Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented project manager volunteer to join our dynamic team. You are expected to:

• Provide operational support to all projects and make sure tasks are completed as required.
• Lead project planning and execution, making sure the goals have been met.
• Support the recruitment team in welcoming new volunteers and help to match their skills to the right tasks 
• Spot operational inefficiencies and suggest practical ways to enhance overall project efficiency.
• Share updates on progress and outcomes with the leadership in a clear, simple way.

• Be familiar and comfortable with digital project and task management tools like Asana, Slack.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator

We are seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator to volunteer remotely with our team. This vital role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and transparency of our programs by leading data collection, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and translating results into compelling impact reports.
The MEL Coordinator will work closely across teams, performing the following core functions

• Data Collection & Analysis
• Lead Data Collection efforts across all active programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of information.
• Program Evaluation: Design and execute evaluation frameworks to assess program efficiency, outcomes, and long-term impact.
• Reporting & Learning
• Develop high-quality, actionable reports that highlight program successes, challenges and key learning points
• Facilitate internal discussions to ensure program staff utilise evaluation findings to drive continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, monitoring, evaluation, or research
• Familiarity with various data collection tools and methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in creating reports and presentations (e.g., using Excel, Google Sheets)
• Excellent organisational skills and self-motivation to manage project deadlines independently.

Every day, disabled people who rely on highly trained assistance dogs face unnecessary barriers. From being refused entry to shops and restaurants, to navigating confusing legal protections. These challenges persist despite the vital role assistance dogs play in giving people greater independence, confidence, and opportunity. Outdated legislation and a lack of clarity around rights and responsibilities mean progress is slow. Change is urgently needed.

That’s where you come in. We are working in partnership with Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK), the umbrella body of 14 accredited assistance dog charities in the UK, to build an Advisory Panel of expert voices to help shape the future of access and protection for assistance dog partnerships. By joining, you will contribute to a vision of a society where disabled people face no barriers, where legislation is clear and enforceable, and where high standards safeguard both people and dogs.

What we’re looking for

Panel members will bring credibility, relevant skills and knowledge, and a commitment to integrity, openness, and collaboration. You will be confident in influencing, communicating clearly, and making an active contribution. The ability to draw on your networks to support the panel’s work is also valuable.

To achieve this, ADUK seeks individuals from the following fields:

• Legal - able to offer insight and guidance on legislative frameworks and legal interpretations
• Lobbying and changemaking
• Advocacy
• Disability rights and access
• Animal welfare
• Strategic communications, marketing or PR

Panel members are expected to:

• Demonstrate high levels of personal credibility, bringing relevant experience, skills and knowledge.

Training will be provided on assistance dog standards and/or ADUK policy context.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to join our network of Sooty Box collectors. In this flexible role, you’ll help place new boxes and collect and bank donations from Sooty Boxes in local shops, cafés and other businesses in your area. About Victory Afghanistan

Victory Afghanistan is a Chicago-registered nonprofit dedicated to providing education and mentorship to Afghan girls and young women who have been banned from attending school. We currently run six levels of English classes and a Mentorship Programme that includes three career pathways:

About the Role

We’re now looking for a new Online Pathway Manager to oversee and expand the Online Higher Education stream. You’ll step into an existing structure — our previous manager will fully brief you — so you won’t be starting from zero.

Your mission will be to help identify and secure online learning opportunities for our mentees who cannot leave Afghanistan. This could include building relationships with universities in the US or Europe, sourcing scholarships or sponsorships, and exploring donated course placements.

You’ll work closely with three Project Coordinators (who are also students in our academy), guiding and mentoring them as they assist you.

• Strong initiative and leadership – someone who can drive things forward independently.

• Confident communicator with good public relations skills.
