Right now, we’re building everything from the ground up. And we need a Project Manager who can turn our vision into a structured, organised, unstoppable reality.
If you’re the kind of person who loves planning, coordinating, and making things happen, this role is made for you.
THE ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER (VOLUNTEER)
We’re looking for someone who can take the lead on:

Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Helping build the systems and structure of a brand‑new charity
You’ll be the person who keeps Urban Youth on track, the organiser, the planner, the driver, the one who makes sure we go from idea to impact.
If you love structure, clarity, and getting things done, you’ll thrive here.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Urban Youth is at the very beginning of its journey. We have the vision, the energy, and the mission, but we need someone who can help us bring it all together.
Your leadership will:

Proactive — you don’t wait to be asked, you make things happen
A natural coordinator — you enjoy bringing people together
Detail‑focused — you spot things others miss
Calm under pressure — start‑ups move fast
Excited about youth work and community impact
Ready to lead our project from start‑up to launch
If you want to stay on after launch, amazing, but no pressure. Right now, we need someone who can help us build.
WHY JOIN URBAN YOUTH NOW
Because this is the moment everything is being created.
You’ll be part of the founding team. You’ll shape our systems, our structure, and our launch. You’ll help build a youth charity that feels modern, bold, and culturally relevant. And you’ll be part of a movement that young people can trust and feel proud of.
READY TO LEAD OUR LAUNCH?
If you’re excited by the idea of building something from scratch, and you’ve got the organisation and drive to make it happen, we want to hear from you.
