment are encouraged to apply. Attention to detail and an interest in measuring impact will be key strengths in this role. Our roles are quite flexible. We hope that people bring radical imagination, peace with nature, and courageous inclusiveness to the role. 

Your support will help young people and learners improve their environmental knowledge of design and research as well as contributing to our community-owned park. This will in turn provide a sense of stewardship over the land once the park is created and student's ideas have been built into the park. Creating learning projects with educational institutions will also help our charity with the strategy to buy the land through showing the value of our environmental education programme before we create the park.

Role Summary.

We are looking for a dedicated, technically strong volunteer to maintain and develop our infrastructure. You’ll be “behind the scenes,” managing servers, automations, tool integrations, and internal systems that keep Roots running smoothly.

This is not a software development role - you won’t be building new apps, but you will need to be hands-on with systems, scripts, and configurations.

Key tasks

• Administer and manage Google Workspace, Slack and Github Enterprise(using GAM or equivalent tools)

• Create and maintain automations (e.g. workflows using n8n or similar AND through Python scripts)

• Maintain our infrastructure including, servers, containers (Docker) and DNS (terraform)

• Support internal teams through the helpdesk

• Document configurations, processes, system architecture, and operational guides

• Solid Python scripting ability (writing, debugging, reading others’ scripts) (MUST HAVE)

• Experience with Google Workspace administration

• Familiarity with version control (Git / GitHub)

• Experience with Docker, containerized services, and general server operations

• Experience with DNS, domain setup, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform)

• Good organizational skills and ability to document systems clearly

• Ability to assess technical feasibility and communicate trade-offs
